I absolutely love this salon. The staff are so friendly and professional. They know what they’re doing and are very good at it. Especially want to add my experience of pedicure with Bhavna who did my pedicure with such care and detail. My feet have never looked this good! Dont want to do this comment but in fresha I saw Review about this salon that is totally wrong she tell about they are not washing hands after using toilets I already used washroom once inside already have wash basin and have tissues so we can wash and dry our hands with tissues and one more thing I saw about cleaning or hygiene since 3 year I am going there dont have any issue like that all staff are very good for customer service and every time I visit I feel friendly environmentHighly Recommend!🥰

NISHA is amazing ! I had my hair color done with her, not only did she helped me choosing a perfect color for my hair but she spent the time fixing every detail of my hair until it was perfect. I had my hair colour and haircut done by NISHA , she has been the best so far in terms of knowledge and precision. She even rectified the colour as it was not suiting me and the haircut is done perfect. Good prices for most services! They always do their best to accommodate you and fit you in even if they’re busy. Sumu is great, I get hot oil treatment done with her!General hygiene and cleanliness in the salon could be better though. I don’t feel like it always maintains the cleanliness standards that salons should have

I went for a hot oil massage. Baby was my technician. She was amazing. Her massage on my head actually put me to sleep. She is sucha sweet person and lovely to talk with. I highly recommend her and the parlour. Amazing service.

Ive been using the services of that salon for more than two years, now I dont think Ill be one anymore. The services are fine and the staff is helpful, however the level of hygiene of the premises and the workers is at the lowest possible level. No one washes their hands, the beds are not cleaned after the clients and the uniforms of the girls are so dirty that I was ashamed to look at them. And their appearance is terrifying. My last visit ended with me cutting the service half way through and leaving. Despite the good services and reasonable prices, I will not go there again.

Although I had to wait to start my appointment even though i booked it prior, the ladies doing my waxing and pedicure were very good. Fouzia did my waxing very well and understood my concerns for my sensitive skin. Elva did my pedicure nicely. I recommend to see them.

I have been going here from quite some time , the staff is really good and never really had any complaints to be honest. However I am really upset with the way I was treated by the new Sudanese lady on the reception.When I entered the saloon I said I wanted a few services but the lady kept insisting to sit at the entrance while she checks if someone was available. Considering I walked in without an appointment I would have happily waited however asking me to sit at the entrance (twice) which I was not comfortable with was really not professional. However I still stepped inside considering I will see few familiar staff as she is new. But she kept ignoring the fact I wanted multiple services and kept saying everyone is busy which wasn’t true when I went in. It was kind of Fauzia to tell me to please wait inside while she gets available to which I had to tell receptionist to “please let me sit as she is free”. I honestly feel, I would have to rethink my next visit considering the way I was treated today which is honestly humiliating.

Great service and especially from AlvaFirst time she did pedicure to me I was so relaxed and I came back for waxing my legs and she’s really good, definitely my to go to salon

I move to my new place last year and since then i was looking for good saloon. This saloon is very clean and spacious that i like going there.Good work should be appreciated,the mani pedi and message expert LEA is excellent in her job. I m telling this after trying different saloon for one year. She knows her job very well.I also like AMNA , the hair and facial expert, she is very dedicated and detail oriented with hairs.loved her. she is excellent in choosing colors which suits your tone .i can completely rely on her.I m very happy to find these two ladies.

This is my second time here and I really like their service. Not a very big salon but definitely great on price and service. Clean and smells fresh.Special mention of Sunita who paid detailed attention to my hair. Her customer service and friendly attitude is a Big Plus for the team. And if you are totally relaxed ( or feel sleepy during your treatment) you can ask for a refreshing cup of tea or coffee to wake you up 😊Would highly recommend this place😊😊😍

They are thiefs and its a total scam. For different services they gave same price. For blow dry, washing and straighting I paid 158 AED it took more than hour, then for straighting only (washing and blow dry was done already from different saloon as I refixed extension) they also insisted for same price it took 15 mins.I never recommend... better to ask price before because what the prices on their website are fake ...Donot goUpdateI do not want free of charge service, I want reasonable charge. You said (DO NOT PAY) as if you are insulting me, and because I said I will do review, not to keep good relation or good customer experience you didnot offer a free of charge or discounted service, and I donot need discounted service from you. I have been using their services since a year plus , with no complaints…I visit them almost every week ….went for a hair wash today and the girl named Ruth was so disinterested in doing her task that she did not even partially dry my hair !! In turn she had the audacity of arguing with me and saying , you better take services from some one else !! Imagine !! Her justification was She has some burn injury on her arm, I understand , but why was she assigned the task when I m paying for the services !! SUPER DISAPPOINTED!!.

I have tried Sumu massage she is really the good deal for anything related to facial threading and massage thank you Sumu for your amazing service well done can never say more than amazing I will certainly keep coming back vert satisfied client for sure and thanks to you I become a loyal one

Had my hair spa ter for three times.. First two wer best. My third visit completely broke me down. They gave me a new spa this time n said its very good than previous one.. trusted them was my mistake, now hair is full of dandruff which is worse than before n too itchy.. wen I raised a complaint about this to them directly, they were like we cant do anything or v r not responsible for wat happened to me. Very bad n disappointing.. now my hair is spoiled fully .

This is my worst experience I had in a salon. Went there to apply acrylic nails and manicure, The service was not done professional and the outcome was wavy surface and the acrylic fell off after I finished. Will never ever go back there.

Worst experience ever! The staff is unqualified to provided the minimum customer experience standards. I did an appointment for hair rebonding on their website, I received a reminder message and when I show up for my appointment Im left waiting for 25 minutes only to be offered another service since they are unable to provide me with the service I booked as the required products are out of stock. Shocking! Why take appointments if youre unable to deliver the service??? First time in this salon and definitely the last one!

Worst salon in DSO .... Went for dr renaud whitening facial, and they make it worst with mix and match anti-aging and whitening product all together and now my skin behaves horrible lot of breakout came out. Secondly they did the facial in waxing room that to be without the facial steam, as per the therapist its good for the skin. what I feel either they dont have steamer or some other client was their in Facial room . And Thirdly as per appointment Facial timing will be 1hr 20 min ... but mine they did it only in 30 min. Literally jn the day light theyre looting the customer. I will report this salon to Dubai Municipality authority. PIC is attached for reference how they mix and match the product .

Worst hair cut ever. Hair dresser cannot cut short hair and doesn’t know when to stop.I have short hair and even after the hair dresser saying multiple times that she can cut short hair and knows what to do she still made awful cuts. I have to now go get it fixed somewhere else. I tried to tell her what parts to fix but she kept saying she knows what to do. The whole salon is also messy and not clean.

Today i visited the salon silicon oasis branch and was super happy of the service ,the first time to do my nails with kima the nails technician but she is one of the best ones in dubai and recommend everyone to try and do their nails with her 😍

They Infected my toe with pus after pedicure service 2 days ago. It was very painful could not sleep the whole night. Called their contact number and someone said they will get back to me however waited for hours for their response even whatsapp them for this hilarious result. No response at all. I will report this salon to Dubai Municipality or any other related authority.
