I highly recommend Clairebelle, I found this salon to be very warm, and the staff to be proficient at what they are doing, I also love the packages they offer, and that they have a good choice in music. My technician is always Nora, she does my hair, nails and eyebrows. She has been a blessing for me, ever since Ive had my arm broken, I booked for a wash and blowdry every once a week for a few months, and Nora has always met me with a smile, she has been extra accommodating to my injury paying attention to my arm even after my arm had gotten better. She is very soft with her waxing, and does an amazing job with eyebrows. Overall Im very satisfied and I highly recommend her and the salon. Keep up the good work!

I had visited this salon for Gel mani pedi in June. I had specified that I need rubber base for my manicure and pedicure. They charged me additional 20AED for the same. I had visited with my 3 year old son. I was attended by a Philipino lady who was very rude in her behaviour. It took 4 hours to complete the procedure and they cheated me without putting rubber base. My nails started breaking out .Its been 3 months now after my procedure and still my nails break out. I would definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. The picture I have uploaded is after 3 months. Earlier it was much worser.

Ladies salon located inside Ritaj community center, outside free parking by Ritaj Community, on second floor you can access by lift or elevator.

I just moved to Ritaj and found such a nice and overwhelming Saloon.Specially the service by Beiutician Rajina is 100/100. She is so kind and friendly person and her service is awesome.

I highly recommend Clairebelle saloon and especially Aman she is my nail artist as well she is expert in other things also love coming here and also Leena she is also very kind and good in her work she has done hair straightening couple of time and I have Neha any issues.

Worst customer service!! Not at all recommended if you expect customer service. Rude staff 😒... I called at 5 pm for appointment, got appointment at 7 pm .. I called at 6:45 pm to reconfirm , got confirmation again .. after reaching no one came to attend,,, I have asked for help and package.. girls said wait outside and cant do multiple services...and after waiting 15 min got feedback cant do even one service today.. no co-ordination between staff and manager.. very disappointed,..Peoples behaviour can not be system issue. Asking to wait 15 minutes to say you cant perform duties. Everyones time is important.

Came here today and received very friendly service, very reasonable prices and lovely treatments. I got a full body massage which was 45 minutes and outstanding. The only piece of feedback I have would be to put some spa music in the massage room along with a candle just to add a bit more ambience. Very lovely ladies would definitely recommend.

Sorry to say but this time Clairebelle beauty salon has disappointed me with their service , am almost a regular customer there and the appointed beautician not treated me well , Her tone was not appropriate and that’s not the way to talk to a customer , then I had to change the services with another technician she did comparatively a good job , secondly they were rushing to finish my services because they informed they have several appointments there after , Once I raised voice they all were okay to do my booked package peacefully (that’s not acceptable for any customer ) However I will consider this as a one of a case considering the good service I have got on the previous appointments , for any business customers are God and please make sure your staff understands that !!!

Very bad service! First they should inform if we have to wait for long, they say 5 minutes and make you wait for 40 minutes and they do such a poor job. The eyebrows was hardly done, she was in a haste to get to the next customer. Not happy with the work or service.

I Regular customer before, i came just want to ask something no body come to me for assist so i go back home without anything, you should put 1 receptionist so your customer will not dissapointed.

Pathetic service....rude technician. In professional specially waxing...she burned my skin kept for me black spots . Will definitely complaint to dubai municipality regarding this salon....not recommended at all.
