I had a great experience at Desert Waves Salon, Dubai, despite the initial waiting time. Jacky, who assisted me, was a standout – full of energy and positivity. She really made sure I was comfortable, especially in the steam room, understanding my anxiety around the fog. Her attention to detail and excellent service during the Moroccan bath and full-body massage were truly exceptional. I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated, thanks to her thoughtful care and professionalism. I suggest to book an appointment prior and to make sure about the waiting time.

I usually dont leave reviews but just I had to share this. The salon itself is wow. Clean and aesthetic, The rest of the staff and the services are great. But the RECEPTIONISTS are UNPROFESSIONAL. VERY RUDE, NOT ACCOMMODATING. NOT EVEN SMILING. As you can see almost all bad reviews are because of the receptionist! Hope the owner listens to these kinds of reviews. And hope they can find a better fit for this job.

I came to the salon as walk-in and they immediately accommodate me. I did mani-pedi footspa w/ gellish. Ate Bella did my nails perfectly. I am very satisfied with her service. Highly recommended ate Bella. 💕💕💕💕💕

The best salon so far in Al Rigga!!! This salon looks expensive but they offer a really budget friendly packages. Kudos to Jacky for always doing my Moroccan Bath and Ate Baby for a very relaxing massage! Will keep on coming back.. 😍

I really had a bad experienced to the receptionist!! 3 times been there and they dont even smile or accomodate you so well! So i really decided to change a saloon, i wouldn’t have even mind for the booking but atleast be patient to your clients as we looking for the good service, atleast smile to your clients we are gonna pay you but doesnt mean you have to be grumpy to all of us.

I Had a fantastic experience at the salon! The staff was welcoming, and the salon was beautifully clean. [the lady who did my nails did an amazing job, really listening to what I wanted and delivering a perfect nails for my birthday . Highly recommend this place—Ill definitely be back!

Recently visited for the first time in this salon which was recommended by a friend. The place and ambiance is clean and relaxing. They have free snacks and drinks. They even have halloween theme decorations. The reception and staffs are friendly. Availed their anniversary promo and its worth it. So happy with my manicure, pedicure, footspa, hand and foot paraffin done by Aira. Thanks so much Aira! Enjoyed also the Moroccan bath, facial scrub and facial mask by Franz. All the best!

The place is good … its aesthetic.. nice place !!!!! BUT THE SERVICE IS VERY BAD !!!! When i inter in the place the receptionist was so disappointing!!! She looks like don’t want to entertain the guest!!! She looks at you like doesn’t have money to pay the service!!!! Its a very bad attitude!!!!!

I visited on their anniversary, and the staff were generally accommodating, though some seemed a bit tired that day. Overall, it was a great experience—9/10!

The staff was really rude, and the service was poor. They made some insulting side comments like why come here when you should have gone to your previous salon because your foot has fungus. It was very disappointing.

Poor service in general. You called for appointment and they confirmed then you came on time still you have to wait for more than 30mins. I dont see the value they provide to their customer’s time and the sense of booking an appointment where even if you reach on booked time still there’s no availability and you have no choice but to wait.

Some staff not so accomodating and my foot spa not so satisfying they said its normal that it will not be smooth after. #footspa

This is my first time in this salon. the area is clean and big amazing the morrocan and the wax skin is perfect. but next time your receptionist knows how to smile and talk to the client not the prang cya who owns the salon I have high eyebrows and please teach me how to thank you clients.
