Its been more than two years since i was recommended to visit and try this salon and now im their regular customer 5⭐️ with all their services, product and staff are amazing especially ate Che - in her magic hand for full body massage, Ate Tess for the best hair dresser their keratin organic product is the best, Jeanne for my perfect ombre nail extension, Darlene is very good in footspa and pedicure having a very light hand to remove my ingrewn... and ofcourse Kim, the big backbone of the team a very team player and helpful. 👍👍👍 for everyone ...

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience. I booked my appointment the day before and specifically requested my preferred nail technician, as I have dry skin on my toes and needed someone who is familiar with my feet. However, when I arrived early for my appointment, I was told that my requested technician was not available and that my appointment wasn’t even listed. I was then told I’d need to see another technician, whom I’ve tried before but did not feel comfortable with.Please improve the organization of your appointment system to avoid wasting clients’ time. I came in expecting to see my preferred technician, only to find that my booking wasn’t properly arranged, forcing me to adjust my plans. This was frustrating and inconvenient.

Had a great experience at Cleopatra Beauty Saloon. Stumbled upon the saloon while visiting the next door dental clinic. Walked in randomly for a hot oil head massage. The service was given by Tina. She gave me a good massage and used very good products for hair mask. My hair is the softest it has been in ages. Certainly revisiting for Tina’s magic !

Cleopatra’s ladies salon is my go-to salon. They don’t overcrowd the salon. The services are not rushed. I could not say a name as all the staffs are skilled at what they do. Definitely try their Morocccan bath and massage. The nail extensions last long. I loved my new hair color with keratin treatment.

So, This salon is not a all in one package for me. Price wise, its affordable but the services are not that up to the mark. There is no one for consultation. They did my manicure, pedicure and deep cleansing very well. But for waxing, the lady left to many wax spots on my body. I asked her for the body oil to remove it but she didnt help out.Then, regarding the hair services, I am not satisfied at all. They do not provide any consultation. The lady who was working on my hair dealt with very harshly. She was pulling and combing my hair roughly. Already, I have thin hair and she kept on breaking my hair. Even, she burnt my scalp with the straightener. Their protien treatment made my hair even more oily.

The only service I take from this salon is gel polish for feet with Darlene & SHE IS THE BEST. She’s been doing it for me since 2019 (we’re both loyal to each other) 😀 They’ve been under a lot of changes, from owner to another owner to another management but the friendliness of the staff has stayed. Everyone is still nice to work with & pleasant. You can tell they value their job which is a very good thing to have. Happy customer here!

Very disappointed with this salon. I booked for a protein treatment which was on promo - the lady responding to their whats app number quoted me their promotional price and so I agreed to book an appointment.Now I have come to this salon previously and so I didnt confirm when I came on the pricing I was quoted and assumed I will be charged correctly.To my surprise, during the payment - I was being asked to pay more - from Dhs 210 treatment, Aed 30 hair trim - It became Aed 300 + 50. I am sure anyone will agree this seems to be a big difference and so I inquired why the change in pricing? Their masseuse lady who seemed to be handling the payments on that day, didnt seem to like me inquiring (which I have done so respectfully) - and I dont understand why, its my right as a customer and also whats app messages are already there in front of her to validate my inquiry.She then started raising her voice on me, rolling her eyes.... Seriously? Is this a joke? Since when was yapping at a customer ever appropriate in a place of business. I dont mean to belittle her - but hasnt she considered who she is and who she is yelling at? This person needs to understand her place in such a situation.I have been a nice customer to this business - and I dont believe I deserved this kind of treatment and toxic behavior from their staff. I am not a cheap person - I will pay what I have to pay however, I do not tolerate dishonesty or extortion. Just because I have the ability to pay (and they know that) - doesnt mean, I should accept being taken advantage of.I dont know if the owner of the business supports this kind of behavior. Do they consider this selling upgrade? It is very tricky and quite frankly, dishonest.

I cant even begin to express my disappointment with my experience at this salon. Hair stylist couldn’t take simple instructions and refused to stop cutting my hair when I asked her to, and she even had the audacity to ask me to leave her a good review at the end after insisting that she didn’t cut my hair too short even when I told her multiple times that it’s not what I wanted. All of you do yourselves a favor and don’t waste your time and money on this salon.

I do my nails each time I visit and avail their affordable packages almost every-month.It was an overall great customer experience. The place was so welcoming, tidy and very clean. Best Moroccan bath and massage in the town, this is my 4th time with them. they have a offer for 200AED including 1h massage and 45m-1h moroccan bath.Highly recommended. My massage therapist was Che she is the best. All the staffs are friendly and i feel welcomed.

It is spotless and well-kept, with floor-to-ceiling windows.Darlene, their nail technician, is the best that Ive ever had do a service on my nails. She is thorough and careful to ensure that my nails are properly done. For years, I had no wounds or blood because of her.Tess, their hairdresser, ensures that I have the best colour and treatment every month. Because of her, my hair grows quicker than anticipated (as they say, my hair is hiyang with her).When Darlene and Tess are unavailable, Ate Tina, Tere, and Cherryl (Moroccan bath girl) are always on hand to provide a helping hand, all with big smiles and an upbeat attitude.When a client arrives into the salon, Kim greets them warmly and suggests packages that are within their budget. My friend and I had a manicure and pedicure here. Very friendly staff, clean place, they did it properly and took enough time for it. Good price but keep in mind that its a basic manicure and pedicure, no foot scrub or skin creams like in expensive clinics (unless you ask for it of course). My nail polish is still intact after weeks as they applied many layers. However my friends transparent nail polish came off the next day from her hands, I think that they forgot a top layer.

This is my first time to visit this salon. Very bad and unprofessional staff and also the receptionist doesn’t know how to talk with the client she Raise her voice.. very unprofessional not Recommended

Ive tried the 3in1 promo last november (keratin with overlay gelish manicure and classic pedicure) and it was my first time at the salon. the lady who did my gelish manicure is good though it didn’t last that long but the lady (w/the barbie blonde hair who is at her 40s, too bad i forgot her name!!) has a horrible attitude! so i just asked her some questions abt the treatment since i forgot the process already (the last time i did keratin was long ago) and i think she got irritated by me and when the time she is shampooing my hair,she made my back wet with water and my blouse too! i tried to ignore maybe its just an accident but then realized she did it on purpose after i leave the salon. in short, i wont recommend going in that salon frommy experience. only means that staffs are not professional! tsssk

Good salon good staff and services

I had done my nail extension (Overlay) with them , they used acrylic and it removed very easily, it doesnt last even 1 week. I told them to fix it and they told me pay the same price again. Overall experience its bad and I dont recommend this clinic.

I visited this salon as my daughter bought me a Deep Massage gift voucher for Christmas, my masseuse was Che and I am writing this review as I have never experienced such an amazingly professional massage in my life. My husband is a retired pilot with Emirates so we travel all over the world and tend to always take a massage wherever we stay. Che gave me a massage to remember and outdid every single other one I have had here in Dubai and in other countries all over the world!I have a spine and hip issue and am in pain with it but after she massaged with her magical hands finding exactly the spots without me even saying where soothed it and unknotted muscles that I could not stretch out! It is now 3 hours after the massage and other than me feeling totally relaxed the pain has subsided in my thigh and I am able to bend down with no pain in my groin.Masseuses like Che are like diamonds, her technique, pressure and strokes are spot on.Cleopatra Beauty Salon & Spa truly has a gem working with them there, and I can’t thank her enough for the amazing experience. I have already booked next week another appointment.My Mum had the Moroccan Hamam with classic massage and felt the same after Che worked her magic on her and my daughter also had a sports massage that she said she did. Better than her physio professional.Thank you Che and look forward for my next massage on Wednesday 🥰

First time i visit there were very nice, today i called them to book and am asking about offer for hair spa, she told me no discount this is our offer u want take u dont want leave it , and also i told her that i want the oacakge and i will pay seperate for some services, the recepionist was very disrespectful, and i if i was thinking to go , by this reaction and not reapecting i will not and i will not recommanf for my friends, even she didnt call back to apologize

Not recommended for eyelash extention or anything.they are unprofessional.my eyelash extension was disaster damaged my original eyelash in one week and my eyes got infection next day.the manager was horrible
