This was my first time getting my hair make over done here and I have to say it was the best decision ever made. The owner Diana is amazing and she personally monitors every customers hair colour and styling. The staff are amazing and take great care of their customers. Its worth the money you spend here and you will be pleasantly surprised at the make over you will get here.You have to experience it to believe it.I dont think I will ever get my hair done anywhere else.

Thank you Diana for saving my hair! Before Diana, I went to another salon to do rebonding and it was the biggest mistake of my life! Not only did the salon butchered my hair without offering any alternative to make my hair better, it wasn’t even apologetic . I was so depressed seeing the state of my hair n I remembered Diana! Im so glad that I came to Diana and after 5 sessions of Diana’s miracle fibre treatment which made my weak brittle hair stronger, 2 rounds of anti-freeze treatment, my hair is now looking so much healthier!After this incident, i will never go to another salon except Diana’s. Trust Diana, you won’t regret it!

Back in March this year, my hair had gone through one of the worst experience with a balyage coloring in another salon in Dubai that ended up wrong in all perspective. I was obviously upset and found myself feeling low impacting my self confidence itself. Thats when my bestie has suggested for a consultation with Dianas even though she didnt have personal experience.I was a bit skeptical to undergo another experiment within a gap of 3 months, since my hair couldnt stand one.However, I decided to give it a go back in June since I understood that none other than my mom is being bothered with the state of my hair back then.My first interaction with Diana gave me a lot of confidence where she listened patiently , understood the requirements , but never tried to influence my decisions with her experience. Ofcourse she had put forth some recommendations which helped me to weigh the options . We did the anti frizz treatments along with color correction and haircut. After a bad experience at another salon, I was recommended by a friend to visit her salon. I used to follow them on Instagram as well. Finally in November last year, I did my organic keratin treatment here and I was so happy with the results! The treatment looked very natural (not pokey straight like other treatments) and I was able to manage my frizzy hair so well even after 9 months! I am planning to retouch my treatment now and even get a style cut from Diana herself as I love the hair styles she gives to other customers. The staff started the treatment on time and Diana has been extremely nice and respectful to me! I would definitely recommend her to everyone ...and cant wait to check out the new salon!

Diana beauty castle is not a salon it’s a clinic. I come here every 4-6 months to make sure my hair health is in check. Diana advices on the treatments my hair needs. I sweat a lot due to extensive workouts and loose the texture of my hair. But every visit of mine Diana makes sure I get life back in my hair and refreshes the look. I have done several makeovers in the past 3 years and people have to ask me where did I get it done be it family or friends. I want to thank Diana for her dedication on each of her client. She advices what’s right and not what I want, she could be making a lot of money if she listens to her clients and their wishes but for her it’s more for her client’s hair health and not making money off of them. I have been to Dianas Beauty castle 2 months ago and writing this feedback only now as i always like to give the treatment some time and see the results. My hair quality improved after the treatment (anti-frizz treatment) and hair feels very soft . The colour still looks fresh except the new hair growth in front and the products bought from her is excellent. I have tried several hair treatments in the past but this one truly gave my hair the desired results.

I came across Dianas profile via Instagram, and had texted her for the treatment (this was in 2021). But unfortunately couldnt meet her coz of busy work schedule and also became pregnant the same year.Then finally I thought of doing the Organic treatment which she suggested long back, since I had grown my original curly hair and got rid of my previously Keratin treated hair.And I must say, she did a fab job. Truely loved the makeover.I loved the way you care for your customers and your simplicity.Would definitely recommend you to everyone.And once again thanks a lot Diana.

I must say I loved Diana Mams hair cut. But everything else was not worth the money. The saloon experience is really low key. It was definitely not a comfortable and professional experience for me. I ended up getting my treatment in a really uncomfortable chair near to their stockroom/cleaning area (except for blow dry and hair cut). I was literally just a feet away from their wash basin. where staff were cleaning lunch box and saloon tools. At some point one of the staff told me they forgot about me! But the support staff is really caring but they dont have space to do much.It cost me AED 1050 for Organic treatment for shoulder length virgin hair including cut (No styling as i didnt wanted a make over look). Please compare other service/facilities and see for yourself ladies. Just my opinion.

Well i walked into Dianas place a year back to get my hair colored. I left with a beautiful makeover that made me confident and definetly better hair structure than ever before. I recently visited the salon for the haircut after seeing them on Instagram, but i highly do not recommend to go their because i have gone for a hair cut and showed a reference for my haircut and got a haircut which totally destroyed my hair look. Now my hair looks absolutely ridiculous and I feel terrible. So i have to go to another salon and get a repair of my hair look. During my haircut they asked me to do the blow-dry to manage the hair to look how it was after the hair cut from the salon. I was really happy and satisfied when i stepped out of the salon after my hair cut. I am writing this review after 4 days of my hair cut, i have followed what they have said during my haircut. But the end result was totally a disappointment. I really need to write this because the prices are very high- however, I was made aware of it in advance and it was not an issue for me; as long as the result is good and satisfactory. But for the kind of bad result I’ve received, the price they charged me is ridiculously high amount. It was a massive disappointment and waste of money.Now i regret of going their and getting my hair cut done. It was a false decision i have ever made.

I saw Diana’s post on instagram amd at first i was very skeptical and have never gone for any design with my hair. I got so many compliments and couldnt wait to get it recut again even other hairstylists complimented the hair cut and said very few can do such a technique with so much precision while keeping the hair length. I recently visited the salon for the haircut after seeing them on Instagram, but I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND if you have curly/wavy hair or basically anything other than stick straight hair. It’s important that they understand a persons hair texture and cut accordingly and not do a “one size fits all” approach. They did it very quickly, I don’t think they figured out my hair at all.I waited out 5 days to write this review , it’s saddening but I really need to write this because my hair looks absolutely ridiculous and I feel terrible. The prices are exuberantly high- however, I was made aware of it in advance and it was not an issue for me; as long as the result is good and satisfactory. But for the kind of bad result I’ve received, 525 aed is absolutely ridiculously high amount. Atleast they could have taken time and reviewed my hair before doing the “signature cut” which definitely has not turned out good to a point where I’ll need to get another cut from elsewhere to solve this situation.All this being said, I have to say that the staff were really lovely and I would have actually loved to be a regular customer of this salon if only the result and approach was good. It was a massive disappointment and waste of money. So please do not go if you don’t have extremely straight hair. The haircut only suits very straight hair. Also, not worth the price otherwise. I think the salon should put out a word that it’s not for “curly/wavy” girls. This is my absolutely 100% honest review.Thanks!

I had been looking for a salon that can give me a makeover that I WANT. My search ended when a friend suggested Diana’s Beauty Castle. When I read the reviews, a few were negative (but that’s natural) success comes with a bit of criticism. After a week I decided I’d take my chances.From the beginning Diana was honest about how close I can get what I wanted. She left the decision to be mine and all along she was considerate about what my one and only thinks about what I want to get done.We started on Saturday and got done on Monday. At no point, I felt that she was rushing the services to get over with. The whole team worked so hard on my hair, from colour correction to the final cut. I was getting my hair done after 10 years so I kept on asking her a thousand questions yet she didn’t get irritated with me.I think the treatment is worth every penny and I’m worth it. Nothing is expensive when you know your worth. Yesterday was my final day of the make over and she helped me try the looks I can have (sharing the pictures). We parted with yummy mirchi pakora and sago Dana khichri. Highly appreciate your hospitality (as I was coming directly from work)A big THANK YOU once again Diana and team. Hats off to you guys. This lady is incredibly talented and I love the haircut except that she didn’t listen or maybe didn’t understand clearly what I wanted.I walked in with 22” hair extensions that coasted me over $1000 to put on and she cut them so short that now I have shoulder length hair. She asked me if I want my extensions cut, I showed her only about 2 inches so they blend well with my hair. I wish I noticed this right away but she puts your hair in front of your face while cutting it.I liked the haircut but she basically cut $1000 down the drain and I no longer have long hair.I asked her to give me little bit of layers in my extensions so it blends with my natural length but not chop it off!I’m a little disappointed because I lost all that money adding the extensions and now I have no length.She was an amazing person otherwise, but staff wasn’t friendly or communicated with me when I was asking questions.I just wish I had my the length I wanted. 😕

Its been two weeks since my first makeover and I am damn happy with my decision to try Dianas and believe it her fingers does have magic. I had very frizzy and dull hair which made me look older then my age. Diana gave me a new look with amazing colour and anti frizz treatment. Now my hair looks more healthy, shiny and soft. Special mention to the cut she gives which adds so much volume and makes you look glamorous.

Go to this salon only if you’re happy with the ‘one style fits all’ kind of approach that this salon offers.Diana herself knows her stuff about hair color but she has not invested in hiring trained professionals at her salon at all.. if Diana is not in the salon, the staff is constantly on the phone with her asking her which colors to mix. I went to her salon yesterday and ended up with disastrous results. I asked for a chocolate brown balayage keeping my hair mostly black. What I got was a head full of bleached, orangey brown hair. After raising hell, they salvaged it into a muddy brown color. I had time and again mentioned that I do not want my natural waves to become straight and lo behold - on day 2 of my hair treatment, even after washing, my hair remains poker straight.The salon is congested and difficult to sit in for 8-10 hours which is required for the “makeover”. There is no restroom in the salon and they provide uncomfortable synthetic gowns to be worn during the makeover. The staff isn’t trained enough even to ask clients for a cup of tea/coffee.The staff is always eager to collect the entire payment upfront so unsuspecting clients have no way to demand any reduction in payment if they end up with disastrous results like mine.Save your money and visit a real professional to get your hair done.

The best haircut ever! Especially if you dont want the length too short or you dont want your hair to become really less. Every other salon I have gone to have cut way tooo much hair but not with Diana! She is so hard working and doesnt let the clients go until they themselves are completely satisfied!

Diana is amazing with make over. I must say that she understands every type of hair texture and ensures that the hair is well taken care of during the treatment. You would never go wrong when choosing her over anyone else.

So I had visited Diana Saloon with high expectations and clearing communicating what I need for my hair. I had also sent pictures of the treatment what I did from this Saloon ( 2years back). As per the protocol I had sent length video and picture of my hair- for which I was told that depending on thickness they will charge.The day I visited the saloon, they took pictures again of my hair and added 50 aed extra to the price quoted. When asked what treatment they are giving there was no clear answer and later they said it’s a mixture of honey with some organic products.While doing my treatment, they said wow your hair has become so thick and lovely length. After 2 days of the treatment I started getting massive hairfall and reached to Diana -she said my hir has become thin compared to before ( she didn’t even bother to check and it’s her own staff which said the complete opposite)alopecia and you need style cut. I was shocked to see this message and FYI I DID ALL THE TEST AND VISITED MY DOCTOR- wherein no such thing was commented.I reached out to Diana again asking what should be done as the hair fall is massive is it due to the treatment or what. Forget providing solution she didn’t not even acknowledge the message.She might be doing makeovers etc but professionalism and client complain is something which should be given importance.

Very polite and nice behaviour. It was looking beautiful when the haircut Wes complete. I could figure out plenty of flaws after one wash. Because my hair was cut after styling my hair thus could not understand anything. Needed to be trimmed an inch, not done. The length is not equal from both the sides. Didn’t understand what she meant by ‘designer’ cut. Paid a lot for a very ordinary cut. Will not go back again

Not many hairdressers advise whats good for your hair. We as clients jus choose a color without knowing if our hair can accept the tone. Ive colored my hair way too many times but no one ever did a patch test before to show me how brittle my tips are.Thank you Diana and team for taking care of not only our looks but also of the strength of our hair after coloring.

I have visited your salon on 2020 with good expectations and I have shown some pic to you do my hair coloring and I paid advance money for booking appointment. Appointment date your team started to work with my hair and I don’t do what they have done and what I have showed it was completely different . Then she called you and took pictures and asked your advice and I don’t know what you have told her then again she started to rectify the mistake and again she started to apply new color but still at the end I haven’t get look which I was looking for . And you suggested me to take some hair product like shampoo conditioner and Al and I purchased everything trusting you blindly . First of all I wasn’t impressed with hair coloring and my colleagues started to Ask where you have done this ?your hair was far better looking before and even I have noticed after some month my hair started to fall and my hair was naturally thick and shine hair I lost both after doing hair coloring in your salon. By the way i paid more than 2500 dhiram without getting proper tax receipt.

DBC is indeed a castle !!! A medium spacious saloon but with a wonderful team. I had been there for a makeover in July19 and must say I still continue to get amazing compliments for my hair. Diana is an expert she is well aware of what suits you and what hair color shades goes with your personality. She is a blessed woman with good vibes.Since I have been to her saloon I was confident to do my 1st rampwalk and enter the fashion industry... For any hair suggestions DBC is one stop resolution. Had read so many reviews of the place so went to try it out. Definitely will not go back again. My hair was much healthier before i did a treatment from there. I have done my hair with better hair professionals before. They also force you to buy products at the end of the service. The place could have been cleaner considering the prices they charge you.

Hair cut was good. I think this place is over hype. When I visited, it was crowded and not much space to wait. My usual-regular saloon has more facilities than this saloon. They wash, dry, style and then cut. I went in with lots of expectations and the lady started cutting without much talks. I was able to tell her what I needed by that time. 360dhs for soft layers - Medium length hair. They were too busy tht they couldnt take an after photo🤣If u can spend 3-4 hrs & above amount for a simple hair cut, then yes.

It is not value for money service , and overpriced services for people who have normal hair. May be people with overly damaged hair will see a “transformation “,.I visited Diana beauty castle after seeing the rave reviews and perfectly curated marking Videos on various social media platform. I definitely had very high hopes. I did not have any major issue with my hair just the natural frizzy ness and grey hair that wanted to get fixed. I was offered a package of “Hair transformation” that would include - hair Colour , a treatment and a hair cut by the lead stylists . Post that some maintenance products to purchase . Got it done and I did not find It to be value for money at all. It is as not bad but Definitely not value for money. I had repeatedly asked for hair Botox or any similar treatment that would take my frizzyness away.There was no treatment done (at least it did not make any difference in my hair texture) . Hair cut was more like an hair trim. And Color was good . But paying 2000 aed just for colour is not justified .

I’ve had my hair cut a few times here, and I absolutely love Sunita’s work. I’d highly recommend Diana’s beauty castle and specially Sunita.

I had gone last week for a haircut and decided to do a foot massage too. I was lucky to get Thom. She has such a gentle hand and she gave me the best hair wash of my life. She is a trained masseuse and it shows. My feet were like baby feet after the massage. I am definitely going back.

The worst experience I’ve ever had, she didn’t complete what I wanted exactly, and talks rude she is not professional and argues with the costumers,Definitely the first time I see something with this protocol, to take a video of the hair before you go there so she can determine the price it is weird and shady.Definitely high price for mediocre service .Didn’t even blow the hair properlywhereas my daughter have visited the salon on 24/12/2022 at 5pm, but it was a very bad experience, as I was expecting same or even closer results as the advertisement showed , but that that was way far than expected.I payed 578 dirhams and it is a big amount of money for which what has been done.I would’ve been happy with that price if what I was expecting was done, as what has been done was a mediocre and it doesn’t worth that amount of money , it oppose what they advertised about and I highly don’t recommend dealing with them ever

Definitely best hair cut . I definitely not agree with the some of one star comments , I mean if you will come with purpose of what you want and explain even by pictures , then you will definitely get what you requested. In my case , my hair cut done 10 over 10 and I am happy. Strongly I would recommend to everyone

I visited them for hair cut and no complains about hair cut. But the kind of attention/time I got from stylist, I didnt think it was worth paying 450 + taxes. They dont have time to listen to your queries 🤷‍♀️.UPDATE to response: I dont understand what covid restrictions or walkin or unjust to others you are mentioning. I had pre booked appointment at 2 PM for CONSULTATION AND HAIR CUT price mentioned was 250 - 500. When I arrived I waited at the door next to Ms.Diana about 20 mins where she was busy giving prices to other client n no one even cared to ask why was I there for. Finally I have to Interrupt and tell that I have an appointment. To which she looked at clock and sighed oh. Even after that I waited for hair wash n then after blowdry for her to finish other client. Isnt that UNJUST?With all the success may almighty also bless you with an attitude to treat your customers fair irrespective they are there for simple hair cut or expensive services. Good luck!

I messaged the owner lady to ask about keratin treatment.she is craving only for the money .she is speaking more about the payment than speaking about the treatment.with out physically seeing my hair she is repeatedly telling you do the payment as online first and send me the bill and then come for the treament. she is not at all bothered about the customers concerns and only craving for the money.she is the owner and she is the one speaking in such an unprofessional way.iam giving her and her parlour minus mark.

Ms Diana Lama was answering my whatsapp queries and is very unprofessional and needs to learn not to compare their services to Gucci or Lamborghini as they arent selling cars or clothes.Upon asking the reason why the service rates are high the lady could have just explained that maybe their products cost them high or whatever ,rather than comparing themselves to Gucci and saying we cant ask them why they are so expensive.Totally unprofessional and then the audacity to ask to negative review and my customers will reply back to you was too much.Daylight Mafia attitude

Lets start with the word they use as Makeover, my wife had used this service and could not see any major MAKEOVER or changes except the little shine thats stayed for 2 days. Also as i can see below in comments that the service is expensive and all they have to say is we have prices depending on the hair type, firstly a hair problem is a hair problem, you could follow something thats easier for people to understand like having rates for short, medium and long hair types, the service that we got done by paying 2k plus there with not much of difference was provided by a salon name Hype salon and trust me when i say this but theres a huge difference and the treatment took 2 sessions but all worth it

Not the best for eyebrows I don’t advise anyone going for eyebrows I was just there today, I usually do with a girl called Serina but now she’s not working anymore.
