Not at all happy with the facial done by the new manager (using different kind of cream and facepacks doesnt gives glow, facial is a process and its how you do it step by step) Its more than 15yrs im going to salon for the whole package but this salon really disappointed me and I will never recommend. Keep the experience staffs with the knowledge on how to give customer service.

Very bad experience the staff is so bad they not even know how to make eyebrow they ruined my brow and she did not realize her mistake ver pathetic service

First time to go there and the service is amazing and the ladies are very nice, specially Maria she did amazing job with my hair protein and its very affordable and there is free parking outside.Definitely recommend it.

Honestly, it is the worst and most shameful place I have ever been in my life.The evaluation from the participants is a lie, they are all their employeesTwo weeks ago, the appointment was made today, and we confirmed the number, service, and time. They arrived before the appointment. The female employees were not aware of the reservation, service, and number of people.The hair employee did not show up for a week under the pretext that she was tired. We spoke to the administration and told the female employees, the nail specialists, that they would provide the service for us. We asked them, “What is your specialty?” They said that they had no experience in this field.They do not care about the quality of the work or the client’s harm, or communication until the date changes. They only care about the material, style, or anything else.No rating is worth it.God is sufficient for me, and He is the best disposer of affairs, and God is a witness to what I say.
