NEVER AGAIN!Worst experience ever.Tools are dirty I’m sure they use them a lot before they change ( if they do at all) , the technician wasn’t wearing gloves and even tried to get the out nail polish with her nails not with an orange sticks. 🤢🤢🤢She was doing everything so fast like she was in rush or something, the polish is all wavy and curly , looks absolutely horrible. guys I’m sorry but this is the worst I’ve ever seen.Don’t recommend at all!!!

It was my first time visiting Donna Ricci last 30th Jan 2021 for my mani-pedi session and I am a happy customer. The place was accessible, clean and Ruby, who did my nails, was very nice and professional. They were all friendly especially the two receptionists. I did not get their names (really sorry about this) but they were such a doll. I got a good deal too through Groupon. One downside is that they have a limited time on the use of your Groupon voucher so better book ahead and arrive on time. But other than that, it was a great experience.

Ive had my eyelashes extension, nail extension and gelish manicure. It was a great experience for me. People are nice and accommodating. The person in-charge to do the services for me are also nice and the quality of the service is fantastic. The ambiance also is good and clean. I will definitely come back for more of their services and will refer them to my friends and family too.

I had a haircut and keratin treatment at this lovely salon. Melina did a wonderful job! Today I visited Donna Ricci for the first time and I assure I will re-visit. It’s a very clean and pleasant place. Staff was very friendly as well... I had a haircut, long bob, a haircut that can really get ugly of you don’t know how to do it. So if you are a person who is paying attention to every little detail and can see every mistake this is the place to go and Melina is your girl... she did an excellent job checking again and again my hair until she made sure that all hair had same length and everything was perfect. Her standards met mine. So if you need everything to perfection as well Melina is your girl. Book with her now! And for the EK crew, they have platinum discount as well!!!

I visited last August 18th to have a deep facial cleansing session. The ambiance was welcoming. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The place looked clean and tidy, and didnt have the smell of salon chemicals. China who did my facial was very gentle and informative and was always checking if I was doing okay during the session. She made the experience so satisfying I didnt want it to end. Im certainly going back.

I posted my review in their website but that doesnt show the bad comments, only the good ones, so I will do it here. I HIGHLY dont recommend this salon, honestly. I have been done my nails there for one year, I wasnt ever satisfied, but it was next to my work and home, so it was comfortable and convenient for me, and I was lazy to look for another salon, so whatever. But I got my limits, I got my limit because the last two times I went there was a nightmare, I got TWO nails with infection, and the other time (last time ever) the service was so bad that once the women finished my nails I have to ask her if she wouldnt clean the rest of nail polish she left around around my nails!!! Honestly, really bad service.

Just had a haircut with Melina (very nice Greek lady) and she was absolutely amazing. Not only she gives you a warm welcome but also a stunning haircut! She definitely knows what she is doing! Will be back for sure as it’s hard to find a good hairdresser in Dubai!

Melina is great hairstylist. Very responsive to customer needs and attentive to wishes. Besides, I had very warm welcome with a cup of coffee and friendly pleasant attitude.Absolutely pleased with haircut result and suggested hair care products. Definitely, will recommend Melina to my friends.

Ive been a regular client at the salon for some time now. Sawson, Diana and Mely Ann on Reception are always so friendly and helpful. Hannah was awesome when I used to get eyelash extensions but she seems equally great at everything else she does. Rachel has done several treatments and is lovely also. Most of the girls are friendly to me but I dont know all their names. I definitely recommend paying the salon a visit

I just had an appointment at Donna Ricci. It was a great experience. The Moroccan bath was so good and the massage was such a stress reliever. Everyone was professional and attentive. I will definitely use their services again and highly recommend them to everyone.

Got a mask, hair wash and haircut by Milena. She checked the length and style I wanted and delivered even better. I love my haircut! Really recommend her for hair services . She managed to keep it looking fuller whilst giving me layers , bounce and not the shaggy tail effect. Also got a classic mani pedi done by Beth and Adel and was very happy with their services too. Their promotions are good value for money and I hope they continue the same.

It was my first time into the salon and I was welcomed and quickly enjoying myself. Melina is friendly, professional and an absolute wizard with color! She is so personable and easy to talk with so the time flew by and I felt so beautiful when I left! Melina, the beautiful hairdresser gave me an amazing haircut. I found this salon on Groupon and wasnt expecting too much as the price was quite low as their deal. I will be returning back for other services. I got so many compliments from friends with it. I am finally happy with my haircut in Dubai after trying 6 hairdressers!!!!Ladies with my mani and pedi worked really fast as well and loads of colours to select from.

Im on my honeymoon and broke a nail. I passed Donna Ricci and asked if they can fit me in for an emergency manicure with gel nails and one acrylic. They understood me right away and were avaliable with a very good price.My nail tech was Ramsiya and she was amazing! Her work is so clean and perfect and efficient. Its the best manicure Ive ever had and I cant stop looking at my nails!! I honestly love them. Ramsiya if you see this then thank you so much again, it was also lovely chatting with you and getting to know all about your family who sound lovely. Not sure when I will next be in dubai but if I ever am in the area or know someone who is I will recommend you xxxx

I will tell you my opinion of the experience very clearly. For more than 10 years, I have been doing my nail acrylic In this salon only my nails broke after a few days!!! However, I went 10 minutes before my appointment to avoid losing the coupon, as the employee told me that if I was late, they would cancel the appointment... and I waited an hour to start the service even though, as I said, I arrived earlier than the time!!I wasted my money and my time, which exceeded 4 hours, to make acrylic only in my hands!!As for the bathroom..it was not completely clean and I dont want to say what I saw except that one of them had her period!!!!!!!!I swear that everything I said, unfortunately, is true

Sawsan the receptionist / supervisor was rude and didnt know how to talk to customers. My nail specialist was in the middle of cleaning my nails when she asked her to stop it as theres another customer waiting to get her eyelash done without even explaining to me the customer what is going on and that they have to replace the nail specialist. When i asked her she just turned her back and left. Ive been visiting this salon for almost 5 yrs and first time i encountered this rudeness specially from a supervisor or receptionist. Previous receptionist and supervisors were friendlier. I still give this salon a good rating since the rest of the staff are nice and have been always accomodating and the nail therapists are professional, my gelish is always perfectly done.

I visited this salon twice so far to get eyelash extensions but definitely am going back again. Adele does an incredible job and it is holding up too good even after 2 weeks! The salon is clean, the booking is easy through WhatsApp and no wasting time in waiting but straight to business. It takes about an hour.The deal with groupon is such a bargain despite of its limited time slot available for groupon bookings.The room for lash extension is bright and you can hear all noises from outside of the room such as other ladies chatting or squawking chairs - creating not so relaxing ambiance. Hope they can improve.

Most painful experience ever! I had an acrylic refill. After 1 week I lost 2 nails.Also had a cut and blow. I asked for the split ends to be cut and to get my hair back healthy. Nothing has changed. I have to go to the hairdresser again.Not worth the money.550 AED

I went for waxing full leg full arms under arms and bikini.i take 3 hours with terrible experience. The hair not remove I was showing them the hair till I get tired .my bikini not finish because she apply oil and she keep trying to remove the wax till my skin was painful!!!!I stop her then I ask to do my eyelashes which I book the day before so she ask me to wait 1 hour !!!!the receptionist was so rood, the manager was busy on the phone whene I ask her for somoene to make my eyebrows she reply with ok ok.Went to the reception and ask for the owner number and she give me the manager number which is there in the salon!!!Very very dissatisfied. Ihave approve for the hair in all my body not remove.

Ive been a client of Donna Ricchi Salon for 2 years now. But just now Im willing to share my feedback. Today I met Lilia who did facial for me and she is amazing. She really cares about customers and salon reputation. For first time I heard about so many special deals and offers from her. I never received any SMS or email with promotions. Lilia even upsold to me lamination for eyelashes right after facial.I wish ladies on reception could do same and learn how to care about customers from Lilia.

My go-to salon for the past 6 years! Not only is it so convenient for me (location wise), the salon employs very talented professionals, offers a wide variety of services and the management makes sure customers are satisfied and interested to come back. I am very impressed with the recent upgrade as well. Highly recommended 👌🏻

Extremely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL receptionist; screamed and shouted just because I asked for clarity on the billing (asked her name which she refused to give, but she did claim to be the manager of the salon). Also, she did mention that she will be the one answering to these reviews so no point there but I hope this review reaches out to the owners of the place. Honestly its unbelievable that this person is not fired already in Dubai or atleast given feedback on her behaviour (considering I see other reviews on her behaviour). One client lost today just because of her bad behaviour.

Hi I got my keratin treatment from this salon almost 10 days earlier and I am writing this review after getting good results because you can’t deicide at once about quality... Ms Seita did my keratin treatment and results are amazing just the way I wanted my hair look so natural bouncy and shiny ... I tried other saloon before but this is my best experience... Seita listened to my demand and treated my hair accordingly and I am so happy with results I can’t say anything about other services but keratin is definitely I will suggest all to get from here. Thanku team

I took a package from cobone deals. Salon was tremendously beautiful all equipments were placed and sterilized nicely. The products they are using is absolutely original. My only problem was the massage which has not been done properly i didnt feel relax at all. The lady was not using her massage skills she was only applying oil on the skin. So this hurted me a lot because i went there all the way from sharjah and didnt find it worthy. So yeah its good for hair care, colour, cut, etc as result was visible on other clients as well. The facial lady over there is a specialist her work is marvellous.

Purchased from them and tried booking but wont accommodate me. When I book, either they are full or my schedule does not suit theirs. I had to cancel my appointment last time but ahead of time and when I booked to avail my service now, they said they will block me and wont entertain me anymore because I cancelled my appointment last time. Fyi, I cancelled it so that means I informed them. I didnt just schedule and not show up. It is of poor customer service to be spoken to like I didnt pay for a package. Whats the use of my purchase now? Money wasted. Horrible experience. Ive been a customer for years there because the salon is in the building where I live. But horrible experiences I had with staff and Ive been patient and tolerant with their wrong bookings, long waits on set appointments, or cancellations. And then this now. I just had to speak now. If you want to improve your business, train your staff to be nice and proper to customers. The reviews are true, staff are mostly rude and not professionals.

Since 2015 I am coming to the salon, its difficult for me due my work schedule sometimes but I always comeback. I miss to see the faces of the old staff but the new is very good and professional. I have been going to this salon once last summer since it’s one block away , since last summer they have the same nail polish colors limited colors never got any new nail polishe color, and I did my eyelashes extensions once I almost lot my eyes from the bad product or unprofessional way of applying the product! Lastly they let me pay for a service that I haven’t done and refuse to refund the money back ! Believe me prices are less but go pay in another salon rather than going to this !

This review is only for the Groupon voucher of this salon. When purchasing the voucher, it says you are going for haircut and blow dry. Even once You call them prior to booking, no-one will tell you about specific terms and conditions of the salon. Right after booking, you will get a message that the haircut voucher is only for straight, V or U style. I felt pretty cheated...

They didnt tell me the truth on the phone. They said for the happy hour, 1 hour full body massage us AED 99 and then gave out 45 minutes. When I asked them, they showed me their brochure and proved 45 mnts was the actual time duration.However when I was booking, I confirmed 1 hour 4-5 times with the lady whose name I didnt note. It shows that they would lie to their customer to make a sale.

I was called by Donna Ricci salon to avail the gelish many pedi service at 7:30 pm and asked to be there at 8pm . I cancelled my other appointments , left my kids with a friend even though it was almost their bedtime and drove 15mins to there . I paid for 2hrs valet parking so I wouldnt be late finding parking. On arriving they said they cannot do the service as I have a Groupon. I clearly informed them that I have a Groupon when I spoke to them first requesting an appointment. . Never have I ever been treated like this in my life in Dubai or while using groupon . The lady at the counter Mely Ann and manager Marian were dismissive of me like I made a mistake when it was infact their mistake calling me there . Very disappointed with this treatment . I will never be going back again . And advise others not to either. The last time I bought a voucher by this salon they cancelled the service offered. Groupon should not entertain such vendors who like like Groupon is cheap when I fact they are getting customers because of groupon. Appreciate if a refund could be processed for this service .

Easy to talk to and you can trust your hair between her crafty hands. Very knowledgeable with hair treatment, color, and styling.At last, Donna Ricci is a sanctuary for relaxation and beauty.

I booked appointment since my good friend recommended this salon. Once I called on the phone the receptionist told me to send her my groupon for relish mani and pedi. I did - she confirmed my app. Once I got there the receptionist was in a rush telling me to go inside without even asking my name, I showed her again my voucher. I did my nails then she decided to charge extra ( my friends were never charged extra and theyve been going there for years as they live in the same building). So I payed. Once I got to work the rude receptionist started telling me my voucher was redeemed ?! and I need to pay again. I told her to check as I never did that. Then she told me - quote God sees everything - honestly I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS PERSON IS NOT FIRED ALREADY IF SHE BEHAVED LIKE THIS IN DUBAI ??? MENTIONING GOD. She also blocked my number from a official page of Donna Ricci. Zero stars, rudeness, cursing words, and insults. Outrageous!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, I been at the saloon before my bday and wanna say that that service is soo nice, people attentive. Location is very comfortable and reachable if you come my own vehicle or metro. Atmoshpere is very warm kinda welcoming you. Maintained well. Highly would like to reccomend Adel from moroccan bath area. Girl you are star. Cherry who is doing pedicure so good in what she is. Hair dresser Inna and manicure master (young pretty lady forgot name) are best. I have experienced many saloons in Dubai and as of now you, guys earn one new loyal customer. Also, ladies at the reception desk are so attentive. I got nice discount as a first time customer and bday person...just wanna add that morocan bath area need more technical maintance, but it should not be an obstacle if you want to book..(being bit picky)....For sure highly reccomended

I read a few reviews about the place before I visited and was a bit 50/50 so here is mine.For those who moaned about parking - it wasnt actually to hard & lets be realistic parking is an issue across most of Dubai so pls lets not be petty, leave a bit earlier &plan ahead.The staff were all friendly, standard of work was also a gold star, the place it self is pretty good considering some I have experienced.The only reason for 4 stars is well the customer service tone via calls was abit unfriendly and sadly energy does reflect through ones tone...Otherwise, glad I got the groupon and will return again, even if not with a voucher as over all I am happy with the service and results of nails, hair and lashes!Thanks Donna and team.

First of all Im a customer who visited the saloon almost a month ago to do a full set of eyelashes. From a week ago i called the saloon for appointment for a refill,,the receptionist she checked and she welcomed me to the saloon. However she confirmed the appointment and called me today morning for confirming again the appointment which was today. I drived all along From my home to get the promised service which took me around 50 minutes to reach and i have waisted my weekend for nothing. After reaching there i was told we are sorry you need to make a full set as you should do a refill every two weeks. Which we have never been told me or neither my friend who did the full set with me about that when i called them. And u know refill will cost me only 150 but they were asking me to pay 300 for full set. I asked to speak to the owner she called her and she said its not the owner its the sister of the owner madam swsan i spoke to her i told her about all the issue and again i gave back the phone to the staff manager.The staff manager started to lie several lies in her call. first one of them that i didnt make the lashes in the beginning in their saloon, second lie was i dont have original lashes to put on it which was totally a lies i have the Groupon coupon to prove that. However my friend which she were with me and also suffered from the same. My friend spoke with the sister of the owner and she told her as a owner of the saloon check what is convenient and do it as the staff not proffisional at all and plus please try to compensate us as we waisted our weekend just to drive and to go back home. Finally the staff replied to us that the owner said that we need to do full new set which i can see its not fair and its not a customer pleasing reply to our complaint so basically there is nothing done to compensate us. Finally i will never visit this saloon again and i will recommend my friends to not visit it again for lack of honesty and for unprofessional staff.

I come for haircuts with Malena. She is detail-oriented, listens to what you want, and gives accurate, stunning results every time, while offering good expert suggestions. She is also very personable which always make me look forward to going back to see her. :)

I booked myself an appointment for the 10th of April. It was a Sunday. They failed to mention to me that the salon does not open on a Sunday. I only found out when I arrived. I tried contacting them and they have ignored me. I left the following morning for a wedding so had no time to book an alternative. Appalling service

HORRIBLE customer service. They always mess up my appointment and act like they dont know what happened each and every time when I show up. The management / owner will LITERALLY be sitting right there when I am arguing with the receptionist and doesnt say word. At times they appear to be friendly but are actually rude and condescending. I stopped going for 6 months then they kept calling me to see if I wanted to book an appointment..clearly desperate for business. The salon is literally falling apart..all the chairs are broken and sinks.. stained. One nail technician in particular always comments on my weight when I go there, so rude. No lie, the worst salon in ll of Dubai!!!!

I really was shocked about what happen to me and really am so annoyed of my experience today at the sallon.I used to visit the sallon more than 5 years back. The first time I visited the sallon 5years ago for eyelashes extensions service i signed an paper that i have no kind of all the materials that they are using. I tried it once and i never stop to go their as from my point of view the products they are using is so good for the eye and skin. However today I visited as usually for the refill and my eyes stars burning me like i have chili inside and begin to cry. After i finish i was so surprised by the technician advising me that this may happen because they have change the glue to another brand. So here i asked for the manager of the place who was really drive me crazy with her bad attitude as if my red eyes only matters money. I told her that it is my right to know if they have change the glue to another brand, so I myself will take the decision either to tale it or not and what she say it is good one but cant see that my eyes turns bloody red and tears is not stopping. At the end she even refuse to give me the owner number to make a complain.

I have been a loyal client of this salon since 2012. My sister and I raised a complaint about a current House Rule implemented by management, not allowing staff to speak to clients in their local language. Not aware if these people know that this is discriminatory. Their supervisor even told off my sister from speaking to the technicians doing her nails. They would even implement a penalty on the staff if they spoke in the local language.

TERRIBLE service and customer care! I had a gelish manicure and after 4 days the nail polish that they applied to my nails got broken! I called to the salon and told them what happened, so they have to redo it, for what they reply to me that I need to pay again for their unprofessional service, they can’t redo it for free and they said it’s totally normal that gelish lasted only 4 days! This place is pure and utterly sickening to the gut. Very very very disgusting, unprofessional management worse place I’ve ever dealt with throughout my 23 years in the UAE. The receptionist and the manager “Mariam” they are all very manipulating in everything they say! Not cooperative or helpful and bias in treatment with clients. I would not recommend this place ever to anyone! They make their own rules based on their own mind and free time. They legally say that they open on Friday on google but they claim that they open without the owner being aware on Friday’s and they ask clients to come on Friday for special extra treatment. The manager also indirectly asked for a bribery to let me do a service in the afternoon instead of morning time and she won’t inform the owner in that case. This place should be shut down. I’ve been trying to reach the owner to speak to “him” or her god knows cause they keep giving me fraud names every time I ask the receptionist just to let them know this is completely unacceptable and the reputation of such a place is destroyed. Worst place I’ve ever had to deal with seriously!!!

Good high end but quality is not same as before. The Moroccan bath room is old n dingy with bearly any steam. Still love there gelish mani pedi but staff gave a very bad cut which hurted for days

So far Ive had a good experience. The ladies are helpful and Ive tried nails and hammam . The salon is pleasant and its been a good value for money ,check out the offers . Easily accessible location . Overall I recommend it .

I was very disappointed to go to a saloon and not be attended!The personal on the reception ware way more bussy with theyre mobile phones and didnt even bothered to be helpful!Its a shame for the business ,specially this days to treat clients like this !I will not use this beauty lounge in the future and I will not recommend it to anyone !Your management should take measurements and make theyre employee more attending and helpful, your attitude is not good forcompanys business!

I have only got mani pedi and facial at this saloon. Facial nothing special , mani pedi good results. Receptionist was rude with me when they made mistake with my appointment and didnt offer me any solution than waiting sitting there for 2 hours.

I made a facial at donna ricci it turned out amazing my face turned out very cleansed and clear and the girl that made my facial sawsan was just wonderful she seemed really professional and friendly.

Melina is amazing in hair cutting and hair care.. she knows what each type of hair needs and what suits the face type .. she is also very straight forward if the cut doesn’t suit me she tells me her opinion .. i totally recommend Donna Ricci for all the hairdresser services.. the girls did my pedi and meni were very clean and precise and took their time ..the place is very clean and they also have happy hour offer on their website.

Have visited the saloon randomly last week for a quick blow dry...my hair was done by the lovely Melina who is amazing at what she does I loved the blow dry n styling my hair actually lasted for 3 days looking fresh like I have just done it...i truly recommend who ever what’s a great blow dry that would last for days go to this place and ask for melina.

5 stars experience and professionalism level to the maximum, I come for Melina (the best hair colorist of Dubai ) no one else touches my hair except her ! ❤️❤️❤️

Worst experience ever, staff is horrible in terms of giving parking directions, took an hour to find parking. Service wise: the staff doesn’t use gloves doing wax in delicate areas. Even after asking to use gloves they refuse. Not polite and unprofessional. Never again!

Horrible service. They treat groupon customer like they are going to get the service for free. I was never able to book my preferred time as they claim they are fully booked. Now i cant use my voucher again, such waste of money. I dont recommend it to anyone.

In general, the salon is really nice and elegant but specifically sawsan who was really good in facial and supervising the salon. I’m definitely gonna do a facial with sawsan again.

Happy ..all the staff from reception to the theraphisd are professional and friendly ..salon are very clean, everything organize very relaxing..and I like the concept of color the salon..I will recommend for sure and will comeback again..

I have noticed an argument at the salon handled very unprofessionally. I dont know how this salon has been opened for so long with such low quality provided and the increasing prices.

I am visiting Dubai, and wanted my Eyebrows treaded. The hotel got me and appointment, 5 mins later I was ther, getting them done....EXECELLENT JOB!.☺️☺️❤❤

It’s was very bad experience, it was the most horrible gel manicure in my life compared to my country, I have never seen a more careless attitude toward clients, they did not try to do well, they did it quickly to finish faster, the staff were not funny, were gloomy and did not smile, the pedicure was also horrible, my feet were hard as they were, they do not like their work and did not try nicely , they did not offer tea or coffee while I waited, I will never come back to this salon and the quality of manicure was horrible, I asked to change nail but they responded that they don’t have time .

I came to the saloon to know that my booking was cancelled without informing me, apparently they took other person on my time. Noone even appologized for that, very disappointing

Was sat with a masque on my head for 4, mins, someone finally washed it and now Im sat here with a towel on my head, its been 15 minutes already lets see how much longer before someone comes to start the cut, or maybe just acknowledges Im sat here ?

My face technician was nice although this doesn’t change the fact that the receptionist that morning (who I guess is Lebanese) was very rude and unprofessional she treated my friend and I very badly and was extremely unpleasant I do not recommend this place as that person made me feel very unwelcome

Very poor experience with receptionist staff and the manager, no respect for customers, they do not redeem Groupon vouchers after 01:00pm. The receptionist was raising her voice with no respect

The price is always difference. Over the phone they given one price then once you are in the salon they will charge you even for l breath.
