Fantastic service and quality! Brow threading, mani and pedi were all fabulous. Instead of trying to up-sell me on a more expensive service they gave me a recommendation that was best for the health of my nails. Highly recommend!

Clean and organized nice nail salon. Very professional and friendly staff (Lilly& joy). They also have hair services.

The place is very convenient since I live in the building. Their prices are competitive and they offer frequent specials and discount incentives. Only recommendation for much needed improvement is an upgrade to the facilities. Furniture is discolored. Tubs need replaced due to water residue and mineral buildup.

I have been a regular client at Dial a nail for a few months now . Sam (the hairstylist) really knows how to take care of curly / wavy hair type and does an excellent job with hair colour too. His assistant Janet, is very friendly and professional and ensures you have a great hair wash experience too :D

I have been visiting dial a nail for over 7 years. All the staff and technicians are great. Lani have been managing the marina branch for quite some time. She’s highly professional and makes sure her clients receive the best care and services. She takes feedback very seriously and always work on improvements. I will always check in to make sure she’s around before I book my appointments there.

I have been a client at Dial a Nail in Marina for a few years now. Sam is my stylist and I visit him at least once or twice per month to get my hair done. He is so professional and knows exactly how to manage my thick, wavy hair (many others in Dubai have struggled). Janet is a master at head massages. I highly recommend them both!

The receptionist in jvc branch has been rude, they offer a polish change hands and feet when u get a combo mani and pedi, and i have used this package more than twice, this time after i booked for my polish change and went to get the service, they said we only offer hands polish change, just changing their mind on offers they give to clients without even informing them

In the heart of Dubai marina, entrance next to Carrefour. Dubai marina mall and Pier 7 is nearby. Convenient location and professional services. Need better ventilation though as all those vapors are inside the salon.

Sam is the best hair dresser at dial a nail marina

Simply CARELESS and IRRESPONSIBLE!I had my pedicure done in the salon on 2d of August.During the pedicure I mentioned to the technician Ann, that it was extremely painful (the way she was doing it ) but she still continued... After having it done I decided that I wouldn’t go back again... but ! A week later my toe started to hurt badly and, in the end, got swollen completely. I wasn’t able to wear any type of shoes, do any activities or simply walk without pain-that’s when I decided to go to see the Dr. The report said it’s an INFECTION and I had to take 2 types of antibiotics -oral and topical.After that I called the salon and told them about the issue, it took them 4 days for the manager to call me back and “check” on me (didn’t seem like anyone was interested at all !) I asked for my money back and Drs visit to be covered ( which was 50 aed ONLY!) A week later no one contacted me and I had to approach them again. Then they told me in a rude manner that nothing can be refunded or reimbursed to me and they can’t do anything about it but offer a free pedicure! Having lived in Dubai for 7years and being their customer for 2, I was taken back by it and shocked at the same time!In the end I was left on my own to deal with the consequences of their service (pedicure)...There is usually a trust when you go to the salon. You think that someone is responsible for what is happening there but looks like it’s just an illusion after all.I also had Dubai Municipality check the salon, and as per their report they didn’t find anything but it doesn’t change the fact that the whole situation disabled me for a couple of weeks, and I’m still applying the antibiotic on my toe... STAY AWAY !!!

A great studio for pedicures and manicures. The women are very friendly and always have a smile on their faces. I discovered it by chance and got to it straight away. Even with everything in the program: DFingernails refell and complete pedicure. There was even a hand and foot massage.Price: 420 AED for everything - around 120 euros.The women work very cleanly and tidy, are professional and very precise.They speak English and there was even water and coffee. I had no idea how long it would take, but I think it was 75-90 minutes with everything that went with it.A wide range of colors.There was also the option of a neck massage.Card payment was possible.Everything is great and I say 1000 thanks to you :)
