My go to place for any beauty services! They have an excellent team of professionals be it nail, face or hair services! If there is less than one i would have rated less than one i entered the saloon at 5:45 i left at 9:45 that long it took for eyelash extensions and manicure, eyelashes are okay but nails are disgusting and very very bad thick very fake and cracky , first time and last time to visit

As I live in the DSO I was looking for a salon in this area, ideally accessible by public transportation. The Companion Beauty Salon in the Silicon Central mall is one of these places. They even accept walk-ins (i.e. without an appointment). As a woman with short hair it is always a bit of a challenge for me to find a hairstylist trained in trimming womens short hair in Dubai (because almost all women here have long hair). Id like to thank Ms. Hanan for following my requests and guidance precisely which meant that I am pleased with the hair cut very much even though I was there for the first time. Thanks again!

Companion Beauty Salon ( Silicon Central Branch ) is beyond gorgeous. The entire salon is immaculate. The relaxing scent made me feel at ease and the soothing music calms all my senses. I highly recommend Ms. Lea Montemayor, shes the best nail technician I’ve ever had. She takes time to make sure you’re getting what you came for. Shes very efficient and professional. Ms. Sabina is also warm and friendly. Overall I am happy with their service.

Had a very unpleasant experience at this salon. I went in for a pedicure, Sheila who did the service was really good. So I enquired about hair extensions as I have very less hair and wanted to know if this can cover the crown area which has very little hair. Sabina the manager convinced me that the extensions can indeed add more volume and asked me to also do a protein treatment to reduce the frizz before attaching the extensions. I assumed she knew what she was talking about and agreed to do the protein treatment and get hair extensions done. When the service was almost over I noticed that nothing was done to the actual problem area. When I questioned about it, she said extensions cant be added to top of the head. So there I was looking like a clown with full long hair from the back and a bald crown area. I looked like such a joke so I had the extensions removed and had to pay half the price for it even though they ruined my hair and caused so much damage to it. Also they kept the extensions to be used on another customer. The owner refused to speak to me on call and only listened to what Sabina had to say. Not sure if the staff dont know what their work, just want to get the sale even if they cant deliver or both. Either way my hair is in a worse state now than before and I feel completely cheated by this salon. Very disappointed to say the least. Its been over a week since they messed my hair and promised to make it better but I still havent heard from them. The manager called once to ask why I gave a negative review and that was it. They only care about their ratings and making money but not the customer

I got a moroccan bath done by Huda and a 1 hour massage done by Leah. Both ladies were absolutely amazing! Huda’s moroccan bath made me feel so fresh and my skin looks visibly glowy. I paid extra for the loofah and it was so worth it. Leah is by far the best masseuse i have EVER visited, her massage managed to release tension knots I have had for years. She is so experienced and manages to melt every little knot, the experience initially hurts a little bit but as she keeps working the muscle i just felt incredible. Best massage i’ve ever had.Both ladies were so nice and performed so well! Everyone in the clinic was nice, it was clean and I found their prices very reasonable. I would 100% recommend and go again.

3 days ago I did Acrylic Nails with gelish it was so perfect they made same exact design what i showed them I am really happy after visiting there. Receptionist Fatima was nice also. I will visit soon.

Very disappointed at their service. I wish i had seen all the negative reviews before visiting their salon. They just push people to use their services and then ruin their hair and nails. Very unprofessional staff and the owner doesn’t even care about your complaints. They keep denying their mistakes as if we never visited the salon.Bdw all 5 star reviews are from their own staff. The moment you put an actual review about their disappointing service, their staff puts 5 star reviews themselves. I would never ever suggest anyone for this kind of salon.

Today i went to get my mani n pedi done and my cuticles were bleeding.when i complained the staff about it she said its because i moved my hand..very unprofessional. The staff who did my manicure almost started cutting my nails before even asking what i wanted to get done.never going back there.

The receptionists are not polite at all.They also lie about prices and when you talk to them they say if you don’t want to pay please go back and remove the manicure.A very bad experience and I hope no one will experience it again.Dont be fooled by fake offers

Very Bad Experience. I have been going here since 4 months n when i visited recently all the old staff was gone n new staff were hired. This new staff had no experience at all. Bad facial n very bad waxing. She literally burned my skin. The staff there has a lot of attitude n very unprofessional. When i complained about the service there was just one Cold Sorry but no actual action taken to keep the customer happy or empathize with them. Dont trust the good reviews it is by their own staff only.

VERY !!!!! cheep materials and polish , no variety of colors! The majority of staff are rude and unprofessional at all , the back area smells like sewage , and it’s very over priced compared to the cheep materials that they use and the poor job they’ve done . Mani -pedi was okay ( nothing special) but the rest doesn’t worth a penny
