I visited the salon 3 times and with each visit the services were worse and worse. I had a Russian manicure, the masters need to be changed, as well as the eyelash master. In 3 days there was almost nothing left of the eyelashes, they just crumble and crumble! For that kind of money, disgusting. The girls administrators are great!

I’ve just had an amazing Swedish massage with Evangeline. She was attentive and adapted the treatment to perfectly suit my needs, making sure to focus on the areas that needed extra care. I had a hair cut service in the salon, the hair cut itself was okay but the experience was not great.She doesn’t communicate well on the steps of the whole experience, pulled my hair instead of telling me to lower down my head for the wash or ask which product I can have on my hair before attempt to put on (she tried to put mousse on my hair to which I said no thank you. She looked very annoyed when she went to wash it off her hands)The whole time I was there I felt more like an inconvenience to her, which is something a client shouldn’t feel.I mentioned to reception that I would like foot massage add-on and was going to have facial done, but that wasn’t arranged as well and no follow up- so I took it as a sign that I shouldn’t do it.Location wise is convenient to me, but I don’t see myself going back there again to have the same experience.

Eden Blossom is just like the name beautiful ambiance and very professional and welcoming staff !I had a wonderful masage for 1 hour and 1/2 with Evangeline she was excellent!And also had a manicure and gel refill with Alesha ! She’s a miracle worker in the way she does things. I just show her how I’d like my hair and she always delivers.I had my hair coloured by her, and she has done such a good job that I always get compliments how well the colour has come out.I recently decided to get hair extensions to make my hair fuller and longer of course, she again delivered. She’s done such a good job, it looks like natural hair.

This salon has some good technicians but some they not well trained, the bigger problem is the products they use they manicure and pedicure they seem very cheap or not good quality after using only 2 times their gel for manicure and regular nail polish and pedicure my nails are such in a bad conditions like never before in my life ( Iam using different gel products since 10 years)

Today I had a wonderful pedicure and then I was given a beautiful foot massage whileI waited for my hands to have a manicure and gelNails absolutely wonderful, a lovely relaxing place.

The environment was beautiful and clean, the decor had lovely and soothing colors. The hospitality was good, and the staff were respectful. The price was good and they also offered discounts.

Its the only place who understand what I am looking for so I keep coming back. They do a very special technique for gel manicure giving me always flawless and pretty nails :)

Nice place with relaxing interior where it is a pleasure to get all kind of beauty services, they do manicure/pedicure, hair cut and color, massage, eyelashes etc. So it makes no sense to look for smth else if you live in the area.

There is not an option to give 0 stars.I have booked my manicure and pedicure a day before via WhatsApp, everything was confirmed. When arrived at the salon the receptionist, her name is Vina, couldn’t find my booking and she said there was a mistake in the system, all the ladies are booked with another clients and if I can come back later. Of course that was impossible for me since I had a booking in the morning.At the end she refused to do my pedicure without giving any discounts or apologies for the situation.Also, the lady who does the treading she is so uninterested about that job, she believes she is very superior of all and her attitude is not for this type of salon.

Not really sure what happened as I have been coming to this salon for a while now to get my arms waxed, but last time I came I came out with some burns. I thought they would go away and heal quickly but it is day 6 already and I think I will get scars from this. For anyone who might find this useful, please ask to check the temperature of the wax beforehand.

My pedicure was 45 min late simply because they gave my technician to some relative of the owner. If priorities in this place- owners family over clients i do not recommend anybody going there. You will never know when somebody might come and take over your place though u booked one week in advance!

Should be an option to score this salon a 0.Back in 2021 they were somewhat decent but since 2022 every single manicure/pedicure here resulted in a nail infection. After speaking to other women in our community, we all shared a similar experience. After the third nail infection I got from a pedicure here, I was sure something questionable was happening with hygiene. I escalated to their manager and they completely ignored my messages until I told them it’s disrespectful and I’ll make sure to share my experience with our ladies community group. Suddenly they were apologetic but that’s that I don’t go there anymore despite it being downstairs. Today i needed a quick threading service and made the mistake to book with them out of convenience. Arrived 3 mins early to my appointment (for a 5-minute service), only to be postponed 20 mins and I couldn’t wait longer because it was pickup time for my kid. Honestly save your money and your time and take it to a better salon.

After a manicure, the cuticles on 4 of my fingers were bleeding! Hands smell like after hospital! The master poured all sorts of solutions into the bleeding cuticles to stop the bleeding. There is no joy at all from going to a manicure, I was just upset and now it hurts to wash my hands. I go for a manicure to get nice, well-groomed hands, but my hands now look like I had a fight with someone. I do not recommend this salon.

Went for russian nail mani&pedi .. fairooza was a top notch nail master she paid attention to details and made great suggestions , she also made sure my cuticles are well taken care of and took her time with my fragile nails.. First and last time I go to this salon. Went for a basic manicure and they kept me waiting seating there without saying anything other customer that came after me got attended first than me. And the lady who did my nails had the worst attitude, lazy. I showed a picture of how I wanted my nails and did nothing like that even after telling her... any way Never coming back.

Best place in Dubai for beauty treatments. I’ve had manicures, pedicures, and lash lift and all the staff have been super friendly and the results have been amazing!

Sadly my pedicure (gel by the way) chipped the day after I got them done here. My manicure (extension and gel) which took THREE HOURS (I went in with clean nails nothing on them) also chipped. Very disappointing and extremely overpriced for the slow and lacklustre service. The lady doing my nails also was unable to recreate a very basic French manicure picture I showed her, she then gave up and just left me with a base coat which looked unfinished and I had to go get sorted elsewhere. Despite living closely I will never go back again. Really terrible experience. (The ladies working there are lovely however I do not want to say anyone was rude- just very mediocre services and very disappointing)

By far one of the worst Salon’s in all of Dubai, I booked a session and paid in advance as a gift for my mother. When she reached the appointment on time, the Salon’s stylist wasn’t even there because the reception hadn’t informed them of the bookings! Eventually, at the end of the session, the receptionist came in and kept pestering them about the fact that there’s the next customer waiting for their turn. When in fact the fault is not the customers fault. Second hand embarrassment is not tolerable. This is UNACCEPTABLE!Also I had paid in advance, well guess what? They had the guts to request us to pay again, and they kept on questioned us multiple times, this was the worst point! The amount of disrespect is unbelievable. I never expected this from a Salon in Dubai Creek Harbour, an area of class and high quality customer service, this Salon is the complete opposite. This is the right place for you if you are interested in pure embarrassment, lack of organization, disrespectful and rude reception.

Very disappointed & scam scheme !! Recently I went to this place for a hair wash, booked appointment theough their app so the price on the app for hair was Aed 43 , & after reaching I checked for the price at the reception the lady informed it’s Aed 100 for wash & dry … now the hair lady whose a helper was washing my hair & on finishing hair wash I was informed the will be dried through dryer & no comb … well kind of hair wash is this where u don’t use comb to dry after paying Aed 100 to wash hair which I could do it myself at home why would someone come to use the shampoo and conditioner at a salon and no blow dry … this place is a total scam for the service & pricing !! So beware of this place

I go here for waxing and I can’t think of going anywhere else. I go to Mallika for my services. She is just perfect. She is neat clean and quick. She leaves the client with a sense of satisfaction.I literally adjust with my wax routine if she is not available. My go to place.

Good clean place... Work is good was very happy with the end result n staff are very friendly. But you have to mention to them about the resident discount at Creek Harbour to get it, they wouldn’t remind you even if they knew you are a resident..So remember to mention it and get your 30% discount for residents.

Just had a very bad experience with the general manager running the dubai creek harbour branch where she did not accept to give the service just because she was stating about a rule ( which was not mentioned anywhere in our employee discount application and didnt have any rule stated next to the discount offered. as a customer right, I stated that why should I face this ebaressed situation and be questioned, where as in the offer we have no clause that stated anything except the percentage of discount and I should get what I see as a discount) i was also ebaressed by her stating that anyway I only have two customers from your company in other words showing that it doesnt matter to lose them and they didnt care having customers from our company, which accordingly showed a disrespect to the company and its employees. She was not friendly and was not caring to keep a customer instead she nodded her head and didnt care to lose a customer . Very bad and embarrassing experience faced.And after all this they deleted my comment that I shared on the Instagram page. No words to describe further .
