Showed a picture of the last haircut done at the same place as the barber asked me to do so on my next visit.Received by far the worst haircut of my life on the next visit.Requesting you to kindly not ask people to show pictures of what they want when you can’t deliver the same.

Been going to my guy Mossad for 10+ years now. He is a legend who always gives the best service! Everyone at diplomat is awesome.

Location of the store is great, prices for the various services are very reasonable. I went for a haircut, but Abu didnt understand what I wanted. He assumed I didnt know about different types of scissors and haircuts because I came in with a messy look since it had been a while. He got the fade okay, maybe 5/10, but the haircut was overall not uniform. He also mentioned, Ive been cutting your hair for one hour. If you mess up that much, of course it will take that long.

Was super-stoked to find these guys after my last place closed down. A great team of professionals, welcoming and attentive-enough without the fuss. Theyre fast, listen to what you want and the result is the haircut you want for a reasonable-by-Dubai-standards price. Ill not need to go anywhere else thats for sure - highly recommended.

Visited recently for a hair cut around 8pm on a weekday. The service was good and there was no wait. The charge for a hair cut for 55 AED I think its reasonable in Business Bay area.

By far the worst experience ever. Not only do they not clean their equipment after every use, they ruin your hair style and are super unprofessional. They even wanted me to clean my face and hair into the kitchen sink cause the hair shower seat wasn’t working! How pathetic- never going back to this place ever again!

A maximally mediocre barber. Ive been there two or three times now, it was really satisfactory and really good, but it wasnt a shave.Unless this is explicitly mentioned, work is done exclusively with the machine; transitions are only cut with scissors if explicitly requested.

Today I went to Diplomat Salon. Excellent service and style are more than excellent. I especially mention the salon manager who cut my hair for me, Massad. I highly recommend visiting the salon.
