Croppers Gents & Kids Salon - Al Nahda Branch

I had a very unpleasant experience during my recent visit to this salon.I arrived at 12:30 PM and was given an appointment for 1:30 PM. When I returned at the scheduled time, I encountered an unprofessional situation where two staff members were arguing and refusing to take my service, right in front of me as I waited in the waiting area. This was not only unprofessional but also very uncomfortable as a customer. After waiting an additional 20 minutes, my issue still wasn’t resolved. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better training and coordination among staff to avoid such unpleasant incidents in the future.it happened in AL NADHA, DUBAI BRANCH.

Very nice but busy salon. Ensure to book appointment on weekends. Mr. Hameed is my personal favourite hair dresser and therapist, he will give you the look you wish for!

Amazing service and accurate job. Had been here to colour my hair white and set my beard, Mr.Hameed did for me exactly how i wanted it. Strongly recommend this place 🙌

I took my two kinds hair cut today ,no value for money .i paid aed 30 for each and they addional charged aed 25 for my one kid beard just touch up. they are looking for only money .

Rating them a 5-star for the 5-star experience they gave.My kid is usually spooked out whenever we visit the barbershop, but this time, the barber (Bubbles) did a really great job, my baby didnt even cry.Also, it is noticeable that the place is clean and the equipment used are sanitized.Highly recommended for gents and kids barber needs.

Overall good saloon but charges are very high, small kid they are charging for hair cut 40 Dirham it is really very high. Earlier i used to cut my hair but charred me 30 or 35 but same standard salon changed 25 then I stopped here, better to consider the charges

Took my two kids for a haircut this week, First of all I dont understand why they have appointment for this saloon. If you dont have an appt you are not allowed for any services, though i can see some hairdressers were free.The hairdresser gave one of the worst haircut for my elder one, i could not see the progress as his partition was inside as i was monitoring my younger kid. And the guy who gave haircut to my younger one didn’t know how to handle a 5 yr old for haircut. He was getting annoyed when the kid was watching a TV show and focused there.I dont mind paying 30AED or taking an appointment but hairdressers need to have some expertise. We come to Saloons trusting hair dressers and pay for their experience, Not merely for the ambiance. Hopeless staffs and very bad services.Will never visit this shop again and dont recommend at all for kids. Better stay away from here.

I had my sons first haircut from them, the Phillipino guy was so friendly and he did cut my little sons hair with ease. Prices are fair. ❤ Better book with an appointment before you go there.

Reception was very rule and a liar. He cannot even say sorry while cathing him lying. He has the audacity to be rude and blame me when i found out that he is lying. Such pitty. I really liked the solon but the reception is ruining it by constantly lying and being rude. Hopefully management would do something about this because this is not the first time that this happened.

This is a 5 star service saloon, amazing and skilled staff, very courteous. The place is also kept spick and span. Good hygiene maintained with regular disinfection. Also, the cost is reasonable considering the service. They also have dedicated barber and area for kids!!!

Place is clean and organized. This place is following the Covid precautions so we felt safe. Ideal place to have kids haircut and adults as well. My 6 y/o boy and my husband were happy with their haircuts. Credit card payments are also accepted.

Hopeless and greedy staff. Very bad quality services . I had allergy to facial and should have complained. 300 for facial putting two cream and a nose strip which is available for 10 AED. They didn’t ask which facial I want and tell me last 300. How come man? You can’t decide later to charge. First fix with customer and share details. Right from beginning they always troubled me in all ways. I go only for sharun but the organization I felt is extremely greedy and cheating customers. Without service you can’t get money from people

So I had forgotten my phone at home. Therefore, I was refused a haircut as I could not book an appointment. Even government organisations have exceptions and have never refused someone for not having an appointment. Very very disappointed as I could have been served and told to book an appointment next time. There were 2 barbers sitting doing nothing. You have to review your policy and be more friendly to common people and have understanding towards them. Stern rules will not work.

Lovely ambience, great service, well experienced hair stylists - Shaneeb, Irshad, Danny & Indika were the service providers for my dad, hubby , son and daughter. And all 4 were extremely happy with their hair makeover transformation...Keep it up and will surely return. Highly recommended!!

Dear owner,Spending on decor is not enough for the business.Have some quality hair dressers or at least who can speak and understand Hindi or English.We come to Saloons trusting hair dressers and pay for their experience and art work. Not merely for ambiance and decor.Highly not recommend for some one who is even expecting little higher than the average.You have lost a customer forever.

After reading reviews, I tried their services..and I must say they did a wonderful job.Friendly staff , welcoming, and very professional in their expertise.Would like to thank Mr.Hisham( Hair stylist) for his professional work.I shall definitely recommend Croppers salon to my friends and family for quality and dedicational service.

Works absolutely clean ,💯 professional, he did my one year long hair into a clean fade.Hand dont smell cigarette which is a must,Price 30aed which is neat and a Ok to the service i got .gotta tip the man :)Salamat sir kabayan. We took out kid for hair cut (Girl), the cut was basic as the hair on the sides was disturbing her so we just wanted to do basic cut/trim. The cut was good ,as we expected only the basic cut but i was charged 40 AED because it was a girl. I tried explaining but they where not ready to consider or not even ready to get the feedback. In my opinion the price for the hair cut we had was expensive compared to the similar shop. Just because girl cut, even though the hair is short. 40 aed is expensive even with the justification as girls hair cut is different than boys for that short hair. The worst thing is its not mentioned in the price list as girls hair cut or i was not informed that these hair cut is bit expensive.Update: The management took the review serious and came back to resolve the concern. Thats what i call it as customer service. Thanks Cropper Management.

Nice hair dressing saloon, hair cutting for a fair price of AED 30.The staff are well behaved and are taking precautions during the time of pendamic. They are using disposable sheets/ blades/gloves and is sanitizing the space after every user.

Went to get a haircut earlier. Good haircut, kind service, and the price was reasonable for 30 aed. Coming back again soon.
