Tonight I had a very good services here in Cuts & Curls Salon .. I like all their services specially MY FOOTSPA AND 1 HOURS MASSAGE its so perfect and satisfying THANKS TO MS. RUBENA who is always assisting me... Salon is very clean pleasant and good smell all their staff are so polite as wellThanks to all of you.

So nice to be serviced here at Cuts and Curls. A time to really relax and beautify yourself. I loved how Poonam made my polygel. So perfect! All staffs are so friendly making me feel to always return. 😍

I recently visited Cut and curl’s salon for a keratin treatment, and I couldnt be happier with the results! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. The stylist Ms Prasanna was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the entire process to me.The treatment itself was fantastic. My hair is now smooth, shiny, and much more manageable. Ive noticed a significant reduction in frizz and an overall improvement in the health of my hair. The salon used high-quality products.I highly recommend cut and curls salon for anyone considering a keratin treatment and all other services

Received a satisfied and refreshing Moroccan massage today from Ms.Rubina . Worth the money!!! Great ambiance and cleaniness. She was really good at making me feel comfortable. Definitely gonna visit again.

Staff is really good they use good products however the way they provide services is really need to improve. For example they charge 75 DHS for head spa and just apply cream amd wash - a real spa should have steam message and wash.They have all services but not justifying value.They charge more than the service deserve.I won’t recommend this saloon as the cost they ask for you can get excellent services with good products at any better saloon than this.

I would like to share my experience because they are excellent at hair services. Yesterday I went for a haircut I was nervous because I heard a lot of saloon ruining the style of the hair. My one colleague suggested me to go Cuts and Curls saloon to get a haircut. I went there and met Mrs. Prasana she did my haircut and it turned out amazing guys. And would prefer everyone must go for the haircut and do it only from Prasana, their other services I’m not sure about it but I’ll try in future all their services and give more reviews. All over I’m very happy with my haircut.

Me and my friend visited here first time and we really had a very good experience and service here and we were served by Prasanna Maam and Merlin and both are really good at there work.Will highly recommend to visit here and take service from them.

The salon was clean and had a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was friendly and professional.The keratin treatment left my hair feeling smooth and frizz-free, and Im very happy with the results. The price was reasonable for the quality of service I received.

No customer service , did keratin but after that didnt even see any difference to my hair , waste of money and time. I regret going to this salon

I have been going to Cuts and curls for the last 6 months. The staff is very nice, caring and hospitable. Prasanna is an excellent hair stylist with a good knowledge about the subject and recommends solutions as per your needs.Cuts and curls is a parlor you should definitely visit. You feel at home here.

Did my kertin tretament in the month of may 2024. It doesnt even last for 10 days. Dont know what they did. Spent 500 AED for me and my cousin. Waste of money. Please dont go for keratin in cuts & curls

Prasana gave me a haircut and I absolutely loved it ! ❤️My hair was pretty long and she knew exactly which cut to give that will suit my face and she did everything that i wanted in my look.I recommend her to my colleague as well, she’s professional and has an excellent hand on hair 🫶🏼

The thing i was attracted is she explaines things correctly which v needed and not needed... Thank u dear prasanna...Also i hav visited 2nd time recently got the keratin hair treatment. As they told the frst keratin I hav done on january and it stayed upto 4months as they assured... Got the second sitting also they hav given me the best service... The worse service ever i have seen! I was a walk in client Yestrday(15/sept/2023) . I ask them dark red color for my hair, but they started with pinkish red. And i see they messed up with color.. They did bleach first. Then again colored it with some extra colors... I visited them aroundd 6 and left 9.15pm. Literally i dont understand what they did. But spoiled my hair.Then i I saw another lady with very long hair came for keratin and our eyes were burning of over dose chemicals.Very pathetic service.....

It’s worst of service.I went to trim my keratin hair alone .but they chopped my entire hair itself .Completely not satisfied with the service they provided.

STAY AWAY!I was going to another salon when a woman who waw working for this salon convinced me to try theirs and it was a mistake!!!I asked for a brow tint which i checked on their menu is 30dh1. The woman forgot me until it started to BURN me2. My eyebrows are catastrophic, she tinted my skin and it looks so disgusting and she told me to wait until tomorrow to wash but I was so afraid I washed right away and my brows are still catastrophic !!3. When I go to pay the lady tries to convince me that its 50dh because they used a better product and I start to tell her I didnt ask for that and its their problemAnd she starts to tell me that its not what is written on the menu and they did something elseWhich obviously is a LIE and she just tried to ROB meI payed the price written but its not even worst being paid to have itStay away ladies, they are catastrophicHere you can see a picture of how I got outIts a SHAME

The service is good; they give tender care to your hair, which every girls need. And u get free tea/coffee. U can look for Ate Therese and Prasanna, they are great.

Sujatha does the best massage I came.once after that I started to come every alternate week she does deep tissues absolutely wonderful ..thye have good packages

I went on 3rd December, 2022 for a waxing session, the room though doesnt have a place to hang your things. However, Ms. Anam was very professional and made the entire session so comfortable for me. I have tried a lot of salons but this one gave me best results. I recommend the place and Ms. Anam to all.

The worst salon in Dubai.I’m coloring my hair in black always.I explained that I need to color my roots in black color.When master start to put color on my hair I asked which brand and number of color they are using and I didn’t get proper answer.After she washed my hair I found out that she put wrong color on my hair and she didn’t want to admit her mistake.Just money and time for nothing.Very bad salon, service,atmosphere and staff there.Very disappointed.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

One of the worse salon i have come across in Dubai. i went for keratin treatment i dont know what products they used (probably the cheapest products) . i didt see a good result. also staffs are very grumpy and not so welcoming . totally waste of money. they forced me to buy a shampoo and conditioner . waste of 400 dhs :( wish i could give this place -5 ratings

They charge 40 dhs for a trim and 40 for haircut, makes no sense , a trim is a trim , maximum 15 be charged .....so better go to another one if your looking for a trim...
