Oh how i love this salon! Salon is clean and tidy. All staff are welcoming and courteous! Complimentary snacks & drinks, you can ask for coffee, tea, etc. Mr. Lee is my hairstylist he’s very good and made sure that the outcome will be the best, he is very transparent and he also advises what’s the cons & pros of your hair if you decide something that’s not good for your hair. I recently had a fantastic experience with Gogi who went above and beyond in both service and professionalism.She was meticulous, ensuring each nail was shaped and polished to perfection. She was attentive to my preferences and used high-quality products that have kept my nails looking new. This was my 2nd time going to Diffany Star. The 1st visit was fine and they did a great job with my pedicure and foot spa. However, this 2nd visit was not good at all. As you can see in the attached photos, my toes are swollen and I got cuts and wounds. The one who did my pedicure did not asked for my permission if she can remove my ingrown nail. The day after I got my pedicure done, I was feeling immense pain with my toes and can barely walk properly.They also didn’t inform us beforehand that some of their services changed like the normal nail polish. We ended up just getting a cleaning pedicure and manicure because they only have gel nail polish as the only option. I won’t recommend them in terms of having your pedicure done.

I also enjoyed the mani-pedi, foot spa, and massage package, where Khanchi truly exceeded my expectations. So worth the money. I had some issues with my hair while dying it but the stylists went above and beyond to finish the job perfectly. The skills the customer care and service amazing. Can’t even complain about anything.

I decided to go to this salon after watching a reel with a very good review and it was the biggest disappointment ever. I went for a layered haircut and a blow dry. Even tho I told the hairdresser I wanted to keep the same length and cut just the split ends he still went super hard on my hair and cut all of my length (in the pictures you can see how long my hair was). In addition to that the blow dry was horrible as well, I have wavy hair and I left the salon with frizzy baby hair. I’m sorry but everything was wrong. I do not recommend it.

I was told to just walk in on a Saturday and I arrived at 11 am and finished by 1:55 pm, and I can confidently say it was a fantastic experience. Sonny, my hair godfairy, truly brought my hair back to life! I received a hair color, hair spa, and haircut package. I showed Sonny and his team what I wanted, and they exceeded my expectations. The result was phenomenal.The salon also provides snacks while youre there, adding a nice touch to the experience. Despite a slight language barrier, Sonnys skill and dedication ensured that all my requests were perfectly met. If youre looking for a place to transform your hair, I highly recommend this salon. The service here was great! From the moment I arrived i was greeted warmly with refreshments, and they were very friendly. I did a moroccan bath with Pooja and she is just lovely! If you have curly hair, please run away! I visited this salon for nails extensions (thank you Kaushi, it was amazing) and for a blow dry.The hairdresser didn’t know how to work on curly hair, my hair was literally burning and after 2 weeks, even if I washed multiple times my hair is still smelling burnt! I don’t know what products they used, what type of equipment they have but my curls are gone, my hair are so damaged since I visited this salon, it’s a nightmare. I had a terrible experience at Diffany salon, such a waste of time and money and I don’t know how to get my curls back 😡

I’ve always gone to this salon for hair massages, and it always feel great. This time, I decided to color my hair. I initially wanted pink, but Jodie recommended against bleaching it since my hair had been treated recently. I appreciated their care and attention to my hair. In the end, I loved the results! I also got nail extensions and eyelash extensions from Ella. A few days later, I brought my husband in for a haircut with Jodie. We were both very satisfied; Jodie and the team were friendly and did an excellent job.

I want to personally commend Mr. Ken for bringing my haircut vision to life! So satisfied. Also to Ms. Rubina for keeping my eyebrows on fleek! Super nice to see Mr. Alster as well, who did my Protein Treatment the last time. You can tell they genuinely cared about providing a top-notch experience. The salon itself is well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and professional.The only downside was in the spa room where the head massage took place. Unfortunately, one guest had her phone on with notifications blaring, which interrupted the otherwise peaceful atmosphere. It would be great if the staff could kindly remind guests to keep their phones on silent while in the spa area to ensure everyone can fully relax.Overall, I highly recommend this salon for their excellent service, but a little more attention to maintaining a serene environment would make the experience perfect.

It’s a Chinese saloon, the stylists are also Chinese , the language barrier is real . It quite difficult to explain what you need.The services are quite mediocre .. I got a bob haircut which was quite untidy , not even at all ..Not worth the hype

Absolutely the worst experience ever! This salon is nothing but a scam. They convinced me to opt for their premium protein hair packing for AED 600/-, claiming it would last for 6 months. It didn’t even last for ONE MONTH, (the regular protein hair package which was of AED 300/- which they say that would last for 3 months).To top it off, the global hair color they used, completely washed out in just 4 washes(2 weeks only)! They didn’t even show me what products they were using, which is a huge red flag.And don’t even get me started on the highlights – they disappeared in just 3 washes. I am beyond disappointed and furious. I would NEVER recommend this salon to anyone. Save your money and avoid this place at all costs!😡

Had my hair color and hair cut today, my hair stylist is Jack, showed him a photo of my prefer color and he told me that it will be little difference on what he will apply as photo is different from actual, but the out come is beyond my expectation. The Ethiopian lady working here is beyond rude and completely clueless about how to handle any situation or solve even the smallest problem. She acts like customers are an inconvenience rather than treating them with respect. The entire experience at this salon was awful—unprofessional staff, poor service, and absolutely no regard for customer satisfaction. I would never recommend anyone to step foot in this place. Unfortunately I saw some of their videos on tiktok and thought to give this salon a try. So yesterday I took my girl there for a haircut and still now I am regretting my decision to go there. They are rascist.Firstly the receptionist said that it will take 15-20 minutes because all of their staff is busy with the customer and she made us sit in the waiting area. While waiting I saw so many staff standing and doing nothing, some of them were just doing their own hair styling. After half an hour when I again asked the receptionist then she said that still none of their staff is free and I have to wait for 25-30 minutes more.I said that she should have mentioned this earlier and that I have to wait for more than an hour. She simply said that she cant do anything and I have to wait. I even asked her that so many chairs are empty and the hair stylists are just roaming even though she said that we have customers. I asked where is customer as I cant see them and I just got a reply that you have to wait. Some of the hair stylists and receptionists started talking in Chinese while giving weird looks and laughing looking at us. One can easily feel the rascist vibes there.And after all thisthe guy ruined my girls hair. He didnt use any claw clips just took all of the hair together and started chopping it.When I asked him in between that are you doing the same haircut which I showed in the pic then he said yes and started cutting in almost rage. I again interrupted him and reminded how he had to cut and this time he started to cut so violently that my daughter got scared.It was the worst haircut ever with the worst kind of gesture and behaviour. They are not worth of even one star.

I met Ate Maricel one time to have my nails done since I had a special date and I don’t really know which styles and color would suit my nails all the time and that was about a year ago… Ate Maricel has done wonders to my nails and she has been and always will be my go-to nail tech after that. My nails are as healthy as they look as she takes really good care of them. I always get complimented as well with the styles she chooses. She’s literally one of the reasons why I love having my nails done monthly cause she knows the trend and she never disappoints especially for girls like me who doesn’t know how to choose well..Kudos and thank you very much Ate Maricel. It’s my first visit to this salon after a lovely approach from Asri on the street - I was pleasantly surprised when I came upstairs! The salon is huge and beautiful! It was buzzing with activity… Hairdressers, nail technicians, pedicure and manicure, massage - so much in one place and the prices are great!I was only going to do the foot spa but when I saw the price for pedicure, manicure and foot spa (90 DHMS) I decided to go for this instead…I was attended to by Sanu, who was sooo lovely, gentle and excellent in her profession! I have been to more than 40 countries and can honestly say this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had!The back massage from Susila was next level! I have NEVER had such an amazing back massage in all my years!!! And for 60 DHMS it seems any cheaper would be free… Bonkers!!!I would highly recommend anyone looking for a great place experience and service to come here. I’m sure you won’t be disappointed!!!

I initially wanted to do something for my hair but I didnt really know what my hair really needs so I opted for a hair consultation from their hairstylist. There I met the amazing Frank. I told him I wanted to do kera rebond coz thats what I usually do but when he recommended me and explained about this Premium Protein Treatment, it ticked off all my boxes so we ended up doing what he suggested. The result was astounding!! Ive never really seen my hair like this. Its sooo smooth and shiny and natural looking healthy!! I really love it!! I received so much compliment about it that makes me think of my hairstylist and cant thank him enough for a such wonderful experience with my hair! So I was lucky to have met Arvie for the first time in April 2024, I didn’t know which styleto go for as I really want to settle for low maintenance, easy and elegant looking hairstyle. The moment he recommended that I needed to focus on the hair treatment to keep the hair looking healthy and shiny, I knew Arvie can be trusted and a well experienced hair expert. I never doubted when he recommended the protein treatment and a very easy brown colour and keeping the basics. I came back after 2 months after receiving so many compliments and did the same protein treatment but no hair colour done this time, because my hair just looks amazing as it is. Well done and thanks Arviefor taking care of my hair and now with Mandy’s. We will be back again for sure. First, I would like to give a huge thanks to Leo for taking care of me when I visited. I highly recommend you ask for him, hell give genuine advice and opinion to whats best for your hair. The service was quick, some beverages and snacks are provided in the salon which is a plus. The salons ambiance is great. I would say prices of womens hair treatment are expensive but worth it as you get great results, I just need to observe how long the treatment will last. Will definitely go back and look for Leo.

I waited for this day to wash my hair to share my Feedback at Diffany Salon, I am not satisfied and I can say that the Aed 700 I paid is not worth it.1. 8/10 pain, I feel like my scalp was being tortured, there is no gentleness in the treatment it hurts so much and I am really in tears at the same time as the medicine is too strong (Protein Treatment), I have always had that treatment, but just now I experienced that there is no difference with Keratin2. the highlights were not done properly3. My hair is more frizzy and dry 😭This is my first and last here, I cant recommend it based on what I’ve experienced.

It’s my first time visiting the salon after seeing good reviews here and in Tiktok and they didnt disappoint. Despite being a newly opened salon, they exceeded my expectations and delivered the best service. I highly recommend Kun and his assistant(Linda) for giving my hair the best treatment and care despite having a bleached hair with the worst hair damage, and they did that with the lightest hand. It was one of the most comfortable experience I’ve ever had. I am most satisfied with the team, they’re very friendly and the ambience of the salon is top notch. THE HAIR WASH WAS EXCELLENT, AND I EXPECTED THE SAME LEVEL OF CARE TO CONTINUE THROUGHOUT THE APPOINTMENT. HOWEVER, IT WAS DISAPPOINTING TO SEE THAT NO ONE SEEMED WILLING TO TAKE ME FOR A HAIRCUT. Very bad experience, went for couple massage really disappointed. Girls didn’t know massage at all, doing so fast felt like there was some train going on. Not relaxing at all. Ambience matters for massage- light was too bright, hot in the massage room no soothing music or sound. Spend too much time on back massage at one point it was getting irritated, hence no time left for other body parts. maybe they are good for other services but I won’t suggest for massage.

A lot of hidden charges! Had my nail extension and not even worth it! Paid for 250 and the result was disappointing. 150 charge is just for the extension. They will charge for manicure wherein other and almost all salons charge extension including the manicure. And they don’t inform you about those charges upfront. They will tell you when you’re about to pay once service is done. Won’t recommend it.

The Salon was big, spacious and exactly as advertised! The prices are really good and affordable. I had the head massage + hair wash treatment, which was really good and relaxing and I would go back for that.However, the blow dry was disappointing and I would not recommend for persons with curly hair as the stylist did not know how to dry curly hair properly (I could have done a better job). The stylist blamed my hair for being “too curly” when in fact my hair is not that difficult to do. He was not very friendly either. This was the only let down. Otherwise I would recommend for anyone else.Thank you very much.

First visit - I was assisted even though I was few minutes late thus ⭐️ ⭐️.I asked for hair cut, I expected like in some salon, that when you book for a hair cut, they also do shampoo (priced together). Surprisingly, not included. But they didn’t even ask if I wanted shampoo. So of course, they charge me hair cut plus hair wash. Money is not an issue, but at least they could have asked their customer’s preference.Second, I asked for a haircut I wanted, and said don’t make it too short. Again, the hair dresser didn’t listen. My hair is a lot shorter than I expected.I asked for additional hair color and showed the prices on the whatsapp message of my booking. Shockingly, he said the prices mentioned is applicable during weekdays. Seriously??? I could’ve not booked an appointment if that’s the case. To add, it was not even stated on the massage.Environment - they are profiling their customers, I felt like they don’t treat their customers equally. My hair was’t assess, but I saw for others who arrived after me they were assessing it before they send for wash or anything. Even at the reception, they’re not very welcoming at all.The less expensive salons even have better customer service them.Price - over price for quality
