The worst experience ever, i had broken nails and wanted to trim them, but they were so sure that they can fix them. Hard gel should be transparent a bit but I could’ve see all the edges clearly and the one extension was terribly ugly. When I told them, she just added hard gel on the edges and then finished. I left so disappointed since they promised with the best treatment, to discover they also added rubber base without telling me. I paid not a cheap amount to have them pealed in 2 days and broken again. I contacted them and all what they said is this is their first complaint and that I didn’t accept to have extra layer ( I didn’t have this option since she just puts another layer on the edges and wanted to put the top coat without even cleaning the dust) . Even my skin around the nails is peeling for the first time after a manicure! No guarantee, no repairs, just excuses and unprofessional replies.

Had a fantastic first experience here this evening. I was stuck in traffic so arrived nearly 30 minutes late and the ladies were lovely and accommodating. They use high quality products and did a fantastic haircut. Will be returning and couldn’t recommend more! Firoza (sorry if I’ve spelt your name wrong) was wonderful!

I have been doing my polygel nail extensions here since February and absolutely love the results. I have also done pedicures, brow shaping and tint as well. I will continue to have these services through Color Iconic only. Also, they have an amazing selection of hair care products that I stock up on frequently.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO HERE. My hair is ruined because of the negligence of these people. They lied about the price point when i asked for a quote on how much it would cost. On whatsapp they told me it would be around 400 dirhams for highlights or balayage and they don’t tell you until you come in that it would be 1000 dirhams because my hair is “long.” i asked them if they could reduce the price because it was way more than they had quoted online, and they brought it down to 800 dirhams. I unfortunately can’t show you pictures because i wear hijab but if i could you would understand just how terrible of a job they did. I asked for blonde highlights/balayage and i asked them to put more highlights closer to my roots. when i sat down they started doing a test strand of bleach on my hair RIGHT ON THE TOP OF THE CROWN OF MY HEAD. When you do a test strand you’re supposed to do it near your neck underneath the hair in case something goes wrong, so if something had gone wrong my hair would’ve fried off right on top of my head. I unfortunately proceeded with them and they started doing my hair, no communication at all not consulting with me, barely even knew what i wanted or cared to ask. i showed them a picture and tried to explain at the beginning but there was no consultation or trying to understand exactly what i wanted. they ended up bleaching my bangs so thick in the front it looks like a block of blonde in the front. they gave me money pieces when i never even wanted it without even consulting me and it wasn’t even in the picture, i genuinely look like a clown. they bleached such a big section of the front it’s like a huge block on my head while the rest is orangey brown. I had black box dye in my hair from the past and they told me that it wouldn’t get as light as i wanted and i completely understood that, that’s not my issue here. the back is completely orange nothing like the picture there’s no highlights or contrast at all. even if it was not as light as i wanted there’s just no sign of streaks at all within my hair it all just looks orange even though i wanted the contrast of light and dark in my hair. I wish i was exaggerating when i say my bang is two different colors. it goes from a light blonde to the brassiest orange at the ends. they were rushing for me to leave seems like they didn’t want to give me time to review what they did. They also left the one streak in the back that they did the test on so it’s just one lighter streak in the middle of all my hair, they didn’t try to blend it in or hide it at all. they covered my roots with a very red brown color even though i wanted an ashy tone so my whole hair just looks orange and red at this point. I’ve had black box dye in my hair before and i’ve gotten highlights and balayage before i’ve never had this happen, this is not normal. Honestly garbage. Just so sloppy and terribly done i honestly advise you to go somewhere else because they do not care about the quality of their work here. They charged me 800 dirhams and refused to give me a refund after this disaster. and when i pointed out the blatantly OBVIOUS problems even sending them photos showing the issues, they kept ignoring everything i was saying, deflecting and arguing with me saying over and over and over “we told you we couldn’t get it as light as you wanted because of the black box dye” even though i told them multiple times it’s not about that it’s the fact that they left a streak in the middle of my hair at the back of my head and left me with thick clown orange and white bangs. they told me to come in and they would do it again “complimentary” but i just don’t trust them to do my hair again that’s why i asked for a refund which they didn’t give me. they had the audacity to ask why i was making an issue about this, even though i explained. its frustrating that they couldn’t even admit they messed up. i honestly never ever complain, i never make issues, this is the one time i got my hair done in a long time. 800 dirhams down the drain. save your money and your time, don’t go here.

I keep coming back to this salon, this time I brought my sisters with me and they have stayed till 2 am making us look pretty!!! Lovely British owned salon with British hairdressers. Plenty of parking and super easy to find the location. Spacious salon so feels peaceful.Charisse my stylist was lovely! We discussed my requirements and she, advised on how much hair needed cut.The assistant, didn’t catch her name, did the most amazing shampoo and conditioning scalp massage and then a 1 minute back massage at the end of the wash - heaven!My hair colour is possibly the best colour I’ve had and have had several comments on my hair already!Please try this salon if like me you’ve been looking for a good Dubai salon for over 18 years!!

I loved the service here, I’ve done nail art and a hair cut as well. I’ve done hair coloring with fairooz she’s amazing she did exactly the color that I wanted. Moreover, when we first entered they were welcoming and very hospitable and offered us coffee as well.

What a joy to finally find a professional hairdresser who knows how to cut my curly and thick hair. Great salon and stylists. Great amenities but about 40% higher prices than many high end salons. I was quoted AED 720 (including taxes) for T-section highlights on medium-long fine hair. Breakdown- Toning is chargeable & not included in highlights charges & they even charge AED 50 for a normal hair drying (not blow dry) which is mandatory to do, as they said. If budget is not a concern for you, then its a great place to do your hair from.

Ended up with a color far off from what we agreed on (picture). I’m blonde and wanted to get more of a light brown/golden blonde-ish look, but I barely see any difference. It took a very long time too. When I was done and told her that this was not what we agreed on, she said that the colour in the pic (she showed me) was not possible to get for me.. So, so frustrating. She was nice and polite, so I it’s sad to say that I’m everything but happy. Also, I had to pay full price even tho I said that I shouldn’t have to. And don’t mind the prices online. They said themselves that nobody pays the “from”-price - it’s always more expensive. Sorry to say, but I really don’t recommend this salon…

I recommend getting eyelash extensions done by Venus - I’m absolutely delighted. Water, wind, washing - the eyelashes withstand everything perfectly. 100% pro. Speaks Russian well. There was a negative review with another master of this studio, so I’m taking off one star. I really liked that there is also a customer focus, the master came out for me outside of his shift.
