I very rarely leave reviews, however, this is one business that is most deserving of one!I saw Dr. Saleem and his team for some aesthetic work this morning and this was by far the best experience I have had at a dermatologist despite how much work was needed to be done.Dr saleem is very personable and professional. He explains everything clearly, and gives you options, as well as educated explanations of each. He is also very compassionate. You can tell he really cares for his patients and how they are feeling during the entire procedure.Right from the moment I walked into the clinic, everyone that I interacted with was amazing.I will definitely be coming back, and referring everyone I know to this place!

Have had a great experience in this salon from , facials and Laser. The prices are great for all treatments.All staff are very professional and the place is very clean. Afreen who does the Laser treatment is very caring as I was very nervous due to the pain and she made me feel at ease and it was not painful like I thought it would be. Cant wait for the salon to re-open so I can go back for all my treatments

Zahra is absolutely brilliant and amazing!!!I go in for laser hair removal, and I notice everyone has the best skin. I notice how bad mine has become. I decide to do something about it.They educated me and informed me of my options.With their knowledge and Natalies amazing skin care line I am beginning to repair the years of damage.Zahra has changed my life!! She has improved my skin, and has such a positive calming energy about her that you leave feeling renewed and beautiful!I would love to Thank them and would recommendZabardast to everyone!

If you are considering having any aesthetics treatments but are feeling concerned or worried then I can highly recommend elive. Last year I had a bad reaction with my first treatment which left me feeling totally stressed and wanting to get to the bottom of why I reacted as its so uncommon. After several consultations with other practitioners I found Dr saleem. Instantly his professionalism, knowledge and dedication filled me with confidence. Amie researched my original reaction and after her in depth analysis we proceeded with some tests to my arm. Dr saleem was sure my first reaction was topical and drsaleem uses a first class product and was sure I would be fine. I was fine and proceeded with a treatment which was highly successful. I completed the rest of my treatment yesterday. I was determined not to give up as why should we grow old gracefully??? Any worries or doubts Amie will help you. Top quality products are used by saleem who is clearly highly trained and extremely knowledgeable.Aesthetic treatments are readily available nowadays. However you really do need to choose wisely, I speak from first hand experience. I can not recommend saleem enough. Totally incredible how he has dealt with me. I was an absolute bundle of nerves. I did my hydra facial from Afreen .she did amazing before hydra facial my skin was very dry and dehydrated after this service it gives amazing result on my skin is glowing,hydrated very plump and less wrinkle and clear skin I am very happy to take hydra facial from E live saloon and beauty clinic .

Extremely bad service.. from the receptionist to the beauticians..They doesn’t know what is professionalism means..Receptionist was very rude and loud..For eyebrows, she had informed and given me bill of 20dirhams and charged me 31dirhams which i had paid through card.. after my threading i noticed that they charged me extra and i started enquire about it.. no staffs came for resolving the issue, instead they said receptionist left, u come tomorrow for the refund.. I visited there next day; the moment i entered receptionist just gave me 10dirhams not even asking why was i am there.. and she looked at me and said “yeaah i know,, i charged u more..!!” It sounds like purposefully she did!!Oowh!! Look at that attitude!! They made a mistake; not even apologize for that !!Please don’t ever go to that saloon!! Such a worst saloon with no professional staffs.. Saloon looks very untidy and not managing properly !!Literally negative stars for your saloon, service, attitude!!!

Worst salon I have ever been to, staff were extremely unprofessional and particularly rude, especially the receptionist, who could be heard telling both staff and customers to shut up! The staff were rough and caused my skin to bleed twice! They were heard laughing at and talking rudly about customers whilst providing the service. The salon is dirty and unhygienic. From the moment I arrived I wanted to leave and wish I had! The quality of the service was terrible, theyre obviously unqualified and have little to no beauty experience, they are unable to provide basic services like a manicure and I noticed that the other customers where clearly unsatisfied and unhappy. I am surprised this place is in Dubai. Avoid this salon at all costs, there are so many other good/great salons in Dubai where you wont experience this treatment.

Awful people!! The staff are liars especially the Elive clinic staff!! They refused to give my refund!! Officially filed a complaints to them!! Warning all the people!

Very very bad experience...staff are really really rude,not respecting humans. Even owner is same. She hire people and not giving payment as per her words,cheater,fraud.fake promises... she take works from whom she hire for temporary basis more the 20 hours per day and not giving payment as per commitment. And even so many reviews are like me...so I am thinking that her business is not saloon her business is how to cheat ppl. So be aware of these type of saloon.

Disgusting, awful & disrespectful! The receptionist CLOSES the PHONE on CLIENTS while she’s still talking, unbelievable. I desperately recommend to rethink the choice of receptionist as she cannot manage any issues. This reflects on how the salon is so unprofessional.

Since i am in UAE i visited this saloon every 2nd month for All services..Asma is so Good in Henna..Richel is so Good in Mani PediRukhsar And Nadia are so expert ,henriette(Ariana) is so Good in Waxing..Just tell them how do you want it.. which way you like most.. They will Fulfil 🌸🌸🌸

I bought a voucher from Groupon that was saying: foot scrub with a Gelish mani-pedi with one colour.First of all, it was impossible to schedule an appointment no one was answering phone call or whatsapp or Instagram... I had to show up without an appointment. By chance I didnt have to wait.Then, the lady told me that i have to chose between having gelish on my hands OR on my feet... which doesnt make sense when you look at the title of the voucher.Then, they had very few choice of colors.To finish, I asked the lady to file my nails a little bit shorter. She made the 1st one ok, and the following ones were extremely short .. It was ridiculous, and she never took the initiative to compare the nails with one another... they had obvious different length. Nothing was offered to me to compensate the mistake.I will never come back...

E-live salon was a bad experience. It was a introduction through a booklet promo card. When ever I tried using the promotion they said it cannot be avail without appointment, when I called for appointment they said they are full. I just experienced waxing with them n it was horrible skin pilled off in several places. I don’t find the staff professional n neither their service.

There has been an improvement.The saloon has reasonable price services.I am really impressed by hard work and good attitude of the staff Kashmala,Kainat and Anita.Thank you all.

Dont waste your money here, I had my lip filers and all was gone for just after 24hours haha take it from me they are using products which are cheap and ineffective

The lady hows sitting in cashier she’s always changing the rate of the service and the way she talk so badly and rude every time we go to the salon she’s changing the rate of the service

People getting hired by the salon please make contracts in advance. Very bad experience with them. Commitment and reality is way apart from what they say and do. Staff is ultimately loud and rude that a normal human being cannot stand them. Unhygienic and dirty like hell.

Elive salon is a very good place and the service are very good and attended are very good specially Miss Hikmat she is the full experience for morrocan bath and pedicure & she is very friendly👍
