The staff itself is nice, but the salon very small. Not the type of salon youll expect to see inside a 4* hotel.There are 2 separate salon, one for hairdo and the other one for nails & waxing.Their waxing room is tiny with a sliding plastic door that doesnt feel private at all, and the AC is not working so my waxing session became a sauna session instead.They use honey wax and Im not a fan, Id prefer fruit or sugar wax coz they work better.I bought my voucher through Groupon and its very misleading, with a certain service mentioned as included but when I got there the staff said its extra charge.Overall Im not impressed, I expect to see this type of salon in Karama or Deira area but certainly not inside a nice hotel in the middle of the city.

The worst hair salon, these 2 Syrians have no idea how to colour hair. First time they put the wrong colour, then said come again to fix it- made it all yellow. Even though I showed pic multiple times. Regret so much of wasting my hair, now I have to fix what they burn my hair and never returned money.Owner is also doesn’t care about customer satisfaction. If there was even lower than 1 star I would give minus 100.More of a scam place, they take money, use cheap products and in the end- you have to do it again.Awful

Horrible horrible horrible, I bought a voucher from Groupon for hair wash, trimming and blow dry, she did the blow dry first cz my hair was washed, then she was trimming it, she was even scared to hold the scissors, i was shocked when i saw the cut hair, asked if this is trimming she said if i want more i need to pay more, trimming in ur language is shown in the photos

Don’t even think of wasting your time. I called for an appointment, had it booked at 3pm. Arrived at 2:53 only to find out that another staff squeezed in someone without having the kindness to call me and had the audacity to ask me to wait for one hour!Disrespectful nuisance.
