Very good service. I went there for a hair cut and blow dry, since I had very long hair and I was hesitant to cut it short, the parlor lady suggested me on what to go for and I was very happy with the final results. My hair looks much healthier and the cut is just perfect. Highly recommend.

Came here for an eyebrow clean up, ended up with half an eyebrow missing. I do not recommend at all. The owner tried to give me “solutions” but the bad deed is done, they ruined my face.

Its clean and well maintained. Friendly staff with good knowledge and takes good care while attending the customer. I was there for hair colour and eyebrows. Had to wait for a while as they were busy with other customers.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. Staff were nice ,however not thorough.I did manicure and gelish pedicure; mani was rushed through ( I was not even given choices of colors , I just decided on any as i felt uncomfortable) and gelish pedi was a disaster( however I must thank one of the ladies for a lovely nail cleaning/feet scrub service). I left with wet, sticky gelish (!) and nail polish stained around my fingers and toes. One of the ladies acts in charge, which I did not appreciate as the other one is much more professional and humble and provides much better service.The place is also not as clean as the beauty salon should be ( stains on the walls, random hair on the floor, equipment looks worn off in general). I paid same amount as in any reputable place and I was not happy about the results. Pity.

I went there to remove my manicure n cut my nails n clean for my hand only. The lady who is cutting my nails cut my skin and i was bleeding first time i said no problem. She continued and she cut me again in another nail and it was bleeding . she was shaking and barely can control the tool she is using. 🤮The tools were not packed when she first started using them , no gloves no social distance . I was offended that she couldn’t do my nails properly. Again she asked her colleague to do for me. The other lady was filing my nails so hard so harsh 😡i screamed from pain I told her no need to file my nails but please just cut them. She cut my skin around the nail and bleeding for the third time. 🤯 🩸. Those people have no certificate or training in this field and dangerous on our health. When they called the owner she was so rude and careless I dropped a case against them

DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!! I went for haircut and totally ruined my hair by cutting it uneven and short not how i wanted it she did the haircut in barely 5 minutes THE MAIN LADY DID IT (Deepika i guess) EVEN THO SHE DOESNT EVEN KNOW HOW TO CUT THE HAIR (charged 80 dhs for nothing) and made us wait for 15 mins after hairwash and wasnt even paying attention to the customers..TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.. NEVER COMING BACK EVER!!

Very friendly and professional staff, providing an excellent service. Got better discounts and completely satisfied with the overall outcome.

Excellent salon ....been using their services since 3 years .....fantastic products .Staff are very professional and friendly.

Unfortunately very bad experiencethe staff were very nicei did a hair streightening treatment and after 6 hours of work the result was shocking ;dry not smooth and not straight hairand the charge was very high of 650👎👎👎👎👎

Awesome and humble staff. Very nice services and reasonable rates. I highly recommend.

The workers from Nepal are friendly and their work is nice. The advantage of this salon is that it is close to the Forum Hotel and you can reach it on foot.
