Absolutely pathetic services the lady who did my nails have utterly ruined my good healthy nails by making them thin. Has zero expertise in manicure. She made my nails thin like paper they are breaking without any efforts even, its frustrating.I would suggest the salon to hire people who are expert and not to just give their customers to just anyone first time I visited and absolutely heaer broken by the way they handle my nails. I spend 185 AED and its all gone to garbage. Please do not visit them its waste of money and time.

I visited for a haircut and blow dry today. Despite requesting a blow dry multiple times, the hairdresser insisted on using a flat iron. After a long day at work, I didnt have the energy further. The haircut itself was very average.A haircut costs 150 AED and a blow dry without a wash is an additional 120 AED. They don’t show you how your hair looks after hair cut.Moreover, I live just 2 minutes away, yet my hair has gone completely flat and smells strongly of the burn from iron.Overall, I had hoped for a more positive experience, especially for the sake of convenience, but unfortunately, this is not for me.

I booked an appointment in this salon about 2 weeks ago and this happened:1. The hair dresser insisted for me to open my right eye to recheck my appointment in Fresha while I’m already laying down and they already applied some products which irritated my eye.2. I specifically instructed to use single strand lashes, but the technician used big ones that look cheap.3. The glue is very cheap and plastic like that started to be painful as soon as it dried. Which resulted to irritation and fall out.4. Placement of the lashes are wrong and too close to the skin.5. They charge 350 AED for the service which is the same price as a really good salon in downtown , but the technician rubs your eyes and use cheap tape, lashes and glue that irritates your eyes and falls out in less than a week.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!

Diva nova is great! What a wonderful salon and wonderful staff. Girl that did my nails was so lovely. Staff are super friendly and did a great job with my nails and hair!

I just had the worst experience at this salon, I called the salon right before coming and I asked for a classic mani pedi and she said it will be for 185 but since Iam a first time customer she’ll give it to me for 145 I agreed and came, I had a very average classic mani pedi. When I finished and I wanted to pay. She said she’ll take 245 AED !!!!! According to her because the normal polish is not added to the price so she’ll take 100 extra just for normal polish!!!!I talked to the manager after that and she had the worst attitude everAfter long discussion I paid 150, but instead of leaving relaxed I left fuming 😡BE CAREFUL OF THIS SALON THEY ARE NOT CLEAR WITH THEIR PRICING AND THEY’LL TRY TO MAKE YOU PAY MORENEVER COMING BACK AGAIN !!!!!!!

I have done my nails soft gel extensions, I LOVE IT !!! , staff are amazing , glenda did my nails she is so professional, highly recommended ❤️

Worst haircut Ive ever got. Not professional at all. The only good thing is that the lady used a very good shampoo, my hair is soft and shiny, BUT the hair cut was very unprofessional. She just cut totally straight the end of my hair, she didnt softened it at all. And my bangs....horrible. I have side bangs that is gradually lengthens, but she cut it straight.So now I have to find an other hair dresser who can fix my hair and pay again..

A very unpleasant nail experience, the manicurist not only forcibly promoted services I didnt want, but also treated the customers very rudely after I refused, resulting in injury to my fingers. A terrible experience, I hope all ladies at Azizis will be cautious about going to this shop for nail projects！！！！
