The location is perfect, there is parking behind the building which has great access, the front parking is quite busy so keep that in mind for when arriving for appointment.Prior to the appointment I needed to change my appointments and they helped me with ease and fixed me in even after I had to come in during peak hours.I did a manicure with Dona who was such a delight, she helped me and was patient with me choosing my colors and pedicure scrub with Pawana who did such a great job at cleaning my feet and scrubbing them and did an amazing massage that most salons just lightly tickle the feet.I also did the waxing with Pawana and she was AMAZING, she plucked and pulled all the hair out even the tiniest ones i felt were still there she plucked all of them outPawana and Dona are amazing! Thankyou so much ladies, will be back every time for the fabulous service I recieved 🤩

The place is quite dirty and the ladies working there seem to lack any kind of training. They shout at each other from one room to the other, they ignore each other, they drag their feet while walking around, they sit in one corner on their mobile all the time. The eyelash extension took far too long, I walked out with a bad backache. I did it on Wednesday and by Saturday all the lashes had completely fallen off. The threading was the worse one I ever got in my life. So indelicate, felt like torture. No rose water nor cream applied afterwards. Awful service. Will surely not go back

4 star for the interior but 5 star for the staff. Hana did my gel Polish n extension n I loved how neatly and dedicatedly she does the work. I am completely satisfied with the outcome. Though they need to give more nail Polish options and should have magnet gel Polish too. Sana is simply outstanding with hair !!! I loved how she gave me the look. I am going back for my protein n highlights. Sophia did an amazing job with my mani and pedicure…very sweet and warm girls . 😊 thank you .

I found the salon on an advert as it was only 125 AED for extensions, which I required at the time! The lady was lovely, however it took 3 hours, which I definitely will not be going back for that!! Far to much time unfortunately

I like the salon and the ladies. The promotions are good, and the technical skills for all of them are on point - both nails and hair. Hannah does excellent manicures and manages the money well; Sofia does a thorough pedicure as well as good assistance with hair. Sana the hair stylist has excellent proficiency with technical skills like super fine highlights and color. If youre not 100% sure what you want, she is quite good at making choices for you. If you DONT like someone making choices for you, you have to communicate extra with her and be very strong about NOT doing certain things. You also need to ask lots of questions and work around communication gaps on anything technical; I asked for a protein treatment and ended up getting Keratin without being advised. I only saw a Kerastase bottle, and assumed it was a Kerastase treatment. It was actually a very high volume formaldehyde Keratin treatment and I was pregnant, which is ... Problematic. They didnt ask, they didnt advise, they just did protein - I was angry about this, but the girls are so nice I am giving them another chance. Their kindness, prices and skill are worth the extra effort in micro-management.

Had a brilliant experience with the classic mani pedi and foot reflexology. Sana and Hana were very professional and made the entire experience very relaxing. The place is clean and vibrant. Will be returning soon for more treatments.

Hana was so lovely & did an excellent job. The highly recommended her!!

All I can say it’s a ghost salon empty looks abondaned very dirty there was cockroache walking around the roof has fallen and there was water leaking the girls are just trying to work in this conditions I don’t what Dubai municipality is doing why they don’t take action

Very bad service , the nail lay over was done so badly that it started chipping off and the quality of the there nail polish is too cheap they used old and expired nail polishes which are dried up , there staff is not experienced even to apply a classic nail polish .hygiene levelIs too low too messy and dirty . The lady at reception is extremely ill mannered and don’t know how to deal with clients when asked about details and location of salon she sent the location after two days of my watsapp message in short a very low standard salon , products, services and unprofessional staff !!!!A big No for any service

I came here because of the 75 aed gelish nails discount. The women there were nice but they were not wearing gloves. The nail polish application wasn’t very neat. They didn’t cover the tips and sides very well. Their equipment was cheap/old. The place looks okay but it needs maintenance, new nail polishes and a new UV light.

I made an appointment via Whatsapp a day before the said appointment, they confirmed and when I came to my appointment they said it was cancelled and they said I was the one who cancelled, its clearly shows on my whatsapp the confirmation that it was booked. Therefore, I have to wait for almost 40mins. The service I received is okay. Cris the filipina lady who did my manicure and pedicure is amazing. I also had my haircut done, I requested for a layered style and I dont like it the other lady seems unexperienced it doesnt looked like a layered one. Very disappointing.

Well priced and great blow out! My hair lasted all week and endured hot weather and hiking up a mountain!

I went to get a gel manicure. The lady removing my previous gel was so rough on my nails and she had buffed them down so much to the point that they are so thin now and keep bending when I’m doing things. The application of the gel was done badly too. You can see through the polish at parts and then it’s thick at the top. My pedicure was done alright. My toes were a bit sore after because she cut too much skin around the nails. This is the second time I visited the salon.The First time was normal manicure and pedicure, that was alright application of the polish was not neat though. And my toes were sore after. I understand that it could have been a genuine mistake so planned to revisit the salon.It’s a cute salon but dirty. Coffee cup rings on the surfaces. The staff were nice.Probably will never go back.

Terrible customer service. I made an appointment and the reception Pawana said cannot do it and also for hair only on Monday. Then why accept the appointment when I booked it. Her attitude is rude. Don’t go them at all very bad service.

They cut my skin and my finger burns, and the employees shout loudly and laugh loudly and are horribly slow.And whatever I say, she doesnt hear the touch and give me solutions for my nails, and I noticed that they dont know the fair prices.
