I absolutely love this salon and all the staff. Ive been going since 2019 and it will always be my favorite spot.Theyre so efficient, friendly and professional. Even outside Dubai Ive never been to a better service.Its always my number one choice and my top stylists are Bob and Omar. Kosai is also very good and theyre all magicians when it comes to hair styling and inclusivity they know how to deal with ALL HAIR TYPES. Highly highly recommend ❤️!!

Loved the experience! Bob really took care of my hair, I came in wanting to go lighter, but Bob recommended a color even better since my hair was a bit weak for bleaching, and honestly love this color way more (chestnut brown). Highly recommend!

I started having doubts that they were charging me significantly more than other customers, likely because I never question the prices. Last time, they quoted 750 AED for my mom’s treatment, which I paid upfront before leaving her there.When I returned to pick her up, I was shocked to find out they had charged her an additional 500 AED!A few months later, I decided to test this. I sent the exact same inquiry for root coloring from both my number and a friend’s number. They quoted me 400 AED but only 250 AED for my friend.Truly disappointing—these are people you simply cannot trust.

My experience at copacabana salon was amazing! The salon’s atmosphere was great and the staff were all friendly. My hairdresser Melad was extremely talented and very detail-oriented. I was nervous about getting my first balayage, but he was very patient in answering all my queries and took the time to understand exactly what i wanted. Not to mention also his attention to detail in everything including the haircut! The end result and color was incredible and exactly what i wanted! I highly recommend Melad to everyone. We do not disagree that it is a womens salon that works in the salon is men, but there is a point how can men not enter the salon with his wife, girlfriend or sister? I had a terrible experience! Despite clearly expressing my desire to color my hair blonde (a shade Ive maintained for 5 years), they insisted on offering only two options: dark brown or waiting for my hair to grow out. Disappointed, I left and found Solo Tre salon, where specialist Kenan Suliman professionally delivered exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend Solo Tre to others. This was my first a salon visit Copacabana in Dubai, and it left me feeling let down. I hope this feedback is taken seriously for improvement. Thank you

Even though photos of what I wanted were shown, I was given a different colour. I asked for a trim and got 10cm cut off. Senior stylist acts like he knows it all and is overtly confident.. but any junior stylist could’ve done what they did to my hair. Actually, yes, he made others do my hair, instead of himself. Kept increasing the price by the time it was done. Cold water was used on my scalp. Dripping down my back and in my ears. There for 5 hrs although asked not to be there that long. Wasn’t supposed to touch my roots, but did. Not even a biscuit offered. Had to ask twice for water! Not the type of service I expected from a ‘popular’ salon and hair stylist. Been to better in Dubai! Disappointing and will not return.

I visited copacabana today, and guys i want to give my very honest review about this amazing salon, I did balayage for the first time and the experience was 10/10The guy who did the balayage was Bob who was super helpful and an expert he explained everything in detail of what hair color he can acheive for me and what will be the after effects of it and its completely your decision if you still want to go for it or not. Secondly Amy was there and she was a sweetheart, was very gentle with my hair and the whole balayage process.They did their best and gave me a similar haircolor/look i asked for and i lovve itIn short Bob and Amy did an amazing job.If you guys ever visit this salon for a balayage/ombre/haircolor, you need to ask for these two people there. And you wont regret your decision.

I went here to do balayage ,but the one I wanted to do with, Mr omar he left his job ,after 10 minutes one guy came name Bob he said he will check my hairs they applied bleech or what I dnt know and long time they r waiting their Iike I wasted my more then one hour their after that he said he cant do for me as my hairs are weak .they r highly unprofessional and one lady over reception I guess she s from srilanka and one small hairs Filipino they r looking at each other and smiling...I highly recommend dont go this salon think before many times they dont know their work .I went to other salon which my frnd has recommended me same day ...and he did best Job for me ..and God saved me from this unprofessional hands

I went in for a trim 4 days ago and had the worst haircut I’ve ever done. The hairstylist’s hands were shaking while he was cutting. There was zero precision and the layers weren’t connected even after i asked him to do ensure to do so!! Extremely frustrating! Trimming is the most basic thing!He kept cutting chunks on my hair randomly in order to ‘trim’ the face framing section. Now I’m left with a block of hair around my hair that till my chin and not connected to the rest of the hair.Awful! The salon looks really old and rundown too.avoid this salon!

Dyeing my hair was a big concern to me before coming to this salon and met the professional hair designer Omar! he made me the best balayage and haircut. It was really awesome how he treated my hair!! and to give me the best style that matches my skin color and my face shape 🥰. I recently visited this salon with the intention of getting a balayage and a haircut. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The stylist was not only arrogant but also completely disregarded my requests. He refused to do the balayage, claiming my hair was dry, despite my previous successful experiences with hair color.Instead of providing the service I came for, he insisted on making my hair darker against my wishes. To add to the frustration, when I asked for a haircut, he found yet another excuse to deny me a proper cut and only did a quick trim that lasted about five minutes.To make matters worse, I was charged a staggering 850 AED for a service that left me unsatisfied and frustrated. The most disappointing aspect of this entire experience was the stylists attitude and behavior towards customers, which was extremely unprofessional.I would strongly advise anyone considering this salon to think twice before visiting. My experience here was nothing rather than a complete waste of time and money, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Popular salon for a reason. Even though my appointment ran 20 mins late, the lady there kept me informed and was kind. Then I was greeted by Bob who cut my hair and he did a fantastic job! He knows what suits you, and he takes his time cutting and styling in a good way. I love my new cut! Highly recommended.

First time i went to this salon for haircut and balayage I was very nervous as was first time in salon after years and my experience was great. The salon is nice but most importantly the people working there are friendly and funny so make you feel at ease. My hair was done by Omar, who is not just a wonderful person but a very talented artist. He examined my hair and explained the best colour option and style for me without damaging my hair and just did his magic. The end result was way beyond my expectations. I didnt even know my hair could look this good! I did root colour few months later and recently refreshed the balayage. Again the outcome was just amazing and I am loving my hair! I highly recommend Omar for ladies who are looking for exceptional results!

Managed to squeeze in for a last minute appointment. Had checked out their Instagram and saw some amazing balayage and styles and Omar did not disappoint. I’m quite easy going and understand that hair will never turn out exactly as pictures as many times it’s photoshopped, so after showing Omar a few photos and discussing colours he understood completely and nailed it.I don’t have the chunky balayage look but rather a sun-kissed beach vibe and it turned out amazing. I have always wanted to dye my hair lighter but was so worried due to lack of great stylists in Dubai. The transformation took a long time as I have very dark brown hair, however Charlie after 6 hours made it possible! Definitely loved the outcome of the color and my family and friends loved it too. Hats off to Charlie for an amazing job he has done and being professional hairstylist!

I had a very bad experience, I went to have keratin done and they told me no, that a botox was better, the procedure was terrible, my hair was tangled, they broke it trying to separate it, no one wanted to help to finish quickly since it lasted 6 hours there and I left without them finishing, it was terrible

I would definitely recommend this hair salon! From the beginning I felt like the health of my hair was their priority. Charlie immediately recognised hair colour of my roots without even looking at the palette, that tells me a lot! Moreover, I was blown away by his skills when he was cutting my hair, pure artistry! When a customer visits your establishment, they should feel welcome, they should feel positive energy and they should walk out incredibly happy and with confidence. This place will do the exact opposite!I wanted to get my hair done here for the longest time and was so, so excited but that died the moment I met the hairstylist.Truthfully, my hair has been through damage and Ive also suffered from hair loss due to covid, stress and the water here but its definitely not as horrible as the stylist made it seem. I know that. He completely killed my confidence and refused to do balayage. He didnt even suggest things that he could do instead and pretty much wanted me to leave. I should have left but I insisted because I wanted to believe he could make it work (judging by the work Ive seen).At one point, the manager intervened and stated that they wouldnt do the balayage because bleach would kill my hair and they didnt want to cheat me by taking my money. I can respect that but at the end of the day, its about me and unfortunately, to Copacabana, its only about them, not the customer.Anyway, the guy ended up working on my hair reluctantly. I have never met a stylist who was so disinterested and cold. He did my roots and toning which was subpar.He started giving me a haircut and I asked him what he wanted to do, layers or just a blunt cut. He said Theres no hair to give you layers. Is that the right way to speak to a customer??? Anyway, the cut was average and the blow dry was not a blow dry at all.I got charged a ton for below average work and a confidence killing experience. In case youre wondering, I was very nice and friendly the whole time. I was not rude at all so I didnt deserve the attitude. I smiled at the staff members who made eye contact with me and got stone cold stares in return. Pathetic.

I had had my hair done 3 times in the past 4 months in attempt to get a natural, warm toned blonde colour however no salon could achieve. For the 3rd time, my hair became way too light and looked completely unnatural. I came to copacabana and Kenan Suleyman understood all my concerns and in the end saved my hair!! Definitely would recommend.

I went to the salon ONLY for a haircut, since the begging the stylist didn’t say much. I showed a picture, very simple. He didn’t reply or follow my picture and then started to brush my hair.Before the appointment I asked the price of everything.I ended paying doble price because he never asked me if I was able to pay more for blow-dry.Neither the haircut nor the price was what I was looking for.

I booked for 5:30 and got in on time and was told to wait. 20 minutes later one of the stylists came to ask what I wanted to do and said there was a booking error and I’d need to wait 15 more minutes if that’s ok which I was fine with. We talked about hair color and he did a test strand. After a full hour of waiting I said what’s the story and was told sorry we don’t have an empty chair and I had to leave. What a waste of time!

The salon is very run down could do with a make over. Staff are all lovley great working environment. Hairdresser took on too many clients at the same time. Great result but had to wait around didnt get that bespoke feeling. But end result was lovley. They know what there doing and train the staff which is lovley to see.

Very rude staff and unprofessional service. I called and booked an appointment for a package starting 500 aed.after arriving they told me there is no package available and it will cost 1,500 aed!!Very disappointing service.

I heard about this place from a friend so I decided to try it out. I loved it! I did my hair and nails and I really liked the quality of their products. The staff are friendly and know what theyre doing and the ambiance of the place is so relaxing. Ill be coming back.

I had my hair color there and I loved it the day I got it done however post that its been super super dry and crispy ...it breaks everytine I just touch ...infact it was breaking that day too and I realized that they ended up bleaching way too much ...and its just in pieces ,So thats my experience...People are super nice and kind ...however I wont want my hair to suffer like this and wnt go back again

It is unfortunate I have to look for another hairdresser and other services because of the poor management and disorganization. They always have troubles and mistakes with appointments and book several people at the same time for one hairdresser. They disrespect your time! This is so unprofessional!

The service was VERY bad no one was wearing a mask, i waited for an hour and they wouldn’t even wash my hair even though i made an appointment, two girls that came after me did their hair and left and i was still waiting for them while they weren’t doing anything, my sister they washed her hair and then left her and did NOTHING, also the guys that worked there kept staring.it was a VERY VERY bad experience and definitely do NOT recommend

Waste of time. I arrived on time- my hairstylist casually strolls in 45 minutes later unapologetic for keeping me waiting for almost an hour. Everyone was cluelessly staring at me while I waited patiently (listening to loud abnoxious music) and tended to other people. Finally my stylist tells me bayalage isn’t possible, tends to other people and I decided to have a treatment done. When I’m done with the treatment I have to wait AGAIN for my stylist to notice that I’ve been sitting in my chair waiting for ANYONE to start my blow dry. I wasted 2 hours at this unprofessional salon. You’re better off spending more and going to a professional who will treat you with respect and do what you’d like.Horrible

One of the worst dyes I have done and I booked with someone, and what I asked was the Filipino worker, the place is dirty, and their dye is bad, it burns the hair and turns over for two days.

The worst salon on earthI spoke to them and asked about the extension, and they told me there were all types. When I arrived, there was only one type, and then there was no quantity. I went to them at an appointment and told them that my plane would be in two hours. He said he would finish. He let me be late. He removed the wrong extension for me and installed the worst installation for me. His philosophy is that he has been working for ten years and the work is lathe.

Farah: I came specially from Belgium to have my hair done by Kenan hair salon Copacabanaestrand. Its great whether its coloring or cutting. The orange or yellow effect Pipi you can say goodbye to him. A very natural blonde effect worthy of a great hairdresser. I highly recommend it. Me who is very difficult for the camp I can promise you that it is great 👍😻😻😻

Honestly, I dont trust anyone to hold my hair except KenanKenan is an artist and professionalI handed him my hair with my eyes closed and was confident that I would get the best resultI tried a lot, but nothing like Kenan!!!!!!
