PATHETIC EXPERIENCE!!!I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone going to this salon! I went for NANOPLASTIA hair treatment on 18th Oct. 2024. They have got the worst hairdresser (Saher) who doesn’t even know how to access the client’s hairs and give appropriate treatment. They wasted my time, money and completely ruined my hairs for their so-called NANOPLASTIA treatment! They were so rude, their products were so bad quality and I have A LOT of hairfall during the treatment process. I have no idea what kind of staff they have, its only 1 irani lady with her 2 dauhters and an old age Filipino and other one who done my nenoplastia treatment who all knows nothing about hair! POOR quality of services with UNPROFESSIONAL staff dealing, when I was not happy with the results, they applied color right after the nanoplastia treatment and wasted all my effort for this treatment. I spent 6+ hours there for literally NOTHING!! I did my hair color just 2 months ago and it turned full yellow after their treatment products used on my hair. In the end after ruining my hair they forced me to pay the full amount and behaved so badly, all 4-5 ladies stood on my head to claim the money! Now, when I am sending them messages after the services, they are not replying anything!!! PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF AND DO NOT COME HERE EVERRRRRRRRRRR!!!

First time visited Dorsa saloon and it was great! My stylists Sharon and Sary provided amazing service, and put in loads of time with my hair. I loved the result of nanoplastia. This place is good and worth the visit to feel wonderful after getting services from their kind and hardworking staff.

The best salon ever!! It’s everything you could ever want in a salon wide range of services. Staffs are very accommodating and friendly ( Joy, Mariam, Mary Joy) I was extremely pleased with my result and highly recommended this saloon 😍😍😍

I recently had a nanoplastic hair treatment, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Before the treatment, my hair was extremely frizzy, but now it feels soft, smooth, and looks incredibly natural. This was my first visit to this salon & I decided to try them out after seeing their Instagram reels, and I’m so glad I did! The outcome exceeded my expectations, and the staff were friendly and caring throughout. A special thank you to Sharon and Sara for their amazing work; they truly transformed my hair. I went to Dorsa beauty not long ago for mani and pedi promotion and they were super friendly and professional. Today, I came back for hair colour and they offered me a nice promotion for haircut and hair treatment that I couldnt resist. I highly recomend the salon because of product, delivery of the service with the utmost professionalism.

I got a haircut and dyed my hair here, the service was great and the staff are very warm and kind! I absolutely loved the results, it came out really well.

Initially I came for extensions, for paper forms and hard gel, all salons always did it for me and everything was fine, the specialist insisted on thrips on glue, I knew that the idea was bad, because this is an old technique and does not work well with my nails, and she assured me that everything would be fine, she said it would last 3-4 weeks, the nails flew off after 9 days, then on others they started peeling off, I called and said give me a discount because the nails lasted only 8 days, they flew off the nail! did not break, and peeling began, despite the fact that I do not clean or cook, there is no physical activity, the reception lady answered: what a discount, in other salons 450 dirhams, but the nails flew off not through my fault, and from the very beginning when I came in I said what I needed, she convinced me otherwise, I always came, but I will not come back

My daughter did her eyebrow threading and nail extension in preparation for her Prom. She had the best experience, Ate Sarah who assisted her is topnotch! Staff are very welcoming and attentive to our request. Salon is clean and nice ambiance. We will definitely come back to try their other services.
