Ashley is the best. Her massage service is so good. I visit 1 to 3 times a week. So lucky the salon is near me.Thank you so much Ashley for the magic hands.

Went to this salon last Tuesday because it’s near my house. Before going, I made an appointment and informed them that I would come between 9:00 PM and 9:30 PM. I also told them that if I couldn’t make it, I’d call and let them know. They advised me to try and come before 9:30 PM.Anyway, I arrived before 9:00 PM, and the salon was open with three staff members inside. Among them, there was, I think, a Philippine lady who didn’t even know how to speak properly. She acted as though I had come without the intention of paying for their services. Their customer service was terrible. She told me they were already closed.When I showed them the Instagram chat where I had made the appointment, they said no one had informed them about it. Even though they claimed they were closed, I was still standing inside the salon at that time.Anyway, when I got home and complained about this via chat, the person I spoke with acted as if I was the one at fault. They said that because of New Year’s, they had told the staff to leave early and that I hadn’t confirmed my appointment. They made many excuses. I do understand that day they were very busy and all,but I told them that if I wasn’t coming, I would have informed them.They even complained about me asking for the exact location earlier on a different day, saying I didn’t show up after that. But nowhere did I confirm that I was coming,I only asked for the exact location in Dubailand that day,When I saw the reviews and the complaints left by other customers, it was clear to me that they don’t really understand proper customer service.Before anything else, they should learn how to communicate properly with customers who come to their place. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone.

I don’t recommend at all to go for nails there the one who was doing my nails she is unprofessional plus she is aggressive and doesn’t know anything about customer care. She was literally screaming at me every time i even breath not only moving . I told her to chill . Every time i ask her before she start my nails to show me the colors of hard gel she kept saying i finish I show. After she was done applying the hard gel , that was really bad applied and I ask her to cut more and fix the shape she literally swaps the filer and say ok check, see picture please for reference,Not only that when she showed the colors she had only one pink color for the French , no choices were offered nothing to give her any extra benefit.The Moroccan lady tho was very nice and offering me other colors that I don’t want plus the shape I don’t like so I won’t apply any other color if shape wasn’t pleasing.Hafssa was very very polite as well and did a good job with pedicure.However the other one sorry but she has to find a better personality to make a living out of this job.

I like too much the friendly staff I feel like they are my friends from. Long time very neat salon and quick perfect quality, best salon, cheaper price I like Ashley too much 😘😘😘

One of the best salons and stuffs I visited very friendly and I did my main cure pedicure eyebrows threading and hair trim and blow dry straight with the best lady barsha I recommend!!

3 hours for gel manicure even after taking appointment.Only cuticles were cleaned as part of manicure and fingers were bleeding after that.Gel polish was applied in hurry and it came of in 4 days.Prices are low and so the service and quality is even lower.

This is the best salon in Dubai Land. The team is incredibly friendly and extremely attentive to detail. Ryana, the manager, is always hands-on and offers the best beauty advice. Ihssan excels with the Moroccan bed treatments and works very hard. Barsa is amazing at nail extensions, lashes, and hair, and Hafsa is wonderful as well. Every team member makes you feel welcome.My daughter and I are regular customers and have become addicted to visiting the salon at least twice a week. Thank you so much for the excellent service and the amazing rates you offer. Keep up the great work, and we’ll see you in a few days.

Last Wednesday (June 12th 2024) I made a Review of this salon here on Google talking about the terrible experience that I had. They answered today saying that I arrived 1h before my scheduled time! I scheduled exactly for 11am and I arrived 11 SHARP! By the way, the salon opens at 10am. Thats whats written on Google and on their door! This untrue is an absurd! Ive never seen an establishment treating people like that in my whole life!

I had Very bad experience there , the worst badi manicure i ever had in my life also the way the staff dealt with me was not nice they asked me to wait tell i got my manicure then they said we have to close now and also blow dry was very very bad and the saloon is not clean at all. Will nevergo there again

Absolutely the worst salon Ive ever seen in my life! They dont know what theyre talking about. First they say one price, then they say totally another one! I scheduled 2 different times, came and they were with other clients. I finally scheduled a third time, came and the salon was closed. One lady came to open it after 10 minutes, but the one that was supposed to do my nails arrived 55min AFTER the scheduled time! The other employee that came with her entered the salon already shouting at me saying that the car broke, after I said for how long I was waiting for them! I dont care! Take a taxi to come earlier if the car broke! I dont have the whole day!This one doesnt speak English at all! Only one lady there does, by the way!Such a shame, cause its right next to my house, but its truly impossible to come back!The salon answered this message saying that I came one hour before the time I scheduled! This is a complete absurd and a lye! I scheduled at 11am and I arrived exactly 11am! What an absurd! Ive never seen that in my whole life!!!

Worst salon experience in a while.They dont know the work. Definitely they know nothing about hair.They simply talk and name a price.They are arrogant for no reason.Complete waste of money.

1. They used beard oil for a head massage.2. The massage was basically just shaking my head3. The manipedi was so bad. I want to complain about the blood, but look at the finger ?? Even if they didn’t make me bleed I doubt I would’ve been ok with such a horrible job

Today, I visited the salon for a Moroccan bath and was very disappointed. The attendant was rude and unprofessional, and the pedicure was poorly done, leaving scratches on my toes.

Wonderful Salon, wonderful salon owner and amazing staff. Prices are very good and the service is very good. Been going there since they opened, and they have been very consistent in the quality of service do get the essential hair salon services done.

One of the worst and scam filled parlours Ive ever been in.They charged 40+ dhs for removing the eyebrow and upper lip hair? Are they removing it with gold Thread or what? There is limit to which you scam people.Never ever go here, do not give business to such places that scam women.They should close down, this is hard earned money. It does not grow on trees.Stupid people.

I had a terrible experience at City Style Salon Even though I made an appointment two days ahead and arrived on time at noon, the salon was closed. When I called, the person who answered sounded half-asleep and suggested I come back at 1, even though I was already there for my appointment. They didnt even apologize for the inconvenience. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. It was a huge letdown.

Worst saloon, very bad experience. The hair colour and hair cutting wasnt done properly,and on top of that the staff are smoking inside the saloon. No consideration for customers health. It is my first and last visit to this saloon. If there was zero star i would give it.

I wanted to rate 5 stars for the excellent service i had 4-5 times when they first opened. Ms. Smitha and the Lady Manager were so courteous and the services of facial, mani-pedi, hair wash, hot oil treatment, waxing all were excellent. Thinking its the same people, i went yesterday for hot oil hair treatment and to my surprise it was all new faces who couldnt even understand english. It took 3 of them 5 mins to understand oil treatment and then also missed the hot part. They wanted me to wash the hair first saying its too oily for hot oil treatment, i had to tell them thats not how it was done before. They one staff started putting normail oil in the hair and i had to stop her, saying its not hot! I literally walked out with oil in my hair and i dont think will go back again.. its sad bcoz it was a go to salon for the past 2.5 years of residing in the area, first as Artista and even with the new management as City Style it was really good up until yesterday.

I tried their Moroccan bath and it was amazing, then did a 40 minute massage it was an amazing experience.. the new management made a good difference in the level of service.. also the prices are affordable.

The pedicure and the nail polish was not good at all. You will get the least care for both pedicure and the polish was not dry for more than 1 hour!! Meaning the polish type is cheap but their prices are very high. I paid more than 100 for just pedicure with normal nail polish..

I have been riding One By One eyelashes all my life. Yesterday, I found their service and I said I would try it, but I wish I had not tried it. An eye that had the adhesive in it was swollen from yesterday, and the eyelashes are separated and do not resemble the classic ones at all. But in nails, Barca, the employee, is very excellent.
