The salon is relaxing, and the technician Ashmi was professional and friendly. She did my gel French nail polish perfectly. I will definitely come back for the French manicure again!

When I want to relax and do my nails .. the Decor and the atmosphere and hospitality is very good. I usually do classic manicure and pedicure.

Ponam she is very roude and disrespectful she canceled my appointment because I was late for five minutes and she was shouting and saying that I don’t care and I am disrespectful and rude and whoever likes it can come to me, and whoever not can go to another lady she is the worst staff in the salon

They always have issues with appointments and receptionists always seem not caring regarding managing the right appointment for you even though the salon is not that crowded every time I visit. They promise to call you back to find an appointment for you and they never call back.

Always good service. I do my pedicures here. All of the staff are excellent. I had waxing done today also and it was done so comfortably. Everything is very clean. The atmosphere is also very relaxing. The staff are very polite. I would highly recommend this salon.

Salon smells like sewage.. the hairstylist kept itching her hair BEFORE and through the service without sanitisation!! They dont have stands for their blowdryers they rest them on the floor!

Had a very bad experience a few days ago which was very bad for me mentally......I had booked service at 6 pm and was on my way for my oppoinment I receive a call from the salon saying that the lady I booked my oppoinment is not there and in a way trying to tell me we are busy dont come....but I said no Im on way about to be there for my service then she said she will call back which she didnt so I reached and to my shock the lady I booked was there doIn a service for other client so I asked for other staff which I had to wait for beyond my oppoinment time...which was very unprofessional.....then while doing my service i saw from my seating in the mirror the receptionist talked in a very strict manner to my 7 yrs old child which is very bad....about this as I was going to talk when I will go to do my payment.......then once I was done I went to talk and book my oppoinment for the next week the lady said we are fully booked will call u and inform u....8 days past then I asked them they didnt reply me at first for couple of hours then when I kept messaging then said the staff I wanted to do my service are busy so I asked for option then have not got back to till today plus I was saying its not good how u r treating me il take action as they didnt even care or even concerned about me as a client and seem they dont want about loosing their clients.there are many of my relatives from lootah family who are going there I am going share my experience how they treated me and they can treat anyone like this.I have not got a call or a sorry for this treatment....no one got back to me not even for my oppoinments.

Punam is my go to eyebrow lady for years, I have thick brows and she knows how to manage them perfectly.

I have very good experience with your salon on my first visit with your staff ms saly she is very professional on her work and customer satisfaction but on my second visit she was not there so I do my service with anther staff she is ok , but For the credibility, I decided not to return back to the salon , today I was in the mall when I saw saly I entered to do my service with her please don’t take her to an there location

My friend told me about the salon, she said you will relax and have a good service and i had a plan to visit the salon with daughter but after her recent bad experience i don’t think i will visit the salon any more …

Best eyebrow technicians both Punam and Deepka are really amazing and fast.

This salon never answers the phone calls to book appointments!!! I tried multiple days and always end up booking somewhere else just because they don’t answer on both numbers

The worst experience ever !Staff aren’t kind at all they pretend like they have issue with you + no one answer phone callsthe last visit and I will never recommend to anyone to visit.

Very bad service. Today, my sister and I went to the salon after we were detained two months ago for Eid. They let us see it for two hours, and after two hours, they left me and took a second unit and said, “Okay, my sister, do you want to see it?” We told them, “Why should we see it when we have been detained for two months and more than two hours ago? We are fine.” The salon is now, how are you? You must see that I can get rid of this and then we will get rid of you in all coldness. We told them that we are free from work for two hours, on the basis that they will leave us on time and we will return to work, after they refuse to come for a second Hajj, because they do not have a reservation 😀. We told them that there was no reservation, and the first time we arrived, they came into the system and it appeared to you that there was a reservation and everything, and we had been detained for two months before then. Of course, we did not care and we left them without worrying about them. Very bad
