Amazing!! I had tried a lot of salons here in dubai mostly my nails will break after one day or cracked or even the gelish will peel! but I never had this much care and nice staff in salons before. If you’re going for nails try to do it with Arpana and Via they are the best always caring about detail and getting what you like done ✔️Also I tried the massage it is good as well. Can’t thank you enough ❤️❤️❤️

My experience with Cloud Four Salon has always been extraordinary. Whenever I do my hair care with them, I don’t have any worries because I know I am always in good hands and the quality of their products don’t cause any damage to my hair. The service given by their staff is very welcoming and efficient. Special mention and thanks to Ms Rechel. She has always been friendly and fantastic in all my request and she always meet my expectation.

I recently visited cloud four beauty salon for a full pampering session, including a nail manicure, pedicure with foot-spa, Korean head massage, hair mask, eyebrow threading, and eyelash extensions.I absolutely loved the vibe and ambiance. It was very relaxing from start to finish. Thank you to Arpana, Rechel, Asmita and Jenny, they were amazing, incredibly skilled, and made sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout my visit.Every service I received was top-notch, and the attention to detail was impressive. I left feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to treat themselves to some quality self-care!It is located in Al furjan Dubai, and they have alot of services. It’s free parking outside and it’s near to the metro station(discovery garden).

I am fairly new to Cloud4 salon, but I love the team so much that I am always eager to come back and try more of the many services they have to offer. I highly recommend this special place because of the expertise and kindness of the staff. They make you feel welcome and ensure you are completely satisfied with your experience.Rechel is an expert hair stylist who will listen to your needs and customize your color and style, and she gives the most relaxing shampoo you’ll ever have. Asmita used both wax and threading on my face to make sure the areas were done perfectly. Arpana gives the best body massage and Korean hair spa treatment I’ve ever had and a very lovely lash lift. For pedicures, Via takes the time to care for your feet and nails and makes it such a relaxing experience.Cloud4 is my favorite salon in Dubai, offering quality services at a fraction of what others charge, and from the moment you walk in until you leave, you’ll be met with beautiful, smiling faces 😊

Cloud four has disappointed me so much, this used to be my go to parlour as it’s just down my building. I went their for my nail extensions and a new technician was attending to me, from the start I could see that she was hurting my nails, but I didn’t say anything (just trusting the process).I got home and I saw so many damages, lines and bubbles on my nails, I went their again to get it fixed but they made it worse and when I told them that every nail is looking different they didn’t believe it so I had to ask them to stop. I already paid them more than 300 dhs, which was simply a waste of time and money, and they are not even refunding me.

Cloud four beauty saloon has a peaceful and serene atmosphere. All massage therapists and technicians are highly skilled. The staff is friendly, warm, and cooperative. They greet me with happy faces all the time.I tried their head neck & shoulder massage it really relaxed me. Love their mani and pedi ,waxing and threading services. Love my hair cut too ,got lot of compliments from my frnds. I highly appreciate their professionalism and the quality of work they provide.

Very frivolous! Yesterday morning I called for an appointment. Because they had a busy day, they scheduled me the next day. In the morning the appointments called me to cancel my appointment on the grounds that they are busy. I have a flight tomorrow morning and I have to manage to find a new salon .

Myriam did a really gr8 joh with the nails. Gr8 dedigns and attention to detail. Very very happy with the nails. Did upper lip and eyebrow threading. Arcana was very sweet and gentle and did a gr8 job. Thanks.

The worst the absolutely worst salon I’ve ever been to. Went in for a simple nail cleaning manicure and I left with three nail cuticles bleeding. The staff looks bored, demotivated and unprofessional. I definitely do not recommend it.

So I was quoted a price (luckily on WhatsApp) then got there and suddenly had to pay tripleThey said I have to do a “consultation” when most places in Dubai have a fixed price for roots but they decided hair length mattersThat’s after she saw me and decided sorry I can’t do your hair today although I booked a week before because she wants to closeAdd to it that the lady who answers the phone literally cannot speak English making it even more challengingSuper unprofessional and wouldnt recommend at allAnd after the reply of the salon, the manager called me to say she will get back to me on my query and never did !

The threading experience was terrible. The staff was not competent in doin it. Could make out by the way she was doin it. Also the charges for just an eyebrow threading was aed 40...which is way too much 😳

I had a lovely experience at the salon today. The lady who did my haircut and blow dry did a really good job. Im very picky when it comes to cutting my hair, the lady listened and did exactlyy what i asked for. Prices were reasonable.
