I have been in this salon for gel pedicure. Everything was fine till the time master started apply gel on my nails. I noticed all my nails she cut different length! File nails wrong! So both of my legs nails looked so different! When I said her the problem she didn’t want to change. Because she can’t. I paid for this very bad pedicure but never come again!

I am a hygiene freak. This place is really clean. The staff is friendly and you always get a warm welcome when you enter. They use high quality products and customer satisfaction is their no. 1 priority.

What an amazing work! Aya was excellent! She was very delicate and very passionate with my nail work. She did my nail job wonderfully. Its my 1st time here at East Elegance salon, and overall, my experience was unforgettable. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Definitely my new destination for beauty works! 😍

I sincerely recommend this salon (282 Green avenue, Tecom 2). I’m blond and Nusrat with her professional knowledge and amazing skills is always taking good care of me. Salon is new, everything is super clean and all the staff is kind and friendly.

I have been visiting East Elegence for the last 7+ years and this salon (Green Avenue, Tecom 2 branch) is one of the best!!All the staff (Nusrat, Sajeela, Maricel, Fergie) are really amazing and friendly ladies, but my personal favourite is Nusrat.She is the best and I always request for all the services to be done by her.Not only she does an amazing job, but she also suggests new ideas which help in a better makeover and more than that, she makes her clients feel like home .. the most comfortable!Would 100% recommend. Very good service. I had gone for regular manicure. They did an excellent job. Sheila has been the best nail tech I have been to so far. I even went a little late for my appointment but all the staff were so sweet and friendly and even in a time crunch my nails turned out great.

I have been visiting Tecom-1 branch for a very long time. Anum is one of the best professional I have met after long time. Her work is too good you can be confident you are in good hands and nothing would go wrong .

Went in the morning around 11am, place was empty except one beautician Genevieve ( Jenny). She handled all my service requirements- hair wash cut n blow dry, eyebrows, underarms and facial . Jenny was the sweetest person.

Babilyn has been my nail tech go-to for 1 year now and she never fails! I have been loving my nails more and more because of her. she cleans them thoroughly and paints them with love and care.

So happy to discover the saloon few years back . Now I’m regular client and Iove all ladies especially Sageela and Nusrut 🥰Healing my stress by massage and making my hair glow

All the staff members are very polite , I highly recommend Maricell for hair jobs. She is always been great.

This parlour is amazing in terms of all the services. All the girls are lovely and friendly and they do their job amazingly. Special shout out to Marcel for an amazing hair cut that she gave me and Babilyn for the amazing mani and pedi. This is your place in tecom if you are looking for a good parlour.

Got an arms and legs wax and loved the service, staff is friendly and nice. I also got a manicure however the nail polish wore off really quickly just about three days in. Otherwise the staff is friendly and nice as well as good service.

East Elegance is next door to Greens and walking distance. I have been a frequent visitor to the parlour from the past 2-3 years. I like going to East Elegance cause they have a customized package for me and I can get most of the services done within this package at a reasonable price.Fervie is an all rounder and I am always very happy to get my services done from her.

East Elegance has always been my go-to for eyebrow threading and I just had hydrafacial with them too. Niru is amazing, I highly recommend her for both these services.

Ive known of and used the services of East elegance sporadicalky for over 20 years. That being said, I have just very recently frequented the branch at tecom. East elegance is your neighbourhood salon for your weekly pick me ups . From the Hot oils massages to thier manicures, you can rest knowing that you will be taken care of . I suppose the one thing that draws me back to frequent this salon ,are its people and how they make me feel - cared for and heard ...... sofar.:) Linda , Kiran. Nusrat ,Maricel and several other girls (the names I cant remember) have all done a good job . I would recommend the massages , the pedicures and the hair related services I have yet to try the other services . Hope they remain consistent.

I trust this salon, i sent my mother to make her hair color & hair cut with the best hair stylist Hadia, and the result was excellent as usual and my mother extremely happy with the result, she is very professional and knows exactly what you need as a customer, Highly Recommended.

Kiran is the best assistant of Tecom branch.Her hands were so perfect for massage pressure.Will definately go with her only when it comes to any hair service.Rest staff is also very helping.

Really disappointed with their packages .. yesterday I had an appointment there for a basic package at 4pm.. the lady who was appointed for my facial is very awful she just tried to finish the work with a hurry. Even she didn’t allow to keep the face pack on my face at least 10 mins and she didn’t properly do my facial at all. Manicure was terrible too. She didn’t even wear gloves 🤮. Pls guys don’t waste your time and money for this kind of horrible place .🫤

Ive always received excellent service at the East Elegance Beauty Salon at Tecom on all my visits. Ms.Fervie is amazing at what she does and delivers service with a smile. May it be eyebrow threading or pedicures, she ensures perfection in any service that she provides and has a natural eye for detail.

This is an excellent saloon. The girls are highly professional and very friendly and the premises are slick and span. I’ve been coming here for the last 4 or 5 years and I can honestly say this saloon is the best. Scores high on all counts. The therapist Nusrat is outstanding. And Furvie is also very good. In fact everyone here is good, but these two, especially Nusrat, stand out for me.

I had an amazing experience at East elegance salon and the service was done by the Philippine lady called Fervie who gave me such a good hospitality. She exactly did the wavy hair according to how I want it. I shall always look forward to get back for more services.

I went today for the second time to this salon, and I was disappointed! I clearly mentioned i need to clean my eyebrows and keep the same shape and thickness. But because the lady was very racist, sarcastic and not focused on her work, she started mocking my curly hair rather than focusing on the thing she is doing. She didnt use the baby powder or rose water as she should and finally the results were disastrous, i have very thin eyebrows now and each of them is different shape. Never going back again!

Maricel is an amazing hair stylist and color specialist. Absolutely love her dedication and commitment to her work. She does brilliant job in assessing the need of the client and translating it into her product.

I came to get nail extensions last week and i got poly gel nails at tecom.Not even a week in 4 days my nails started to come out. It is very disappointing as I mentioned I was going on a holiday and this is wat happens. Your poly gel nails are most expensive ones and they aren’t strong enough. I feel sad for putting my money there. My holiday is getting ruined as I had few parties to attend and I have no time to go and redo my nails. Disappointing

I absolutely love my experience at this salon. Right from booking an appointment through WhatsApp to the service at the salon ,everything is professional and the staff are courteous. I always end up leaving the salon very pampered and refreshed!

Awful place! Dont waste your time. Tried to have a gel manicure. The master left me with gel removal for 25 mins to go to serve another customers!!! so i had to remove polish myself, as it was burning a lot. The master removed several layers of the nail with metallic instrument, which destroyed the nails. While removing cuticle, she was nor careful and was pilling the skin, cut me also. I stopped the master in the middle of everything as my nails were destroyed and in an awful condition. Dont recommend this place to anyone!

Please do not go for bikini waxing first of the more hair is left out and not sure what kind of wax they are using ur skin turn full reddish and swollen

The quality of service has dropped compared to the last place in tecom. The salon was very dirty lot of hair on the floor and the glass in front of the mirror was full of dust the salon needs regular cleaning and look presentable

I think they are opening a new branch and they sent some of ther crew there, so they now lack of crew members and you have to wait for really long.
