The staff was all professional , very friendly and very accomodating. The ambiance was so good. Super thanks and i highly recommend to Ms. PRIMA who never give up to try her best. I feel so amazed after ehat she did to my hair. Its so fabulous. And to Ms. ROSE for having a package deal for footspa,manicure pedicure,threading and Ms. RAQUEL to convince me to try their salon service. Thank you so much DUCHESS TEAM for the wonderful service.

Very unpleasant experience. There was a girl Nepali they said shes the one will do the hair but her expression is zero. We were asking about a color recommendation since shes the professional but she has zero respect to the customers. Totally not acceptable. We were two person there. We went to another saloon near by had very good welcome and job well done. Kindly teach your employees to show some respect to the customers at least a smile

This is my second pass to the saloon and it s as amazing as the first one stuff are very professional they have interesting packagesMiss Raquel is loves her services she is very good 😊

Service was really great. Especially Ms. Anne who did my hair, even when I couldnt decide on what color, she suggested a nice one that suits my fair skin.
