The hairdresser severely damaged my hair.. many areas of it were burnt and now it’s going to take forever to repair. I’m usually good at finding decent places but this one had false advertising - I don’t believe that she could’ve made my hair look like it is showed in any of the pictures. This salon might be good in nails or other services but definitely would not recommend for hair.

I do my 3D eyelash extensions with Almash in Deluxe beauty salon and always happy with the result! It takes about two hours but she is very careful and the result is very neat and natural. No glue all over the place. Lashes look full even with an evening make up. Get a lot of compliments from friends and colleagues. Last for 1 month at least.Also I do my nails with Janna and very happy! Nails last more than a month. She is very efficient and careful with your nails.Administrator Alina is very friendly and polite. I would totally recommend this salon!

This salon use to be really good for nails, but the last few times I went I just got more and more disappointed. Last month I had to wait more than half hour after my appointment and no one come to explain what was going on. Plus my nails keep breaking a week or two after leaving the salon and this time was not different. Before I live the salon I saw that my nails were full of bubbles and when I mention to the artist she said that was normal and if I wanted she could fix it but it will take a long time, so I end uo leaving because one of my nails was really in pain from how much she filled. Later on I saw how they are assimetric. And now has been 2 weeks and the corner of my nails are completely without hard gel and one of them is complete broken from the sides. Its a really shame because is one of the few salons that has the perfect color nude for my skin tone, but is not worth it anymore! Really desapointed of how the quality drop.

The service of the owner (Svetlana) and the administrators is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. They make wrong appointments (even though I specifically booked with a specific person), can’t keep up with the quality service and then they blame the clients! So unprofessional! They booked an appointment with a wrong person for me and when I raised my concern, I was yelled at, disrespected in front of everyone and denied some of the services. When I complained to the owner (Svetlana) she said that I was wrong and her administrator was right for disrespecting me! This is a very unprofessional salon, do not be fooled like me! They are not client oriented, they are busy making reels on instagram to fake how great they are, instead of focusing on providing quality services!

I have been going to this salon for almost a year and everytime they do my nails I never have any issues they are perfect. They last me 3-4 weeks without loss or break. It’s always easy to get an appointment to suit and I can have my nails and toes does at the same time which I love.

Everytime I leave the salon, I go home very satisfied. Staff in Deluxe salon is very professional and they know what they are doing. I came with very broken nails and already after 2 visits, my nails are getting much healthier and stronger like never before!😍 I can highly recommend this place! ❤️

Ok. It was time to change my review from 5 stars to 1.Dear salon owner Svetlana. I would want to tell you a lot of things but publically I will only say you are absolutely unprofessional, bad behaved, unethical business “owner”, that would never care about anyone else but herself. I really wanted to come and tell you that into your face, however I realized that someone with your attitude doesn’t deserve my time.The story: I loved the salon, I loved the work of employees, BUT she fires them every month and doesn’t pay them salaries. (One ex employee sued her but others are not bothered anymore). She promises her employees UAE visas that she never makes. She is making scenes in front of customers (and me myself working in customer service - YOU NEVER DO THAT). Poor Anett, lady who keeps the place clean, I can’t count how many times she has gotten on top of her head.Every time I visited salon there was a new employee because “one left”, “other had family issues”, that all was a lie, they all actually left (were fired) because of the owner. On top of that she makes reception ladies to fire them instead of herself. And guess what, as soon as I liked someone and I trusted my nails or hair to, next visit this person was not there anymore.people DONT like to change their manicure and hair professionals every visit. I had to run around Dubai to find your ex hairdressers, because I’m definitely not doing my hair with you, Svetlana. Maybe you are a good hairdresser, but you are definitely not the right “owner”, so maybe it’s time to go to something you are maybe good at.People left russia for things you promised them and never gave. It’s time for you to get it.And if you reply to me “relationships between employees are to kept and dealt between themselves” (as you said to me once already), then maybe you should think more how they act in front of customers. At the end of the day it’s not between “you” because your clients are the ones suffering. ✌🏼And once again, salon is good and clean, but don’t get attached to one professional. I would love to go there but I am sorry, I have boundaries.

Today was my third visit with Deluxe Beauty and each time I am wowed by their service. Today I received a gel manicure and pedicure. The ladies took their time making sure each mail was perfect. I was so happy when I left. If you want good quality with even amazing price I recommend Deluxe Beauty. Thank you ladies again 😁

I go regularly to Deluxe Beauty Salon for manicure since January. It would be no exaggeration to say that this is by far the best salon Ive been in Dubai (and believe me, Ive been to many). Its super clean, the girls are always polite and the quality of manicure is just impeccable! After three weeks the manicure always stays untouched on my nails even though my kind of job make it put to the test. I have my mani done by Saltanat - shes extremely attentive into details, I always go out satisfied with the result. I highly recommend this salon, I can guarantee you wont be disappointed!

If I could give 0 starts I wouldn’t hesitate!Such a horrible service and shady place man and woman working together I don’t even know if thats allowed. To get to the point, I go on time for my manicure and lady made me wait 20 minutes, finally I got to sit down and do my nails and at the end, she tells me she doesn’t have time to put the nail polish, and that she can only put the base. I immediately speak to to host thinking I miss understood, but nail “specialist” OUT LOUD says that she REFUSES to put nail polish! This was so embarrassing and I felt extremely disrespected with the entire experience.If you want to get your mood completely ruined, be disrespected and waist your time be my guest and visit this unsanitary salon…I’ve never in my life felt so disrespected! Horrible experience!

Been to this salon once coz my nail technician was on vacation. Was amazed by the quality and overall level of the salon. Not everywhere you can do 4 hands manicure, it saves a lot of time. Will come for a haircut when time comes to trim my hair.

So I left a bad review and Svetlana blamed her employees! Just shows what I said was true! Doesn’t change the fact that she is rude and disrespectful to clients! And RACIST! My impression of you is not based on gossip, i’ve seen you disrespecting clients in front of me!

The worse manicure Ive even done. The lady damaged my cuticle that was really painful and didnt even apologize. When I told the receptionist about that she said oh sorry, it happens. Worst manicure experience so farThink twice before you visit If you dont speak russian.1. The nail specialist has bad attitude .Rolling eyes to customer .No apologies No smiles at all ,not even showing a bit of sorry when accidentally cutted your flesh which was quite painful.2.skills are bad .Constant hot burning sensation on your nail bed while getting my old gel removed which is quite irritating.Keep rotating my arms violently while getting the best angle for her comfortable position to work.3.language barrier issue.most of nail specialists dont speak english,at least the one I met dont speak. Communication is zero ,google translation APP is definitely needed.4.service recovery is a joke.i ended up paying extra dirhams than what I suppose to pay ,just because another nail specialist was sent to fix my awful nails done by the first specialist and i wasnt been informed of this before they sent her .1st photo is the completed work done by the first nail specialist (with old acrylic gel stain still exists)2nd photo is after fixing by another specialist. I believed it was a free service recovery however I ended up paying extra .because they said I occupied their precious time.
