Dial a Nail

I did manicure, pedicure with them a while ago and it was good. Place looks clean and ladies were friendly. Today I went to the salon to book again and I had seen a leaflet if you review their service you will get discount of 15%. I told them I will do review right away but the lady said that I have to do manicure again before discount. I found that very strange.

Visited Dial a Nail three times in one week because I was so pleased with the quality of service. Naseem and Omar are exceptional at hair. First, I walked in for a hair wash and blowout so I went back for a cut and style. It was the exact transformation I was looking for. I also recommend the salon for a gel pedicure and eyebrow threading.I’ll be back Naseem and Omar 🙏🏼

I love this place. Im coming here already 5 years; for hair coloring and blow dry. Omar and Nassim are the best here. Any color you want they will get it done for you. And the blow dry also really very nice, highly reccomend.

Theyre so annoying! They never responded to what I asked, and the answers they gave were really funny. Also, all my nails broke because gel nails are extremely abrasive; they left no nail at all. Ive decided not to go there again. There are plenty of places with more honest and competent workers.

It used to be a good place.Not anymore.Very poor service. My nails are still same and not done pedicure correctly. this is the second time went there and its confirmed. def will not go back again.

The attention to detail in this salon is amazing! I initially wanted to have a complicated design on each of my nails, and was worried that it wouldnt look as good as I wanted, but I was pleasantly surprised at how well they were able to execute the design! I am very very happy with my result and would 100% recommend this salon to a friend looking for simple, or detailed designs! They were very clean, caring, and friendly as well. Thank you guys!

I have been using dial a nail for over 5 years. It is always consistent and the ladies are always very nice, professional and caring.

In the morning I went there for manicure & pedicure they are so rude & unprofessional . It takes 2 hours & half for normal manicure & pedicure. the manicurist applied and removed the nail polish exactly 5 times and the attached picture is the final result. When I became angry she told me the problem is your nail which can’t be colored! I don’t recommend anyone to go here.

Very professional and courteous team. Appointments are punctual. I only do nails here, although they offer variety of other services. Excellent variety of nail paints and shades to choose from. Highly recommend!

Very nice nail technicians, very quick and professional, unlike the lady I went to do waxing. I explained what was wrong, but I was told off and nobody would acknowledge the problem, and try to resolve it. At least getting back, when I asked. Major communication issues with the management team, and complete ignorance. Not coming back.

I had a very decent experience with the hairstylist Anthony and his assistant. Anthony did for me full hair colour, highlights and haircut. I am happy with the result and his attentive to detail attitude. He even told me that if I don’t like something once I wash my hair I can come and he will fix that for me.

Fadi, is a professional hairdresser, I have done my root color and blow dry, it was amazing. Recommended. ❤️

Many options of colors to choose from, clean and kind staff.

I started using their services a couple of weeks ago first with my nails and i tried getting false lashes. Their staff dont speak English and are constantly conversing to each other in their language. Putting that irritation aside they applies lashes for me which was not what I asked for at all , they applied a look which is not recommended for my eye shape nor is it what i asked for to start with. When I asked them to fix it they wanted to charge me for removal and reapplication of a full set! As though its my fault their staff dont speak English or have comprehension issues. When I told them they might lose me as a customer they stopped responding to my messages! They really really dont care about their clients. Their hygiene standards is also questionable and should be reported to Municipality.

The best thing about them is that they are really fast , They prefer booking an appointment which I dont like when I do my nails , usually if the place is big enough you can just walk in and it should be fine but thats not the case here because its small.Girls were not happy and they looked kind of lazy and unwelcoming but anyway the did the job fast . Not my favorite in the Palm

My wife came there. Iam asked them by WhatsApp like do you have a discount on first time, so they told me yes, 50%. But when they finished they double the price because as they told need to remove old gel. But it is could not be without that or you need to explain that first. So we asked them kindly if she will come next time, so again need to pay for remove, they told no)) that’s kind of tricky. I told woman on reception like okay, we will pay but I want to let you know that this actions against first time client reflect on your business model and retention rate. So just tell me the price, so she wrote on calculator 112 dirhams. We paid. Nobody told us bye, bye, they looking like an enemies. So you decide to go there or not. But this salon is worse and money making.

Great nail services and kind staff. I was only disappointed that the place isnt hijabi friendly in case I want to get a haircut. In other words, only men provide hair services. Nonetheless, I liked the overall atmosphere and its conveniently close to home (Shoreline)

Not recommended at all. unclean place, unclean and unsterilized tools. I had infection in my nails and no one cares at all. A very very bad customer service, especially from the receptionist , they dont respect their appointments at all.

The lady who did my nails was very nice and she did them well, however the place is not clean at all, they dont have excellence training, the broom were right there in my face, the UV light machine was so dirty and full of nail polish streaks I felt disgusted..I am giving them two stars because they saved me last minute in fixing my broken nail and the technician was good and sweet other wise one star

First visit, extremely friendly staff. They even have promos on Mondays for all services and loyalty Points. The AC just didnt work properly, felt warm

It really disturbed me to hear that the girls working there don’t have health insurance. This is against UAE labour law and, assuming this is true, I hope that the owners of the place develop a sense of human decency and give their employees basic rights.

Worst customer service i ever seen !! no wonder why they dnt have that much nice reviews their receptionist is the rudest receptionist i ever seen she is a liar and their manager she doesnt care of what happening i explained her what happened with me she didint even say anything as nothing happened .... i was doing my pedicure and now i got infection !!!! so really if i could rate them less than 1 i would definitely do

Schedule your appointments based on nails technicians mood. In 1 week the gellish manicure came offEven when they are talking about clients requirements in front of the client, they speak in Tagalog in disrespectful tone and expressions.

A hairdressers spoke no English and requested from a cleaner to translate my haircut request.I walked out of there, very disappointed. The receptionist reassured me that a manager will call me the day after to personally apologies, but this never happened.I got my nails done well, but the place is extremely tiny and staff 100% of one nation speaks own language all the time, while serving a customer.

Good service for gelish and manicures. Have not tried the hair services but the problem with this place is not the place but the customers themselves. Noisy, eating, children running. Overall not a relaxation kind of place.

I went there asked the lady on the desk asked about face services she lied she said we have the product and it will charge 420 then I went in the room the lady supposed to do the treatment she said different price and she said we don’t have that treatment she said different price and she made my skin more than cleansing damage not recommended at all this place and specially the face facials .

So disappointed with this place. Went there for blow dry. Just wanted to straighten my hair an easy thing to do but he couldn’t make it well. My hair ended up frizzy. I could have done it better myself at home. Won’t go to them anymore

I had pedicure and massage, nice pedicure the massage was horrible she stopped to talk with her colleague twice, no music and she was moving from top of the body to the end which is absolutely wrong!
