I love coming here. The staff are so nice & professional. I get full colour with Irene/ Josephine / Rosemarie, and nails with Florence. We always have a nice chat and they are all amazing. I’m impressed every time and I can’t recommend this place enough.Prices are affordable and the salon is always clean with chilled and nice vibes. Whenever I have made a booking, the staff have always been so accommodating.I really love coming here!

East Elegance is definitely a hidden gem in Barsha 1! I had my nails done and a spa pedicure, and I was amazed by their services! Its the most hygienic salon Ive visited in Barsha 1 so far. The place is also very cozy. Kudos to Ate Babilyn for the five-star service she provided me. I will definitely come back and look for her. 👌🏻

I did gylish pedi and manithe worse experience ever they dont have any idea about this service , i told the technician why my nails bulky not straight each nail different direction, the nail itself going out , the color everywhere even on my skin she said cause already your nails like this i told her 4 years im doing this every month this 1st i hear that 😅and i went to the receptionist and i told her do you accept this on you cause it was really (DISASTER) then she went to the technician after that she come back and told me how much i need to pay 🙂 this is how their customer service when you complain they ask you to pay , i pay the full amount then i went to another saloon and i did againi don’t recommend this saloon to anyone really bad

I have been a regular for years with east elegance for roots coloring, facials and eyebrow threading with Zahida.EEs service has always been on point. The staff is friendly and helpful.They are very reasonably priced and flexible when it comes to the unfortunate last minute appointments.

I have been going to this salon since more than 5 years. I get my hair Botox treatment , toning and hair cut from Sonia and zahida. Both of them are so sweet❤️Highly recommended , all staff there are so sweet 🥰

Very good services and all of the staff members are really kind and hospitable. They recommend treatments as per your hair/skin type. The hair repair treatment includes a head and shoulder massage and the manicure + pedicure services are top tier. Sonya has taken care of my services in my visits so far and is amazing at what she does (manicure, pedicure, hair treatment & massages) and gave me a brilliant blowout as well.

Yesterday I went there and do pedi and gelish. But in the middle of my service , the receptionist tell the staff something with their own language and after that she tell me to change the chair I sit because they want to give other customer . I need to know why because we are also customer . Why I need to give my place to other customer and also from beginning the receptionist didn’t inform me that she wanted to change the place . I feel so disappointed and angry and it’s unfair to me . No I rated 1 star and that is so unprofessional

My ever trusted Salon. All the girls do very good service and all their services are so satisfying. This time my service was with Rose Mary and she is excellent as always. They have moved from Karama which is a big loss for customers like me.

I highly recommend this parlour, had a superb experience. Had come for henna application ,Sowmya.B did it so well. Padma for pedicure was great. They were so polite, kind,neat ambience and they do the way we want. My daughter also did protein treatment, Josephine did a fantastic job for her . We are going to be their regular clients.

Went here cause I badly need a hair makeover. The stylist did exactly as how I want it to be. I was over the moon with results! So amazing! I don’t trust a lot of salons with my hair and I only had one stylist ever since but he went home to his home country so I had to find another one. Been through other salons but they didn’t even have satisfactory results. I went here expecting another disappointment but I was surprised it went beyond my expectations! I just hope they had eyelash lifting too so it will just be a one stop salon for the ladies. Will definitely go back here!

I have been a regular at East Elegance Al Barsha2 since almost 4+years and I must say every time they take care of me so nicely. Right from Rose at the reception who is always so polite and helpful. I just had my hair treatment recently with Zaahida and I love it! She is a pro when it comes to handling your hair. For my nails, its always Sonia S as she always knows what I want even before I tell her and does it excellently. Thank You ladies and keep up the good work.

I have been using East Elegance services for the last 6 years because of Nageena. She is a real gem who is living upto her name. She understands my skin and each time I am amazed at her attention to detail and her need to achieve perfection in everything she does. I have taken facials, face wax, meni and pedi countless times from her now and there hasnt been a single instance where I have had any complaints. She is the best and the reason why I will continue going to East Elegance :)

I went to that salon earlier today. I went in to get waxing, hair treatment, and a mani pedi, and it was an absolute mess. The nail technician nearly ruined my feet because she was dozing off at the helm. On top of that, she didnt use the nail color I requested. The supposed hair treatment? Completely disappointing! It felt like they just gave my hair a quick rinse and used some basic conditioner - no effort at all! And can you believe they didnt even blow dry my hair! All in all, a horrible experience. I cannot recommend this salon to anyone!

I did my Brazilian Blowout for my hair. It turned out to be amazing. I have done treatments for my hair like keratin/ Botox/ rebonding from other salons before but Brazilian blowout turns out to be the best and I definitely recommend this salon for the same. A trusted salon I’m coming to for the past 6+ yrs for all my hair care services. Clarence is my go to stylist & I get lots of compliments on my hair thanks to her. Rose is always helpful in accommodating me even when it’s a busy day. She’s always caring & polite. The staff is extremely polite & helpful.

I got a hot oil massage done by Kiran (in Tecom) she is excellent. True to her job that she does, very accommodating and polite with amazing customer service that a client would want. I would highly recommend her who is looking to get this treatment done.

Read good reviews and called to book appointment...was told that system is down n will be contacted... waited for 2 hours and called again... same answer...no effort to enquire about what customer wants...no effort to welcome customer... its as if they do not want business n their girls are blatantly lying over phone... very bad..... the reviews and the real behaviour of team members taking call do not match at all.Stay away n think twice before approaching this salon.Management please provide basic communication skill training to your staff. It is much needed. Everyone needs to encourage new customers n good business.Thank you

Don’t recommend!!Girls, you know how we can be desperate for something sometimes and we just need something to be done so we look for alternatives?… don’t go there!!1- I simply wanted gel removal and cleaning.. and that’s what they did, however, they have the worst products.. the nail file she used was so bad that after I went home my nails started to break! And the way she did them as if she wanted to get done ASAP.. no proper cuticles removal or nail filing AT ALL. And the worst part is that I was very specific about my nail length and told her that I don’t want them short, and yet she shortened them into a nightmare, when I told her why she did so, she laughed and said “it’s ok they will get taller in two weeks” with a ridiculous and insulting laugh.2- AGAIN, a very simple upper lip hair removal, what could go wrong, right? The lady who did it for me barley started and she was done in less than a minute 😅 I was so shocked that I just laughed and told her to do her job properly and clean the area better. (i had to walk her through what and where she needs to clean).Will never recommend 👌🏻

Went with another person here to get some Gel nails, would recommend checking if they have colours available before heading in as some where on display but run out.For us personally, the nails werent done well, as for one person the polish peeled after 24h even after getting them touched up the peeled within the week. As for myself, because they got nail polish on the skin itself and cured it after a week my nail polish has started to lift.Though the service seems to be a more affordable and they do include touch ups, for us sadly it did not last.

Theyre charging premium.. 125 for normal wax for hand nd half legs but not cleaning hands after finishing so u will b left sticky and will not apply cream so u will be with red and irritated skinFor simple hair cut without wash and blast dry charged 125.I was missing alishbaTop of that they didnt had today changing clothes, super exhausted staff and ac not working.Waited for 25 minutes with appointment.Too bad day.If you r giving low service dont charge premium.

Worst Facial Aed500. Burnt my under eye. Red patches on forehead and cheeks. These pictures are taken a day after. I kept complaining that it’s burning too much but they didn’t t listen and said it’s supposed to burn. The skin is ruined.

Used to visit this salon as a 2nd alternative! The service and ladies are actually below par, but i was really taken aback, when i went there for a service and later they told me they have increased prices and now I need to pay a higher price for same service. They dint inform before hand and I thought they have not upgraded anything other then a few tweaks to the salon and charging us for a below par service and their salon decor upgrade!! Duh

Charged 10 dirhams above the amount sent over whatsapp.. I took my mom to do her hair and felt like she just wanted to get done with her although they charged 170 for very very very minor trim.
