Hey you guys…I anticipated having my brows done at Cloudeleven, Dubai and believe me y’all, it’s the best decision ever. Every wait was worth it. I had 3 services done ; Brows, Lashes and Nails which are all magnificent 😍🤩. Staff are so professional , soft spoken and have a lot of patience ❤️. Staff are really nice at the physical salon, do their jobs well but customer service on their instagram page is subpar. Complained about a service I received and I was ignored and made to feel like they did me a favor by making my hair, despite paying over 2000aed to get the style done.

Great service, I had my hair done into cornrows and I am very happy with the outcome. The workers were very caring throughout the process by offering me beverages and ensuring that I was feeling no pain. Definitely recommend.

Worst experience ever!!! don’t ever step foot in this salon. first of all it’s super hot with no ac just fans working. I had texted a few days prior to my nails appointment and showed them the design I wanted to do and they confirmed with me that they could do that design, I even specified that in picky with my nails and i want that design and they told me they could 100% do it. They never asked for my name or anything and the responses i was getting on whatsapp were “sure” and “ok”. The day of the appointment comes and I call early to confirm MY appointment and she says “yeah i think i remember texting you” so i go at the time and i had to drive an HOUR to get there and the moment i get there and show her the design (which i had already done twice before) she just shakes her head and says no they don’t have the material or the colors and i went home with nothing after all that. I wouldn’t recommend this place they are so unprofessional with everything and they never took their customers seriously. I also called the manager and she told me she will call me in 30 mins (it’s been 6 hours with no call back). SO SO DISAPPOINTED

UPDATE:My eyelash extensions fell off in bundles, only 2 days later and I have almost nothing on my eyes.I spoke with the owner who absolutely assured me that it will be handled and I will receive my refund since the salon stuff declined to give me a refund after they saw my review (HUH?!) and they deleted a conversation on Instagram with me. NOTHING has been done. Watch me coming to your salon and getting justice as well as making sure that all my followers on social media knows about it.Booked eyelash extensions at 5pm, arrived around 5:10 (finding a parking was quite hectic), I had to wait 2 hours(!!!!) for my appointment when initially it was “madam, only 30 mins”. No proper handling of a disappointed customer, no service recovery whatsoever. Quite frankly I had to react way more than I did.No disposable cover on the table and head pillow.When my eyelashes were done it was a nightmare so I had to ask to add volume as there were literally bold spots. I’m not going to go into technical details but those ladies who been doing eyelashes for a while know exactly how does the artist do them in a proper way, from segregating eyelashes to see where you attach an extension to not continuing a procedure without eyepatches. After 4.5 hours I was so done that I just wanted to leave. I paid in full and left.Literally an hour later my eyelash started falling off and I haven’t even brushed them.

Amazing service, the ladies were welcoming and polite, and their know what their doing because my hair looked amazing, I will definitely be coming back, Im very happy and satisfied.

(Business Bay branch)I had the worst experience in my life showed the lady the picture of brow strokes I want she went ahead and filled my brows with micro blading ink from tail of my brows to start they are not even symmetrical the pain was horrific woke this morning with irritated face and some swelling my husband and I are in the process of getting a lawyer I messaged the lady on Instagram who I made the booking from she is ignoring me is this is not taken seriously I will not hesitate to take it to police level no apology from the staff on messing up with my brows they all made me feel stupid now I have to get a laser removal (first picture is what I asked for rest is what I got)

I definitely should have read the reviews first because the first experience I waited an hr and a half or more for my service and they quoted me the wrong price. I liked the technician so I did a home service for lashes and my lashes lasted 2 days! She misquoted me again charging me a 100 home service fee when it’s not my fault the shop was closed and an additional 100 AED up charge for the service. I messaged the owner to rectify and she ignored my messages. Very unprofessional which explains why the original owner no longer wants to do business with her. Shame.

I just left this salon with an eye infection. the salon is very dirty, the staff is very rude and unprofessional. the worst salon in dubai. it doesnt look like the pictures on the web at all. Just thee most HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER. The staff is so rude. The lady was so aggressive with my head while braiding as she kept pulling and pushing so rough as she was braiding she couldn’t even even just simply ask when she wanted me to either tilt or bend my head. They suggested blond braids which were small on the video and i agreed when she started plaiting my it was big and when I asked her why she was getting aggressive kept on complaining and did not open straight lines she was arguing with me literally about my own head. My hair is even sticking out from the braids. They made me walk at 4am to go withdraw cause they finished late and told me that they can not take cards when i literally saw everyone paying with card earlier.

I had the worst experience every… I have to wait for more than three hours just for top coat,and when I asked the told me that they have ordered already that Careem is on the way for more than three hour. And they give stupid reason that the person that want for home service took the top coat with her so in the big salon they only have one top coat…and my lash extensions keep falling off on the second day. How can someone spend money on something and not be able to enjoy it.

Really and truly the worst hairdressers in Dubai. Came for wig installation and customisation, they took over 5 hours for a 2 hour job, did my cornrows too loose, didn’t pluck my wig either. I could go on with a list of reasons but they aren’t serious at all. Save your money.

To be honest l was excited to try this salon out since l moved from Abudhabi l have been looking for a good salon to do my hair. I messaged them in the morning to check if they had any availability to do braids and they said yes l went ahead and made my appointment for 11am. I drove all the way from the south to business bay. When l got there one of the hair dressers told me unfortunately there isn’t anyone to do my hair. I found this very unprofessional she said that the person who was going to do my hair was coming from Sharjah, after a couple of mins then she said okay one of the girls can do your hair l waited for a good 45 mins no one even came to wash or blow dry my hair. I eventually walked out of the salon because l wasn’t about to play their game. This is really sad to consider the salon is in business bay, l expected better from them why confirm an appointment when you don’t have availability to make matters worse the team even asked me if l want to have a free pedicure whilst l wait. It is not always about getting free services, once you confirm a certain time with a client you should honor it. I left without getting my hair done because the whole situation put me off!!

Made a booking and it was confirmed. Planned my day out considering I was at work.informed them I was on my way 20mins prior to the booking. Only to arrive and be told your stylist is not here she will arrive “maybe” after 30mins. Wouldn’t recommend for people that take appointments seriously. Still left withoutgetting my hair done

Poor customer quality service with a boss unable to answer her customers complaints. 0/20, not recommended. I had a huge problem with my hair stylist as the girl who did my hair did that wrong.Even if the salon was closed for 2 weeks, it doesnt prevent you to answer to your clients knowing that you were posting STORIES on Instagram. Now that the salon its open why I didnt get any answer ? :)

I had my nails done at Cloud Eleven yesterday and am in love with the acrylic extensions and Esther’s nail art. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she was able to replicate it instantly.Great experience and vibes will definitely go back to try other services!

My first and last time going there went for pedicure and acrylic, kept on calling no one was answering, had to call 2-3 times then again with a different number, tried making conversations they weren’t cooperative the receptionist and both ladies who did my pedicure and the one who did my acrylics, i felt very uncomfortable and very disrespected tried making conversations more than once still no cooperation not even a smile. To be fair their work is amazing and the prices are very reasonable but I’m willing to pay more if it means I’m paying for great service, few smiles and little conversation i forgot about the very loud music they had on dont get me wrong they’re nice but it was too loud I couldn’t even hear my own thoughts. The worst experience ever.

In my initial review I really got lucky. That has been the only time I was fully satisfied with the service here. I apologize to anyone mislead this business is the by far worst I’ve experienced here in Dubai.1st visit - I got nails they were bomb. I got braids that looked good. The 200 dirham promotion is a lie. They upcharge at the salon 50 dirham per pack for hair I ended up paying 350. I didn’t mind then. I mentioned that in my review2nd visit- set an appointment. They moved salons that day didn’t have the things in shop to do my nails. Wasted my time.I brought my hair to be sewn in. I had to walk the tech through the whole process and show Instagram videos for it to be done at a high standard. But this salon just isn’t equipped.I got my lashes done and The glue was so poor in quality it burned my eyes. All of my lashes were stuck together at the root and hurt so badly I had to have them removed and lost a lot of my lashes. I updated this review suggested no one get that service.Just recently I went back with my own Raw Burmese curly Hair from vluxehair.coSet an appointment already asked prices to styles months ago. And I brought my own hair.The price went from 200-800 when I threatened not to be serviced they brought it to 500. I had a photoshoot and couldn’t risk going to another place. I asked for the braids to be small they tried to tell Me it would pull out my hair. I asked them to reduce the size twice while being SERVICED they did one braid smaller and went back to a big size.They separated my 400 grams of hair too thickly. After making it a third of the way through they had to cut my Raw hair off of my braids to make it even. Then they tried to tell me I had micro braids that’s why the hair wasn’t enough. My braids were medium near large.They don’t have a card machine it was just the ghetto.The one star is for the nail tech she is the good in this salon.However I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone especially woman of curls. The skill level is low for hairdressers. They will try to talk you out of your style to do less work. Even when you refuse they still cut corners and do half jobs.

I contemplated writing this review, but I think the person who runs this business should know there are points to be improved on.To begin, the address given to me was completely inaccurate, there is no one to communicate with in order to get proper directions and had to ask a random man if he could help me, which he did.My appointment was scheduled for 11am, by the time I found the location the studio was not open. The receptionist strolls in 30 minutes after my appointment, no sense of urgency, no apology for being late, didn’t offer a refreshment, nothing. I had to wait a further 1 hour for the lash tech to come to the location from another branch (which was my preferred branch because it was closer to where I was staying) & do my lashes, he did a wonderful job which is why this review is 2 stars, but my overall experience was negative. I liked the services they provide but the lack of professionalism was astounding.I need to see improvement before I go back and it is an expensive salon. I expected more for the price I paid and I left with much to be desired. They also don’t take card payments in 2022? I’ll stick to the salons I know that run on time and offer their clients refreshments

Very nice and clean. The staff was very conversational and sweet. The process of braids is usually painful but it wasn’t this time. They charge 200 for braids 50 extra if extensions are included, also 50 dhs per bundle.

Worst experience I had in a salon. Waited 2 hours and they kept telling me 20 mins even though I made an appt the day before and confirmed. Then the lash tech didn’t do what I asked for at all and others at the salon agreed that it wasn’t the style shape or anything I showed a picture of. Also the job was messy and glue all over my lashes and they were already handing off. I asked to speak to a manager and reception said she wasn’t here and thento give me the number of the salon which I already have but not the manager. They tried to take 20 dirhams off as if that mattered for wasting 5 hours of my time doing a bad job and not even trying to make things better. I ended up just paying and walked out. Don’t go here!

First time at this salon and the worst experience at that. My nail broke and I kept trying to make an appointment with the staff but they completely ignored my requests. They’ve been promising to do my nails and never showed up. The salon does not even look like the website. The staff is rude. Worst experience ever in a salon. Do not try this salon. They are unprofessional.

I have seen a lot of social media interactions with cloud, 11 beauty salon and I decided to go and get my eyelashes done even though I was more interested in getting the microlink hair extensions which I may do on my next visit. I got my lashes done with a technician unfortunately due to her technique we had to stop half way through and remove the lashes that were placed. I am a big believer in professionalism and doing the job correctly rather then wing it.One thing I will say, is if a technician uses only one pair of tweezers, she is inexperienced and may have not done the necessary training to correctly apply eyelashes. It’s a known fact that when applying eyelashes you never use your fingers, you only use tweezers one tweezer to part, the lashes, the other to place the lashes I noticed straight away, that the technician was using her finger instead of tweezers , her hands didn’t particularly smell fresh, which is another census for when I am checking out lash techs I like the hands to smell fresh and clean, and I like them to use two pairs of tweezers and stick both lashes onto individual lashes not to clamp them on top of my lashes, causing irritation, and when my lashes grow out, they will rip the lashes with them but overall the salon was really nice. The ladies were really friendly I would recommend you go there, maybe to get your nails or your hair done there is one girl who I don’t know her name who is really good at lashes but just be prepared and ask questions overall, I would write my experience a Cloud 11 beauty salon a six out of 10.

I really wanted to like this place & had the intentions of keeping it as my new nail location but it was an absolute horrific disaster and I hope management sees this comment.1. I booked an appointment for 4:30 & arrived earlier and was told to wait for 10 mins. I ended up waiting for 25 minutes altho I had an appointment.2. When i was let in, I was getting my pedicure started although I told them I wanted to prioritize acrylic nails first because I knew that would take up time. I was told that I shouldn’t worry & everything will be hurried up.3. Pedicure lady is horrible. With all due respect, she should not be working there. She does not know the first thing about just applying the polish on the toes. My toes are very messy, shapes are all different, I had to stop her COUNTLESS times to repeat what shes done. I was going to stop and just leave at this point. She took 2.5 hours for a GEL PEDICURE. no extensions, no nothing. 2.5 hours on a Gel Pedicure.4. Whilst I was almost done with my Pedicure, they let someone in to start doing her new set of Acrylic Nails. I told them I was supposed to be next and that if she started, I would have to wait additional time although she came after me and there was no appointment. They kept reassuring me it was fine and that I wouldnt have to wait at all after my pedicure, that she would finish by the time Im done (which was literally impossible because I was already finishing up). I told them Im willing to stop my pedicure and start my acrylics because I know it takes time but they refused and kept reassuring me.5. Im sure you guessed it! I finished my gel pedicure and the girl was still doing her acrylics. I had to wait another 30 minutes - at this point it was 7:30 PM by the time I started. I booked an appointment for 4:30 PM to get my services done. It was 7:30 and I didnt even start my nails. (More over, I JUST came back home and my nails are already chipping and peeling?!!!!???!!!)6.**** Whilst leaving the salon, I was asked if I would pay card or cash. I said card because I had no cash on me. They said they still didnt have the card machine & would need to borrow from the store nearby and therefore would be charged. Hence I was asked to pay an additional cost of 40 AED to HELP them pay these additional transactional costs due to borrowing the card machine which I thought was absurd and I refused in the moment. The girl kept pushing and asked me for atleast an additional 30 AED on my bill just to help assist them. I told her I wouldnt do that, it’s absolutely ridiculous! Im in to pay for my services which was well near 300 AED already!!! This isnt a charity! it’s absolutely horrific and has ruined the reputation of this salon. I was also told to then walk to the ATM which was a 10 minute walk. After I kept refusing, they eventually told me I just needed to pay the 5% VAT which is 7.5 AED.I HOPE MANAGEMENT SEES THIS. THIS WAS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.

I hope you guys do better, it took me 4 hours to get the lashes done and when my friend did hers they were more like someone threw a few lashes randomly on her eyes! It was clear to everyone that the lashes were badly done but and u didn’t even try to fix it rather said why I didn’t complain! U are using learns to do lashes and u are not even ready for reviews ! Second time here and the ladies are absolutely lovely! Amazing eye to detail and just very kind, knowledgeable and patient. The salon is clean and beautiful too. Definitely worth the money and will come back.

It was my first time there, first a lot of miscommunication about opening times. Got there at 10:20am and I was told that I have to wait for 20mins more because the nail technician was not there . She later came at about 11am with no attempt to start right away . Rather was on her phone and when I walked to the table she walked away for about 10mins .About 2 girls called her about 3 times before she came . With no later apology or even a hello or smile . Looked like she didn’t want to work . Wasted a lot of time .Eventually said she can’t finish in an hour so I left without getting my nails done because I have to pick my kids .Then the lady who did my manicure on the other hand was nice but the work was so shabby .French nails were no accurate in size, she kept wiping and redoing it again and again because he could not draw the white tips well,I let her finish but she struggled a lot and could not get the white tips all at the same size . Took about 1 and half hour for just French gel polish when she told me it will take 20minsI was unhappy considering they are not so cheap!Receptionist was a nice lady but I didn’t get what u paid for .Won’t recommend if you are a perfectionist, need to be somewhere on time .I will certainly not go back

I love the reception I get every time I come in from grace very friendly and professional with small details like getting coffee and water … maribel did my classic lashes and I’m so happy and contented with them …. Esther is the absolute queen of nails my second time here and I’m obsesssed with the service and overall vibe of the place!! Give them all your monies ❤️

I rarely leave reviews but people and the owner of this business should see how bad it is. Following them for a while on Instagram, I decided to book to dye my natural hair and blow dry.On arrival, the staff were not welcoming. I was told a price that I felt they or the owner made up because it was expensive compared to other salons.I wish I followed my gut instinct because it got bad to worst quickly.Then, they did not want to provide me with a towel because the hair dye was black and their towels were white. I had to insist several times until finally someone gave me one.Then, even worse, the stylist burnt my hair with the back of the dryer. I was in shock! Never in my life have I experienced such bad hair service. The supervisor was standing over me, unapologetic or helpful. I asked to speak to the owner - the owner barely seemed to care and I was still made to pay. I paid 75% of the original amount but in my eyes, after such a horrible experience and service, they should have tried harder

I highly recommend Esther & Mona for nail extension & pedicure….they are professionalThis low rate because the coordinator that replies on instagram messenger arranging appointment & answering questions .Her way is not professional at all.I took appointment asking her questions & asking her to confirm back, she replied yes off course without validating anything.She did not confirm from the branch before answering me , just said yes without validating!!!!!When i came on my appointment, the artist was not here & all materials i asked for were not available in the branches.I came 11 am and went 6:15 pm !!!!!!!!Every appointment, she did the same!When I requested her to talk to the owner , she never answer and cancel all my calls!!

Got my hair extensions done by Temitopi and Elizabeth , their professionalism and customer service is a 10/10 . Everyone here is so kind and adorable ❤️ loved the vibe in the saloon , I highly recommend them and I’m definitely coming back ❤️❤️

Shocking service couldn’t believe what I’ve just experienced. Arrived at 10am for my appointment and an hour and a half later I’ve left with no nails no one showed up to do my nails. Everytime I ask I was told “she’s on her way” Disgraceful wasted my Saturday morning now I have no nails for the weekend. Do not come here they will waste your time.

Ripped off my gf for not speaking good English twice. Beware. They give you one price and at the end triple the price. Eyelashes fall out after a week and extensions barely lasted two weeks last time. Absolute ripoff. 260 US dollars for nails and don’t even do a proper job.

Experience based on downtown branch. Poor service. No hospitality whatsoever. Not once was I offered a drink. Staff were not very welcoming. Very expensive for the hair service I had done that I was not happy with at all. Should have said something there and then but I paid full amount. Went home and was just not happy. Salon was quite dirty too which I was gobsmacked with. Wouldn’t go again. Have to pay by cash which no one communicated prior to me going. It’s obvious this may causes issues (modern day we all pay with cards) and it could have been fixed by informing of only cash payment prior to appointment. Lots of faffing around as cash point wasnt close by or even in the same building if I remember. Wouldn’t go back if I was desperate.

Booked an appointment for 1 pm and was asked to wait for 1-2 hours before getting to me, I had a flight the same day so there’s no way I can wait that long. The reason they gave is that their nail tech was late and there were 2 people waiting already, but that’s not my fault.The receptionist also seemed clueless and had no idea that I was booked for this time and so I showed my texts on instagram. They didn’t even inform me about this issue before I arrived. Very disappointed, can’t rate the services because I couldn’t get anything done.

There’s always some type of delay with the hairdressers. And to top it off the service is not cheap.I would not recommend, terrible experiences.

I did not like Madinna’s nail service. He was rude and had a nonchalant attitude. He was also reluctant to do the look I asked for and rushed his work.

1st salon visit on 13 November, paid 3,250 dirhams for installation of hair. Returned on 1 December and was charged 1,750 for wash and maintenance. I asked the price before beginning and was told a per strand quote and never given a total. Salon needs to give total cost for service prior to completing work. Upon my first visit, I was told subsequent visits would be 300-500 per visit.Be prepared to be scammed. They will overcharge you.

Had an extremely frustrating experience, I booked an appointment for my daughter. Though she reached on time but she was made to wait for an hour and halfs delay! The staff did apologize to her but when I called the people on the phone sounded so unsure to put me through to the manager or owner - I only wanted to inquire why were we made to wait even though we had a prior booking.I dont really see myself or recommending this place to anyone else.

I came to this salon for my hair and my nails. The service is really good and the staff is very friendly and very patient with the client. They listen to my requests and the work is very clean 💕

Worst Salon ever. Dont go there. Its a waste for your money. Ive paid 3800 aed for ktips and my hair looks horrible. They are definitely a fraud.

😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡So I came back to the shop after my nails where done cause it was too sharp ,this happened at about 7:35 pm in the evening on the 24 th of October 2023,and the reception called the nail artist which her name was tolani to ask her what can be done and she screamed like we were fighting that this is how its supposed to be sharp and am like it s not supposed to be like that ,and the girl she called told me to excuse her in a rude manner ,the reception allowed this because they laugh together and you can talk to customers rudely and go with itThe owner of the shop is such a sweet soul thats why I came backBut today I felt so bad please owner of shop check the camera thanksThe knuckle fair blemish fake tattoo on her hand nail artist is so rude and feels too much of her selfShe already was giving me the impression yesterday which happens to be on the 23rd that the girl doing my nails wasnt as pro as herAll I saw today was a reception who seats and gossip customers with her colleagues thats why she can talk to me rudely and hissThe lab salon treats all human race as eggs but this particular girl values only white skin I saw it in herToo many saloons in bussinessbay with huge offersThe lab salon is 100 but I came here even look for your new branch you moved to just to be treated like am in the trash salon in ghetto

Poor communication. Ladies turned up with the wrong colour hair as well as turning up nearly 3 hours late. A lash and nail tech were also meant to be coming along side the braids ladies however they didn’t show up at all. Worst experience I’ve come across.

Amazing service. Staff was friendly and kind, service was amazing and efficient. Did long braids and it was done with speed and accuracy 👌 Would highly recommend!

Braids lasted 2 weeks. Never again! Waited an hour and didnt even braid till the end. Im now having it redone by my usual salon who are shocked at the bad braiding.

So far I have no desire to go to this salon, although I wanted to do 4 procedures with them. 2 days after the last message and NO answer! How can I sign up or even get there?
