I have been visiting Diana for the past 7 years now. She is one person whom I can blindly trust for all my hair concerns be it for treatment, color and cut. My hair was damaged and had failed the patch test several times due to which Diana did not agree to do hair color change and makeover considering health of my hair, inspite of the fact that she could easily make money by suggesting makeover. After almost 2 years of waiting when hair was healthier, I got my makeover done exactly how I wanted. I couldn’t be happier. Diana has a wealth of knowledge and advice for all hair problems. 0/10 service. I would not recommend this place to anyone, I had a terrible experience today with DIANA that is supposed to be the owner who does haircuts. She showed a very disrespectful treatment to us, Also, she took 3 dif people at the same timing all booked at 1pm, we sat for 40 mins waiting for her to start while she was talking to that 3rd customer and all the team was standing free doing nothing. And instead of pleasing us After her mistake she decided to not do the service that we want.

I have very thin hair and was worried that the color may be damaging to my hair as I was doing it for the first time. You don’t have to think twice when it comes to Diana’s hair makeover. I did the treatment with them twice before and I’m heading over for my third. The treatment doesn’t damage your hair and the results are amazing! Above all, your hair will look natural! At the end, the signature cut is like a cherry on the top:) Super impressed and happy!

Im falling short of words to tell you how professional and excellent her and her team’s work is. This time, she saved me from a terribly bad makeover i got from somewhere else. Her skills and expert knowledge on color correction and right placement of foils saved me. Otherwise it had become very difficult to look at myself in mirror. I rarely write reviews but this warranted one. Even though we are in a city with options for hair salons at every corner it is very difficult to find someone with knowledge as indepth of what diana has. I have not been this happy with a hair dresser in almost 20 years as I have been with 1 visit to her. She managed to give life to my lifeless hair while setting realistic expectations & equiping me with information on how to maintain them at home.Cannot thank Diana enough & cannot recommend her enough.

I had been to Dianas after reading so many good reviews and I was not disappointed. I got a haircut plus frizz treatment. The fact that the haircut is on dry hair amazed me. But loved the outcome given I have very short hair. Definitely will visit again.

I’ve been coming to Diana ma’am for 3 years now, used to get a hair cut every 4-5 months and I have always left the salon happy and excited! She’s not only a hair magician but she’s a very warm person at heart, that itself makes you feel so comfortable. The best part about her is hearing her client out! My hair has more life and volume now! 😁The only reason I haven’t given full 5 stars is because I felt like customer service was slightly lacking. But this does not interfere with the service they provide, the staff is very professional & skilled. I just personally felt it would’ve been nice if the environment was more friendly…..Seeing all the reviews, I have noticed staff is extremely friendly & welcoming. Maybe my experience was just a busy day.Nevertheless, happy with the haircut & service. I would definitely re-visit someday.

I opted for a signature haircut by one of the staff members Sunita.My existing haircut was very disconnected, I had one choppy layer and then the rest of my hair hung awkwardly in one length way below that. I was afraid that it wouldnt be something that could be fixed without losing a great length of my hair, which I was trying to grow outSunita managed to layer my hair seamlessly without losing more than an inch of length! She listened to exactly what I wanted and told me how much of that is possible and delivered flawlessly! Im so so satisfied with the haircut and will wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone who is like me and afraid of haircuts after really bad haircuts in the past!
