I have been coming to Yvonne for my facial almost four five years now, she improved my acne skin so much that I can’t even put them in words. She is so into details unlike the others. I had blackhead bothering me ages however until I came to her, I get to know those “black heads” were dark tiny facial hair. Base on my fair skin with dark facial hair on top of the nose that made the illusion of “black head” on the face. She does everything she can to be personal with me. I can’t go to the other salon for facial unless she is there.On top of it, she offers follow up after every treatment to ensure my skin is well look after, with all the effects and time, FOR FREE!Highly recommend everyone to try.

I opted for this salon upon recommendation from a friend. The lady responsible for the reservations took down wrong details and I wasn’t assigned the hair technician that was requested. This was hardly an issue for me, but the way in which this was communicated was far from professional, almost trying to prove us wrong that we made any specific requests.I went in predominantly for hair coloring. I can’t begin to explain the damage their service has caused to my hair. I have never in my life had unmanageable, unruly hair - but ever since I got my hair colored from them, it has been the worst experience of my life. If you’re a lady reading this, you would imagine the impact this has had on my self esteem. The color is uneven, the texture is now extremely thought, there are literally sections of hair that are somehow now poker straight which is strange cuz I never went in for any straightening treatments, I had beautiful curly hair that no longer exist. What is unfortunate is that my hair looked okay while leaving the salon but what I did not realize was that it was a beautiful cover up for a shoddy job. Every single person that has met me since this service has commented on how terrible my hair looks. Not forgetting to mention how long it took to get rid of the stinky chemical smell from their hair. It was absolutely embarrassing!!I would never in this lifetime recommend this salon to anyone who cares about their hair, let alone things like professionalism and value for service. I can see there are great reviews of this salon from others, hopefully I’m an odd case, but hope people are able to make an informed decision- being able to see all sides to the story.

Love this salon and the atmosphere. The ladies here are very friendly and very good at their treatments! Place is maintained very neatly and its my go to place for relaxation. Massage- With Lisa and Queenie is relax haven. Facials- Yvonne gives the most amazing facials and skin feels so supple and fresh after. Its so relaxing i usually fall asleep. Nails by Alma, Donna, Queenie- they are amazing at what they do and so sweet. Not to forget Chel at the reception who is quick to respond and arrange all appointments so professionally.

This salon was recommended for months (for facials) w a therapist named Yvonne. My teen daughter was able to go today and I am both speechless and mortified. Absolutely shocked by the approach taken by the therapist.1. She waxed my daughter’s nose without permission. When she suggested to wax- my daughter said ‘maybe next time’ and she proceeded anyway. In my 30+ years of getting facials all over the world- i have never had anyone *ever* ask to wax my nose. Yet alone a child- this is indeed a first.2. The therapist proceeded to tell my 15 year old daughter her ‘face is so hairy’: suggesting that she get her face waxed. This comment basically brought my daughter to tears for most of the day.Needless to say- we will not be returning or recommending this therapist/ salon. I am shocked and so disappointed that this is how a seasoned and experienced beauty service professional would interact w a teen.Yvonne: tsk tsk: she came to feel good abt her self and has been in tears all day because of ur unkind comments

They make me feel human again, and take such good care of me. Queenie is like family, pampering me. Her massages are amazing, waxing is as painless as possible and my nails look perfect. Corinna does the best facials even though I have sensitive skin, and uses hot stones for a massage. It’s heaven! I feel leaving like a new person. Thanks for making me so beautiful, ladies!

My wife went here to have reflexology done and was really impressed by the staff. The lady who done it was knowledge and talked her through what she was doing. She then gave her advice on her health and recommendations on what she should be doing to improve it.She will certainly be back, heard from others that they do really good quality facials. She is happy, and you know what that means! Happy wife, happy life!

If you are looking for a facial and some serious skincare advise, look for Ywonne at the jumeirah branch, shes a gem of person...friendly and sweet natured.she knows what shes saying and doing.Her advices are personal based and she does not push products to you to the contrary of what i have experienced.She examines your skin before recommending a treatment.Highly recommend their facials.

Ive loved all my haircuts, colours, blow drys and nails that Ive had done here. All the hairdressers and assistants are super talented and helpful and sweet. Highly recommend!

I reached there with a mess [had bleached my hair myself, with orange color at the roots and oxidized hair (green shade) at the ends]. The service is amazing and Julie fixed my hair color to an amazing brown ombre. Love it.
