It’s very hard to keep a quality nail technicianI had two bad experiences already with unqualified manicurist then finally found someone who went for vacation now.I had to book my appointment with a different technician who usually do my pedicure finally when I arrive to salon I discovered they book me with a different one and I had to do it since i drive a long distance.I felt it from the beginning since the technique she’s using was completely wrong she convinced me that she has her own technique and there is nothing to worry about after I washed my hands I discovered that my cuticles are damaged and one finger was bleeding.I payed for something which I didn’t likeI payed for the parking since it took her forever more than two hour to do my nailsEven the almond shape she couldn’t do I had to do the shape myself…I hope everything was sterilized??This is my third time to feel disappointed in this salon.When I spoke to them they said sorry about your feelings!!What I will do with your apology it won’t fix anything💔I have to treat my cuticles and go somewhere else to redo it.I will definitely not come back 🛑

I love the products they use, the cleanness and beauty of the place and professional approach and friendliness of the staff. They always welcome me with coffee and nice chocolate.Buru and the other girl with dark hair are both are amazing. They did fabulous job with my nails. I have done few other procedures and I was very satisfied with the results.One more thing, the location is great with lots available parking spaces which is unusual for Marina.

The worst manicure in my life, i asked for russian speaking staff for my nails, they had only one, first disappointment, arrived to the salon they were painting and putting wallpaper, a guy was putting them, second disappointment. When i asked for long smileys for french, staff seemed to be confused, i said fine let her do what she knows, ended up with not perfect french, every nail is different than another, i said most important now they dont chip, unfortunately the french tip chipped starting day 7, which is only 1 week. When sending them the photo they claimed its my fault because i opened something or whatever, will never recommend to anyone, was recommended by my friend but got disappointed. Other than that they dont clean well the cuticles, and gel polish they dont put it under the cuticles. Pedicure was a nightmare, she didnt clean properly my feet, my nails and i still can feel that i hAvent done any pedicure. Thank you so much for wasting my time and money.

Everybody was so kind and was giving me sincere smile)) Nail master Kristina was so loyal to me and she did perfect manicure and ideal french design, i was so happy when i saw it and my mood was much better for sureAlso would like to say some words about location. It was very easy to get there, location - dubai marina promenade. And plus they HAVE FREE PARKING what is soo comfortable.I will come back to check also other procedures. THE WORST experience I had at a nail salon in Dubai. Absolutely dissapointed and ruined my whole day. The manager was threatening to call the police because I asked to not pay for extra charges that I wasn’t warned about. (Which i thought were included in my medical pedicure, she tried to charge extra 105 aed for cleaning each toe on top of medical pedicure.) ended up also paying for full pedicure even tho they only did nails (not feet), just because I didn’t want to stress myself out. Felt horrible at the end especially about the treatment of manager/owner (not sure about her designation). do not recommend this salon at all.Also i asked only for russian masters, and that wasn’t the case, so i had to ask them to switch the master (which is not nice for a customer to do), ended up getting manicure from another lady and cuticule is not even removed properly. What a disappointment, and I feel abused after visiting this salon. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Tatiana is my go-to hairdresser for more than 6 years and I completely trust her with my hair because of her extensive expertise in different hair coloring techniques and her professional recommendations for the most suitable style or color.

I booked an appointment to have eyelashe extension, and I was late , but they treated me nicely, They booked me another appointment on the same day and welcomed me with open arms, unlike other salons where they look with disgust. The eyelashes was amazing I was amazed and the price is affordable. It will not be my last time for sure. I love you Egoistka 🩷🩷

Very unpleasant place. As soon as I came in they were drying towels outside the salon by the entry on the hanger and it was disgusting to see it. I came for anti-cellulite massage but ended up upgrading for endosphere, the therapist Katerina said I will find the difference as soon as after 1 session only, which I could hardly believe and it’s been a few days now - I felt no difference at all. I don’t think the machine is the real one. The room was so small and claustrophobic, plus they wanted to charge me 20% fee on top of the bill and when I said it’s usually 5% and they should explain it before, she then said she will only charge for the treatment, which was strange.Plus on top of everything my therapist was 15min late and my treatment was supposed to be 1 hour but she finished my treatment within 45mins and on time for the next client. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

Be carful, I don’t recommend it at all…I make eyelashes there …and my eyes swelled and got incredibly red after putting eyelashes in this salon….so the doctor told me to remove it immediately and take 3 kind of medicine and I still get it with very bad situation of my eyes.So as I removed it less than 24 hour ,I asked the salon to make refund or even for the half amount because already I paid also for the treatment as I don’t have insurance…But since that happened they even don’t pick up my call and when I went there ;they refused to make any refund….Taking in regard that I put eyelashes with another salon just 2 weeks before I go to this salon but it was normal like my eyes and there were no problem at all.So girls be carful in order to not suffer like me now….don’t search about the cheaper and please find the quality…..because it’s just your eyes…

Please be careful ladies !!! I’m beyond shocked of the new management she really cares only about money !! they charged me 265 for only medical pedi without hands ! And they charge me for each toe 105 because my 3 nails is affected without informing me about it before the service that is separately charge for it ! i would never get shocked to pay 580 dhs if i knew about it how is that makes sense!! and telling me she did discount 80 dhs when she should give me 225 dhs back the podiatrist fully cleaned only 1 toe and the 2 other nails she did not clean it bcs there was blood coming out it so she cleaned normally as part of medical pedi i explained this for the management she blame me and saying that’s their prices and did not care she even lied saying that she informed me repeatedly about the price before the service started when its not at all what a shame big disappointment im fasting and i dont have nothing to lie about i paid 500 dhs for pedi medical only !! I really do not recommend this salon to any one .

This is the best place for you to do your mani and pedicure, they use a very good quality product and your nails will never break and never peel, extremely professional and very perfectionist. I always go there and this became my favourite salon after in Marina. I live here for 10 years and this is the best place where I did my mani and pedicure. I can not say anything about hairdresser because I never tried and the wax is ok.

Big disappointment! Over a year i only go to them and now the new staff and management not up to the level! A pedi expert assigned to do manicure for me! She took 2h only to remove the old gelish polish and to shorten and I left without finishing because it’s just a waste of 2 more hours probably . What a shame also from the management the attitude and trying to blame me and saying why I keep coming back ! Rude unprofessional unfortunately

I will give this salon 5 stars just cause they have just one and only one good podologist in Dubai who does the medical pedicure and can place the braces on yr nails and many other things. Highly recommended for the medical pedicure!

As a salon owner and knowing what is a quality nail service and knowing market prices, I found them so pricy and low quality with zero customer service.I asked them 3-4 times in whatsapp and phone if they do polygel, receptionist confirmed at the time of treatment I realized their product is not enough and very old. Nail tech was 15 min late to appointment she came from outside, she was a beginner while I asked for a pro job, she didn’t know how to put polygel, their tools were not proper then they changed nail tech and asked me to wait 30 minutes with sticky gel on my nails. Even with their master my nails is not what I always do. I spent 5 hours time to end up unhappy.And about pedicure, ha ha they charge 115 for dry pedicure without soaking or scrub or massage and NO POLISH even. I was shocked if I want polish should add 10 or 15 Dirhams extra. 125 dirhams for something that my nanny can do at home better. Oh my GodThey need a real training even their boss need to learn how to manage a business. When I asked why you didn’t mention in whatsapp that your pedicure is without polish and no soaking, why you didn’t explain well what is included or not she said someone else chat with you not me. They don’t take ownership of their business!UnbelievableI don’t recommend themNo standard, no customer service,

I went to the “Egoistka” salon to see master Katerina, I was very pleased with the quality of the massage and the artist in general👍The course of anti-cellulite massages includes wraps using luxury cosmetics STYX, HISTOMER. Cold and hot, during the course of massages I lost volumes from the waist and take 7 cm each, and the skin became smooth on the hips without depressions from cellulite. The master also glued lymphatic drainage tapes for me against swelling 👍
