I am a regular customer with the saloon and that because of their great services and amazing technicien they have. I do always acrylic gel with Gretchen and Pedicure with Mimi and I am so happy with their work since they really care about what they do and how they do. It is my first time to feel the urge that I want to leave. That I want a spa session to end. But, at the same time, it was to me “I paid for this, I shall get the treatment.”The price is 200 AED. Maybe for some, it is not much, but for a student, it is.During the session, I was not sure if I was actually getting a massage. Initially, I was not asked the pressure I want. And, I did not feel any pressure for good 30 minutes. All I felt, was someone pushing my skin. I know that is how part of the massage, but it was different. However, I reminded myself that different people have different techniques. And there are so many massage styles from around the world.I convinced myself that it is okay. I let it slide.One thing that somewhat bothered me is the excessive amount of oil that was used. At some point, I thought I am just turning into an oil.The therapist used an excessive amount of oil. Almost every few minutes, she will add more oil. There was so much oil in my body, by the end of the session, that she had to dry me out of it. [Often times, during my massage sessions, little oil is applied, and by the time the session is over, the oil is completely gone].However, the excessive amount of oil is not the main factor that has made me uncomfortable.What truly bothered me was the lack of privacy.I understand that she is a female, she knows my body parts because she has them. However, there is a cultural boundary that shall be respected. In every other spa, when a person is going to have a massage, the therapist is outside the room when the customer is undressing. The staff member only enters AFTER the customer is lying down. Then, the customer is covered VERTICALLY by the towel. And when the customer has to turn around, the towel COVERS the staff’s eyes from the customer’s front. When the customer has turned around, the staff PLACES the towel on the customer before looking at the customer.However, what happened was complete opposite, showing clearly lack of privacy.From the beginning, the staff member was in the room as I was getting undressed and she wouldn’t leave. She acted like she is looking around and when I glanced over her, I notice her averting her eyes.During the massage, she did not place the towel vertically to cover my body, rather she placed it loosely horizontally. Also, there was no cue that she was going to start, as normally they massage before they uncover the customer. She immediately started with the oil.When turning around, she did not cover her eyes to allow me to turn, she just expected me to turn comfortably.When I turned around, she did not cover my chest. Which is completely disrespectful. In every other spa, the chest is ALWAYS covered.After finishing, she told me to sit up to “dry” me. Yet, she did not give me anything to cover my chest.It is completely uncomfortable to have the chests out for the “massage” especially as it is against the culture. It is one thing to have it open in a medical setting, but for the massage. No, thank you.We do not wear bras during massage, but our chests shall remain covered using anything.Hence, I will not recommend for anyone to step foot in the massage room. Unless, you are more open to such experience.

Today is my first time visiting companion beauty and I absolutely regret booking my appointment today. This is firstly due to the fact that there was an extreme lack of hygiene within the workplace. There was lots of hair in the floor in the salon. Also, the towels used during my manicure and pedicure were dirty. One of the ladies even blew on my manicure trying to dry it off which I found absolutely appalling and disgusting. There was also a major lack of expertise within the staff attaining the service. It was obvious that the ladies didn’t know how to professionally use the given tools. One of the ladies was cutting of my excess cuticles and due to her unprofessionalism poked the skin on top of my nail and started to slightly bleed. Unfortunately I really did not feel safe nor satisfied by the service and definitely think that it’s way overpriced for the service. I highly do no recommend anyone to try their services.

Very bad in scheduling appointments and the staff are lying to me to stay they let me to wait for 40 minutes and then I left by doing nothing

I have been doing blow dry every week and hair dye at the saloon in dubai festival city branch and reem the hairdresser is super professional and efficient and does her job at her utmost best. She would make sure that i am satisfied before leaving the saloon. I would never my hair with anyone except with her and lucy.Apart from reem being good at her job, she also maintains a good attitude with her customers.

I had a full.day of pampering .the therapist was amazing, Then I did Highlights, cut and blow dry the hairstylist was so professional and a great colorist. Enjoyed my wonderful and thorough manicure and pedicure.. I would recommend this to all the ladies that one a good salon.

The entire staff at Companion Beauty Salon are outstanding! The prices are competitive and the service is extraordinary 🥰 I was on a tight schedule but everyone managed to do an amazing job and I was able to make it to the airport on time. Lucy and Zoya did a wonderful job with my manicure and pedicure . Reem did an outstanding job with the Moroccan bath. Leen was also quick and efficient in doing my hair treatment. Jenny the receptionist also made me feel very welcomed and tried her absolute best to plan my day . Thanks everyone , I’ll definitely visit you again the next time I’m in Dubai .

I was in a rush and entered this salon just to know about the haircut prices. They told me that style cut =120 aed.(no complimentary hair wash, only hair cut with normal drying of hair).Few days later I came and had haircut. After cutting my hair they said my total bill is 120 +80 for blow dry.=I told them that last time they told me something else and I never asked for blow-dry. I only asked for style cut.Totally disappointed. Who so ever is going to this salon ask your total bill before hand so that they dont add extra charges which you never asked for. And the blow dry was not extra ordinary. They only dried my hair.Although I liked my haircut.

The saloon has many services. I have tried the Morocco bath and manicure and pedicure and all was good compared to the price I paid. The place wasn’t crowded and most importantly was clean.

Very poor service. The lady who did the pedicure was kinda least interested in doing it. She simply did something and I had to come home and shape my nails from scratch. Manicure was the worst, with 3 days my gel nail polish started to peel off. While removing my existing gel polish they just made my nail so thin that it became paper thin and my nails would come off any time. Within a week the gel polish peeled off completely. The worst experience

My first visit in the salon was wonderful, easy appointment, welcoming staff and I have to commend Miss Gen,She provides excellent customer service, she is very attentive and was able to attend with whatever inquiries I have. She goes above and beyond with what I’ve expected. I will recommend this salon and definitely would not be the last time I will visit.

I regret trusting on “good” reviews and visiting this salon for a haircut. Trimming hair without making it wet, on dry ends completely randomly not even same straight from front and back. Results is equal to some kid playing with a scissors.Not a big deal, will fix it in some other place but it is just sad how poor quality they provide but still charge for it.

First time here, I Went for a haircut today with Mitra and she was beyond wonderful. She was understanding and really patient. she suggested what works best for my hair & face and did a great job. The salon was really clean and the staff too were very polite and helpful. The price too was very reasonable.

The place lacked hygiene, hair was all over the floor, chairs were stained, table wasnt clean, shampoo was extremely drying, brush metal piece looked off.. I cant come back to this place no matter what. Not to mention, place smelled like food! Such a disturbing experience!

The nails i did 6th november，only 9days，the nails started to peel and when i call them to remove it they only remove free if you do new color or cleaning nails. my nails even not grow that much to clean and cut. the cheap price has reason. so dont be fooled by them.

Mashallah, I will not straighten it except with her, and Reem’s hands are light, and her spirit is knotted, and the toner from her hands is different. Frankly, I went to Fit Dubai, Al-Sharqa, Ajman, and Abu Dhabi, but I will only return to them. And no pedicure Manicure 🥰🥰🥰🥰
