Yesterday January 15 Wednesday was the day I visited the salon with my sister, keep in mind I’m visiting this salon for about 10 years now I absolutely love the staff the people who do our services and the actual hard workers.Amazing services always satisfied. I did my Botox by elsa amazing employee as well as Jenny great for hair cutting.But the receptionist and specifically one whom I forgot her name is an absolute menace, disrespectful, desperate for arguments and it’s very sad that I’m using these words but lower than an animal even in my opinion and not worthy of speaking to.For no reason always seems to be around us when we come for services has attitude to show as if she’s paying for our services or providing it for us or is the actual owner of the salon.So disrespectful she should be thankful that yesterday I decided to keep quiet and not speak more. I’m writing this review as a person who never reviews or writes feedback on google but this, this was absolutely crossing the red line and a normal humans limit. Disgusting behavior and this is all being written for the owner whoever is responsible for this salon to take action against it or whether there’s any benefit of these reviews to begin with.We have always shown basic respect and etiquettes when visiting the salon and almost half of our family and friends visit this salon all because of our recommendation, the fact that we kept up with this behavior so long is us showing respect for being loyal customersBut once and for all if this behavior starts again or is ever repeated in anyway I’ll make sure I take action if I have to, everything is acceptable except someone being disrespectful and not knowing their place.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience to help others avoid what I went through. I had a very unpleasant encounter with a nail technician named Hannah. She cut my finger while filing my nails and continued to do so rudely, as if I were getting the service for free. Despite my polite requests for her to be gentler, she responded with attitude and rolled her eyes. When I asked if she understood me, she rudely said she didn’t understand English. Even if she didn’t understand the language, she should have recognized from my actions and comments that I was in pain and asked her to slow down. Additionally, she filed my nails poorly—far worse than a child could have done. I eventually switched to another technician, Sarita, who was excellent, listened to my requests, and shaped my nails perfectly. By that time, my finger was already cut, so I was in pain due to that.

Very satisfied with the services 🙏🏻 I have done face, wax, full body, massage, manicure, pedicure, and more everything as usual it’s always satisfied and I should add a great thanks for Miss Bishnu, 🌺she has a wonderful gold hand for massage service..And I wish if they stick to 1 price because sometimes it’s higher than other time.

I’m really satisfied with this salon especially with Kamana and Bishnu . They are very friendly and hardworking. I have been visiting this salon for more than 2 years and I always get proper service from them. I must say I really enjoy my visits over there.

Unreal experience with Companion Beauty. A massive shout out to Maha. She coloured and cut my hair and oh my goodness, was it amazing. I came in wanting something specific and left with something better. As a brown girl, it’s hard to pick what hair color will suit you and Maha KNOWS BEST! My first bleach and honestly, not my last with the way she did it. Thank you so much Maha and team for all the work.

I have been coming here with my mother for 2.5 years and have had really good experience! Our work were handled by both Bishnu aunty and Kamana aunty, both of them are really nice and friendly and made us feel comfortable as well. Bishnu aunty does excellent neck and shoulder massage, my mother has severe back pain as well and Bishnu aunty’s massage helped her get relief from the pain a lot. Kamala aunty also does keratin treatment and facial wax for me and the overall experience was quite nice and fruitful!

Kamana is wonderful I only come to this branch because of her. Many years I have come and she was always kind and caring. Her work is great too. Great facials.

This is a review for the salon on the 1st floor in front of Du. The so-called manager/receptionist, a Filipina named Mayi, was dishonest. She kept changing her word after agreeing on a price for my hair treatment and color. I completed the treatment in three sessions over three days, initially agreeing on a package of AED 1100. However, after completing the sessions, she increased the price. I strongly advise staying away from this salon, especially because of this receptionist Filipina…

I came here accidentally completely unplanned but was definitely best decision ever and i was guided to a different hairstylist but ended up with a lady called safa and indeed I am so glad. She has been extremely professional, kind, genuinely nice and so very good! She is amazing at her job! Had come here hopeless at my hair condition and going back with a total makeover! Highly recommend this salon! I got a haircut (korean wolf cut) from Ms. Jenny and she is very good (she always asks me if Im fine with what shes going to do next). She even gave me tips on how to style my hair. The price is also very nice.

My recent visit for a hair wash and blow dry left much to be desired. Despite paying for what should have been a relaxing experience, I was met with disappointment. The stylist managed to burn my ear during the straightening process, and their response to my complaint was merely a superficial apology. Furthermore, the stylist exhibited a noticeable attitude throughout. Overall, the service fell short of expectations and did not justify the cost. I would not recommend this salon based on my experience.

I did a haircut, colouring and styling; and my 4-year-old got a haircut as well by Jenny Vietnam. She is amazing and did a fabulous job by giving us both exactly what we asked for. I needed a change from my usual long hair, so wanted to go short. I was sceptical about colouring my hair at first but she gave me more than what I asked for. Though she does not speak English, she found her way to get her job done well. Lots of love to you Jenny. She took good care of my little one too.

Terrible hair wash and blow dry service. Please train your staff to handle with care while doing hair service. While my hair was being dried the lady pulled my hair so bad that I got a sprain in my neck and severe headache. This was my 1st and last experience at the salon. Also very expensive for this horrible service. She definitely needs training (maha)

A womens salon with multiple branches in dubai abu dhabi umm al quwain and even fujairah i visited the dubai branch located in madina mall during the weekend and it was not crowded i did a haircut and henna for the hands in my opinion the prices are reasonable and the staff are very polite also they accept essad discount card thanks to jenny for amazing hair cut and rukhsaar for beautiful henna

I did hair coloring and keratin from this saloon. Staff Moon did for me. She is very sweet and very genuine in her work. The end result is very beautiful and she did very good work. I recommend her for all the customers who wish to treat their hair.

I had highlights done on my curly and my mom had a hair treatment by moon and we were very pleased with how professional she is. she helped me pick out the right tones for my hair to get the shade i wanted without damaging my curls. definitely recommend visiting the salon and asking for moon if you want to get your hair done!

I went there last minute with my mom to get highlights before my flight. the staff was very nice and friendly. i informed the woman who did my hair that it is my first time dying my hair and that the highlights should compliment my natural curly hair. she was very good and proffesional and asked me exactly how i want my hair to look. i am writing this review for the woman who did my hair (she was african i think) i forgot her name but i would like to thank her because maybe i did not look too happy in the end but i really really loved my hair and its the perfect natural highlights, i hope she can see this!

Haircut was fine.But I did hand waxing from there, and even after a week, allergy is still irritating me. I’ve done waxing before but this is the first time ever that I’ve become allergic. I don’t know why. The method or quality of products, both must be checked for avoiding any other person’s difficulty. I wanted to add this in my review.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. They have different price each time you visit. Hair cut for kids (7 year old with short hair) they said the price is 80dhs , but after you reach there they increased it to150dhs. Unreasonable and non standard pricing. Absolutely hate their service and would never visit again.

Visited Companion beauty salon in Madina mall extension branch in 2nd floor near pan home for facial. I had a most delightful experience, all thanks to the skilled hands of Ms.Tanya.Not only did Ms.Tanya execute the facial wonderfully, but her friendly demeanor and professionalism also made the entire experience even more enjoyable.

The staff is always SO rude (Madina Mall branch). They don’t even do a good job and then they blame the customer if they do anything wrong or if the customer doesn’t like it. They always argue and say rude things and are very out of line. I’ve complained about all this before but it seems it fell on deaf ears or they just don’t care. Their staff not only needs training in salon services, but also in customer service and how to deal nicely with people. If the prices and location weren’t convenient for me I would have stopped coming here ages ago. FIX YOUR ATTITUDES AND BE BETTER AT YOUR JOBS. We also spend our hard earned money on these services.

Worst and worst parlour service I ever came across so far😡Lady name Faiza did waxing for me and next day my underarm are full of red rashes and pain. The worst part is they don’t admit their mistake and won’t even advise how to mitigate this problem and will keep on making excuses. Will never recommend this place to anyone.

Worst experience i waste my money i lay for keratin and they done my hair treatment very bad after treatment i wash my hair with keratin shampoo and conditioner i have no change in my hair its still wavy i go again they said there is no keratin in my hair its not straight i clearly mentioned i want straight hair they said its ok this is fine bla bla bla you do hair dryer every day what the hell am not doing it first time i use to do 3 year but form this parlor i did first time they spoil my event also dnt goo there they are cheater they just waste your money on fake product

Missguided information. Surely my last visit and would not recommend anyone. I visited here few months ago and service was excellent for which I paid 90aed for haircut and blow and this time it was horrible. I went for hair trim for which reception leaflet mentioned aed55. After hair cut I was told to pay aed80 and for blow dry 80more that too for 10min.. even The efforts in cutting were not satisfactory. Better give communication training too with this sales training.

Do not recommend at all, I went in for a haircut and the lady Marwa completely RUINED my hair. She cut 4 inches off without my permission made it choppy and reduced me to tears the manager was very very unhelpful claiming that I was wrong for my hair not being even. Not professional and definitely ruined my hair.

My first time to try this salon near my home. So impressed on how mimin saved my nails. I have a habit of biting my nails and she managed to fix my nails with a natural color acrylic. Tham is also nice. She did pedicure on me. Very sweet lady.Will definitely do my nails with her everytime.

Never choose the staff named Sharmila..she did hydra facial and collagen hair spa for me..Every mistake she do she will try to convince thats how they do.. very disappointed..

I really like companion beauty salon all services because I am doing my hair always with them and I am doing Moroccan bath & eyelashes also with them. If I had a zero or negative I would have this to the worst salon visited ever . Staff cannot speak English doesn’t understand what we wants . The shampoo ur hair 3 times with some detergent based shampoo and make ur hair dry like a scrubber used to wash a utensil . They don’t understand what is outcurls . Worst salon visited ever . Pls if I love ur hair or u have an party or event do not visit here ever. Go to some other small salons who give better service

I’m not happy and not satisfied what massage I got from there salon.wen I do my appointment I ask them I want to book hard massage I waited already for 20 minutes before she start to me.wen she start she ask me about hot stone f I want to try I ask her f for what the hot stone she told me to feel relax I agree but wen she start I don’t know that hot stone is for nothing u will just feel the hot but u can’t feel any hard massage from her hand.so I told her to stop.and wen she start to do the massage she don’t do the hard massage for my legs and that is the important the muscle of my legs.one more thing wen u told full body massage they will massage whole body but she didn’t do for my feet and my hand specially my palm.I’m very disappointed I can’t recomend with my friends.

Poor quality of service. They burned my face when I did upper lip waxing and when I went to complain they offered me 10/- aed as compensation which was pathetic. I had to buy medical cream for the burn which costed 27/-. It’s not about money it’s about the attitude. Too much attitude the ladies in the reception, last time they burn my underarms and now face. Please don’t opt this saloon they are rude, unprofessional and disrespectful towards their customers

I felt no professionalism at all from them and that’s not the first time. Although beauticians do their job well but the attitude is not good with everyone. I booked my appointment twice and went there but the lady wasn’t available. They wasted my time. They should stop being racist and behave with all the customers equally. I think that would be great for them.

I went to get a hair style for a wedding and she absolutely did s*^t work on my hair! I paid 200 aed for that work!! I wanted something and she did something ELSE and later argued thats what I showed her in the picture. I wasted my money my time and it was a BAD HAIR day on the wedding. I was looking horrible! Huh!

I had recently visited this place and given it a 5 star review , followed by which they had provided me with 15% discount online, I booked my appointment using the discount , after I was done with the services, they said they dont give discounts. Inspite of telling them that they had given me the discount online while booking, they refused to look into it saying they dont give discounts at all.If you dont give discounts, then do not reply to reviews saying you give discounts, It is disappointing to get such fake messages.Such service is not expected.

This is the worst salon I have been to first of all u have like 100 staff and to do the service takes forever even if it’s booked. And for ur Arab staff Moroccan she doesn’t have a good way of talking the phone she doesn’t hear what the customer wants she just wants to close the phone and her attitude in the salon the way she stares is very bad this is the worst salon experience that I ever had I will make sure that I tell people how bad it is

Poor service they literally runied my nails and for my gelish removal they took almost 2 hours to remove it , worst pedicure I’ve ever had.

Worst place to get a haircut . I have had a haircut there twice coz it’s the closed salon for me . Both times I just asked them to trim my hair and they made it all uneven and SLANT !! How pathetic!! I would NEVER recommend it to anyone.

Very bad experience, I used to visit this saloon since they opened, now it is over priced and no justification just cheating thee customer, there are very good and better served saloons available in qusais.

The service was very very bad .. I had a prior appointment and yet no one attended to me . They made we wait for 35 minutes. And then I left ... after which they kept saying sorry ... I dont recommend them at all ... they are not organised and not customer focused
