Today I was recorded at 6:30. Despite the fact that I was 15 minutes late, I was politely greeted and offered coffee. The salon has a very gentle design, the atmosphere is cozy with beautiful shades.Very neatly done pedicure, beautifully covered with gel. I was very satisfied. Signed up for next week for hair care 🩵🙏🏼

I recently visited this salon during my vacation in Dubai and had mixed experiences. I opted for eyelash extensions, but unfortunately, even after following the recommended aftercare they began to fall out just a 2/3 days later leaving noticeable gaps in both eyes, they appeared clumpy and had not been isolated correctly they were painful & felt as though they were poking and stuck onto my skin rather than my natural lashes. I reached out to the salon for assistance and voiced my concerns, requesting a removal & for some form of compensation. Given the amount I spent, I expected some level of compensation or support, but I didn’t receive any.On a positive note, I had hair treatments done on two occasions that was done to a good standard, and Mahe along with the rest of the staff were lovely. While I appreciate the hair service, the issues with the eyelash extensions left me feeling quite dissatisfied. I hope they can address these concerns for future clients.

Deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism. A simple 10-minute task was mishandled due to the stylist’s incompetence and argumentative behavior, while the owner failed to address the issue or apologize. In such a prime location, this level of service is unacceptable—especially as a resident of the building.

Le Beauty Lounge is one of the best salons I’ve ever visited, not an exaggeration but genuinely! It has always been my go to Salon that I love and enjoy!In love with the best customer service and wonderful team of experts that really take their time in perfecting the nails. Ms. Christine is very patient and excellent at her work in perfecting the nails and really took her time and always made sure I wanted the particular design for my nail, made sure I’ve got a pillow on my back and I’m impressed and love the results. Ms Baa is exceptionally warm and ready to accommodate customers despite their busy schedule and prior booked appointments.Love love the Lounge! Excellent at their work!

I had weekly eyelashes done by Marjen, and they were amazing and lasted perfectly. I also had a blowout by a lovely Sri Lankan girl and a manicure by a sweet Filipino lady. Thank you to the entire staff, especially the receptionist Mai, for her warm welcome and friendly demeanor.

Great service and hospitality in the middle of the city, LE herself super friendly with kids and generous in service. Ask for sheila professional, sweet and very understanding! 100% satisfying results 💕

Amazing salon with the best quality services. Just had my second set of extensions done, the first lasted me over a month in perfect condition. Sarvi is a nail-genius, knows exactly how to make your nails look amazing and gives great suggestions for colours that suit your skintone. Had my pedicure done by Carol who was so gentle and did an incredible job. Elham, the owner is a gem. So welcoming and always makes sure I’m comfortable and well looked after. Definitely an incredible spot to look and feel beautiful!

At first it was good however I felt like it was forced she was so hard or my nails and when she messed up she would like remove it really hard which was hurting me and it’s like she’s forced to do my nails I didn’t like the service what so ever however the price is ok.
