My experience was amazing! I got a few things done but the service was commendable and massage was too good. Staff support was also really nice. Everyone is nice and supportive and prices are very good.

I had a very bad experience with this salon and i would never want anyone to experience something like this ever again. One of the staff did my eyebrows wrong and when i complained they all got so rude with me. One of the woman was using wrong words with me. secondly I went again to that saloon one of the woman literally told me that I should leave as I don’t get satisfied with their service.Their behavior literally disturbed my mental health, I never felt so bad or experience something terrible like this before.please don’t go there nd if you go get ready to experience something that will traumatize you.

I already book an appointment at adternoon they said comeI have to wait more than hourLady with arrogant attitude using more outline on lips she did my whole clean up in 2 minutes .A lady name khaleda might be m wrong she ruin my eyebrows and order me like my bossSpecially thanks to philipine lady who did her work properly rest one girl kamala she did one hand waxing and whole hand got allergy 😞 seriouslyThey are not professionalI feel very uncomfortable as they all speaking loudly in nepali and it feels like laughing on us (customer) . So far I have had a decent experience. No complaints. I am good as long as my needs are met and I am not asked to wait for a long time if I’m there on time as per my appointment. I just recently started to got to this salon. So I don’t know anyone individually to share my appreciation. But on a general note, so far I have received good service from whoever has assisted me. The girls are all very pleasant natured. The owner also provides a helping hand when it’s too busy.

Cute Look Beauty Parlour is a typical Desi beauty parlour, and my visit had its highs and lows. The ladies bring a unique touch, but the loud atmosphere and lack of soft skills were noticeable. The managers demeanor set the tone, and it reflected in the staff.On the positive side, the threading service I availed was well-done. The technician was considerate of my sensitive skin, providing a soothing experience with a gentle touch and a small massage. However, the overall ambiance could use improvement.Unfortunately, the approach to selling services by pointing out insecurities was a downside. Its my hope that Cute Look finds more positive ways to showcase their offerings without making customers uncomfortable. 🌸💄

It was my second time at this salon and really had an incredible experience, the staff were really friendly, they have a special offer for just 105 dhr you can get 5 types of services which is really worth it and valid for 1 month.Special thanks to Ms. Mandira, she was really kind and helpful.Highly recommended ❤️

All the staffs were very welcoming and provides utmost comfort. You can interact very well and discuss your concerns. Especially Ms. Maya was very patient and she perfectly done my eyebrows.

Have visited the salon couple of times and the service I have received have been both times extremely good and professional. Staff friendly and attentiveWill use again in the future. No doubt!

This saloon doesnt give the service same before. Now this saloon getting worst before staff was good now they become so rude and arrogant specially staff Manju. Bad service with too much attitude. Even service not good after appointment we have waited so long. Lady Manju did my hair color she did wrong hair color this lady too much attitude. We never recommend this parlour specially for hair and staff Manju.I am happy only with one staff Dolma she is nice and give good service.

Honestly, I went in with a specific vision, but Manju introduced me to a whole new perspective on what would look best on me. I decided to trust her expertise, and Im so glad I did. The haircut and color turned out absolutely stunning—far better than what I had originally envisioned. Im extremely thankful for his skill and eye for detail. Super friendly, honest and very professional. Always does a perfect job and go over and beyond to satisfy their customers. Been using their services since they opened. Definitely recommend anyone looking to do their hair, nails and makeup, along with their usual maintenance items like waxing and threading. They do a great job at massage too.

I had never heard of this salon until my friends recommended it to me. Its always busy and they almost always squeeze you in but the service is great - Im actually really impressed. The girls are wonderful, and so is the owner of the salon. They are very kind, attentive and do a good job. Will definitely keep going here. I used a package they had - 5 items for AED 100 which sounded like a crazy deal but its real (I KNOW!) 5 stars for the team and the service! ❤️

I have been coming here for years especially to get my nails and hair done! Manju is great with anything related to my hair and Kaveena is very patient with trying out new designs for my nails!

I had called and booked appt but after reaching there, the staff said cant do the service and made us wait for more than half an hour. No respect/value for the customers time. No proper arrangement for customers who were asked to wait.

Kabina is the best! All the staff are amazing. They try conversing with customers and love their customer service. And the services are really reasonable and really amazing work

Bad service. With lot of attitude n pack of rude people. There is a senior lady with many earrings . Oh wowww! She is absolutely rude. Another senior lady ruined my daughters haircut.. not worth a visit

The saloon services are not as it was before. Now the staff has become so arrogant and negative. I think they are getting more business as they have kept the prices low but the quality has become very low and they dont even bother coz bow a days they only care about money.They did my wax and almost burnt my skin and when I mentioned they said its my mistake as its not groomed… ppl go to saloon to get groomed.. groomed ppl dnt go to saloon. I am never recommending this salon to anyone. They just dnt care about the customer. Never 👎🏻 going back again..

Amazing staff reasonable pricing and dedicated staff, specially Manju who does my hair so meticulously everytime giving me the best service and style.

Ok so this might not be a fancy salon but I love how amazing and affordable the services here are. I visit this salon every month and am totally satisfied and happy with the service I have received for what I pay.Make sure to go at a time it is less crowded like in the morning or book appointment.Special shout out to Rabina- she is great with her work.

When you have number given in your website plz give proper training to your staff how to receive call and how to have telephonic conversation with customers.

Cute saloon is the best saloon in dubai . I alway visit to them. I will also recommend if any one want the best service with reasonable price we should visit to them .Staff is very much cooperative and caring . ❤️ Owner is very friendly. Definitely I will come back again. 😎

Worst experience!Waited for so long for my turn even after taking appointment.Lady named Manju did my hair color, she did wrong hair color inspite of explaining her many times and adding to that handled my hair very roughly,she actually scratched my scalp and I had severe burning on my scalp with tears.After the procedure she was rude and she never apologized but rather raised her voice abruptly.Never going back Never recommending anyone..

The salon doesn’t gives the same service as before. Waiting time is more even after appointment. I had gone for my root touch up. The hairstylist colored my hair with a wrong hair color and did a very bad job. Latter I had gone for a haircut. Another hairstylist cut my hair very short and ruined my hairstyle. They book more than the capacity and are unable to give time to customers. Very disappointing.

UPDATE: The gel price for nails is 70 AED now. I guess you might as well go somewhere else becuase all places are about that same price. Ive been 6 times to this parlor now (Going for the prices not the quality), they LACK consistency.I would put a zero rating but Rabina is really good at what she does and thats the only reason I have not made this review worse.Got my dip nails done here for just 50 dhs. They also remove it for free if you do it again so that’s great. They also have packages for 100 dhs which I will try the next time I visit. An added bonus is that it’s walkable from the metro station. Remember to book an appointment. I did book one but they still had me waiting for half an hour so that was definitely not good but otherwise it was fine. A Filipino lady prepped my nail and she literally cut me on two fingers. If you go make sure the Nepali lady does everything she’s really good.

I took up more than couple of services and one of them was hot oil head massage, I mean the massage was obscenely amazing, I don’t know how to describe it, it was so so amazing. I have been going to this salon for more than 2 years. Friendly staff, their work is good with reasonable rates. If u are looking something within the budget than try this salon. However there is always a delay even after taking prior appt.HENCE MAKE SURE YOU BOOK APPOINTMENT PRIOR AND BE FIRM WITH THEM TO START APPT ON TIME

Their services are decent . Staff is really helpful but the products they use are really cheap . I must say for massage and stuff is okay but don’t for for facial hair dye. Their manager is bit rude with staff which creat very unfriendly atmosphere in the Salaon . Their packages are pretty decent but they need to change their products that’s create adverse effects on customers

One of the experienced salon’s ,i must say. This salon has very friendly and courteous staff. Its better to book an appointment prior to your visit to avoid waiting period as the salon is quite busy especially during weekends.🥰

Staff are warm and friendly very accommodating. The prices are reasonable and so are their packages, super busy most days so go as early as you can. Id recommend to go for all other services except anything pertaining to your hair.

Worst service . I have done my rebonding and hair colouring here , now my hair is completely damaged and falls out 10 times worser than usual. Very unprofessional . They learn using us as specimen. If yu want to spoil and damage yr hair or skin or nails or whatever this is the perfect place. The review should probably be 0.

First time I give feedback, to my despair... I had my rebonding and was a nightmare! My hair was damaged and really looks unhealthy. Stylist seems unprofessional and did not even apologize on what she did to my hair...lady Indian seems better to offer to come back to treat the hair further... how could i trust? This should be 0!

Wednesday I did Botox my hair and Maro can bath Which is recommended by shivani marocann bath was good but it make my skin dry I told shivani did mask my skin but she refused to take any mask to my face I think after steam bath u should recommend to face mask which make it face health and non dry .Nora did every good Botox but it product which use were not up to the mark by my hair not that much strength .I suggested I to improve ,good product to costumer that blindly trust u.

Went for a Moroccan bath. And had a lovely experience. Latifa a Moroccan lady there at the salon is amazing with the service.

Bad service , would never recommend this parlour to anyone. If the manager herself is rude , can’t expect anything better from her staff … maybe people flock here only for the price .. but the waiting time is pathetic even though you have made an appointment, bad time management , they speed up your service just to accommodate more customers which eventually leads to dissatisfied customers

Hi People, This is the worst parlour i have seen. The nepali sister in parlour is so arrogant, who is the owner as well. If i have the option of negative marking, i would prefer that for this parlour. I will never recommend this unskilled people to anyone.

For my daughter’s haircut.they charged aed75.just for normal U shape haircut.very expensive..
