I loved the foot massage to treat my muscle cramps, the interrior environment is clean and relaxing. I spent 110 aed (30$) for an amazing Good service from a cool guy called Josh, definitely coming back once a month.

This was my first visit to this Diva Salon location, although I’ve had fantastic experiences at their other branches in the past. I came in for a manicure, pedicure, and foot massage, but unfortunately, my experience was mixed.The manicurist, Angel, was unwelcoming, rude, and sassy. When I asked for the Wi-Fi password, she told me to ask the manager but made no effort to assist further. I was in a cubicle getting a pedicure, so not mobile to go find a manager and look for them. The TV, which was supposed to provide Netflix, wasn’t working, and the error message was in Arabic. When I asked if she could help, she simply said she doesn’t know and didn’t offer to get someone who could. Her overall attitude made the experience far from relaxing.To add to this, despite a menu advertising coffee, no one offered me any. I had to ask. Midway through my manicure, Angel abruptly stopped to place a personal lunch order over the phone, leaving me sitting awkwardly and listening to her conversation. It certainly didn’t feel like the relaxing experience I had anticipated.On the bright side, the pedicurist and massage specialist were excellent—friendly, professional, and a pleasure to interact with. Their service was the highlight of my visit.While there were positives, the experience with the manicurist left much to be desired and overshadowed what could have been an enjoyable visit

Very good Salon for men, they have a separate section for spa and massage/facial treatments. Very good packages for oxygen treatment for hair and body. Bernie is a great guy working there and will give you the best of haircut and facials.

Huge spa offering a variety of services, from barbering to aesthetic treatments for the face and body. New facilities, everything white, very clean, employees in uniform. The beauty professionals are mostly Filipinos, some with very delicate appearance. Ive been there several times for body massages and foot spa, excellent service every time. Price correct as of December 2023 e.g. one hour massage costs AED160.00. Real massage with a lot of technique.

This review is only for the owner, I pray that he will see it, I go multiple times there, the first time the services is very good, I gave the tip to the barber, second time when I go everyone want to give me the service, but second time what I did, I did not give any tip to the barber, third time when I go the barber transfer me from one to another. So dear owner please remove the tip system, its create the conflict of interest with your business. 2nd thing please put more barber who know how to work with the Scissor while working on the beard, they cant handle the big beards. Ever since I moved to Dubai about 9 years ago, Diva Salon has been one of my weekly go-to places for a shave and haircut. Ive consistently been coming here for so long because they are excellent at what they do. Every time I get a shave or haircut, it comes out exactly how I want it and the prices are very reasonable. The staff at Diva go out of their way to be accommodating and polite. If you want an excellent experience for a great price, come to Diva. Also, I highly recommend the barber Sofian.

I faced misbehavior from the reception, and the service was disrupted. He asked me to wait on the chair until one of the employees received me. I waited for more than half an hour, and after that the employee refused to receive me without a ticket. Then I returned to the reception to ask him why you invited me to go and waste my time uselessly, and that you cannot give me the ticket, so he said. This is how our system works

I did hair smoothing and the service was really good. I just wish they gave proper instruction on what type of shampoo, conditioner and other hair care products were to b used to maintain the work they did. I used the products I had with me and needed up spoiling my hair. I suggest those who do hair treatments from there get self educated on the type of hair care to be used after such treatments from Google or YouTube... Tons of helpful review available in those websites.

Barbers are good as i have used their service before but shame the saloon time punctuality is not good! Said opens at 9am on a work day and the barbers were did not arrive, i waited till 9.15 and then had to leave as had to rush for a meeting at 10. Hope they can work on their timings as on google it says they are open for business for 9am!

Highly unprofessional and rude staff. Went for kids haircut (which they apparently offer) and we were asked by the young behind the counter guy to wait because the staff was smoking outside. It took the staff 25 mins and we were first customers in the morning. They dont even use mouthwash before attending kids and this is not acceptable by any hygiene standards. Upon complaining, the staff became rude, even when cutting hair. We wrapped the cut halfway and left. This was extremely uncivilized and shameful. Never visiting this salon again.

Since I was new to this place, I wanted to go to a decent salon here in Dubai. After enquiring from people and doing a little research on Google, I came to the conclusion that I should visit this place. Finally, when I reached the salon, I asked the counter person that I needed a haircut. He asked one of his staff members, and the designated guy started cutting my hair after I instructed him to cut it in a particular way. The person did a decent job in cutting my hair. But later, he asked me if I needed any other services such as hair masks, face masks, or something. For which I said I said no, I do not require any of those services. But, somehow, he persuaded me for hair masks as well. Later, when everything was finished, I saw the bill, and it was 💯 Dhiram, which is a lot I suppose or may not. I wrote the whole experience so that if you need to have any kind of services over here, please see the services costs first and then go ahead with your required services. Worst experience ever highest price and very bad attitude from the team with bad work quality

Had an extremely terrible experience with a staff member that was insulting and rude throughout and absolutely refused to listen to instructions.Rushed through the haircut and constantly trying to upsell you on services that you dont require despite repeatedly telling them that you are not interested.While the place is rather upscale looking it is not worth the unprofessionalism and you definitely dont come close to getting your value for money. Cannot stress enough how bad of a hair cutting experience it was

A nice place to get your hair served, quality service and nice standard with affordable price.One downside during the stay you will encounter a lot of strange sites of transformers whom looks disgusting. Another thing is the parking as it’s usually very challenging to find a spot to park in that area

Amongst the countless hygienic services, personal experience is most commonly shared through the trim of the beard. The experience is swift and precise. You get what you ask for and you pay a price a bit cheaper than most established that offer the same services. Good service for great value.

Went for haircut and facial. First, a 50 mins wait despite taking an appointment. Despite being honest of their blunder in time management, the manager kept telling me 5 mins, 10 mins. After the wait, I was alloted a different stylist than the one booked. Next, the so-called stylist literally forced me to give him tip after the cut stating it will be good luck for him and he doesnt get paid well. I usually tip people but this was way too much. Just before the payment, without asking me, the stylist punched haircut charge with 15 dhs tip without asking me the amount. At cash register, I was given 15 dhs cash to give to the stylist. Money isnt the issue, its the unprofessional attitude + the experience which ruined everything. I wont recommend this salon to anyone.

I have been going there for more than 15 years with no issues. Until an incident has happened while I went to shave my beard, the employee had cut my lower lip with the razor and caused a lot of bleeding, when I showed the cut to the cashier (owners brother) about it, he was not apologetic and acted as if it was something that is normal to happen. The bad experience did not stop there, yet the following time I went there for a shave the same employee came up to me while getting my shave from someone else and started attacking me verbally to demonstrate his anger about my complaint about him. This time the owner was there and I have spoken to him about the incident and all I heard was thank you, did not even apologise or try speak to the employee in front of me.However, the employee is new coming from a different country that do not appreciate the blessing of being in Dubai and bringing with them their bad habits and ill manners which is ruining the image of the salon.I hope the owner/ management gives his all new staff a course in customer service and a lesson in respect for the workplace and its customers. Furthermore, it is understandable to have an employee that is out of control but very disappointing to see the owners not claiming responsibility and resolving a simple issue. It is really unfortunate for any business to lose a much loyal customer for mismanagement and the attitude of an employee.

I was staying in the Gevora hotel and saw this salon next to it. Went in for a beard line up. Most awful beard trim I’ve ever experienced. Left with cuts and bumps on my neck. I told the barber to use a hot towel on my neck before using a razor on my neck so that my skin and beard hair would be softer and ready to be cut with a razor which is what most professional barbershops do. I told the barber not to take any length off and just line up my beard. The barber made my beard shorter even though I specifically said no. This place isn’t as professional as it looks. Awful experience.

Book an appointment and im a little bit late so I understand to wait for a new available customer. But will I waiting they said that they have another customer which I am first in line. The arabic guy who is handling the customer is rude instead of apolegitic. Im am a loyal customer in rigga so i tried the sheik zayed road because im near in the place now.

The place cares more about speed than the customers needs. My hair is always messed up more than it was. Either an uneven cut, hair is too short, hair feels like it wasnt even cut, too much gel, or not abiding to my specific instructions. The services offered are also a tad more expensive than surrounding Hairdressers.

Even though the salon is not crowded, there is always a long waiting time. Staff are just hanging around, drinking tea, watching tv or browsing the internet on their phone. After 30 mins of unjustified wait, one of the barbers approached hesitantly and said he was available. While cutting my hair, he was checking his phone every two minutes and was obviously chatting. Tge result is an uneven haircut. This is the second time and last time I ever use them. Wouldnt recommend them at all.
