The entire team is fantastic Grace took time to understand what I need then booked me an appointment for the same day with Marilyn. She has magical hands, all tensions are gone from my back and I even fell asleep during the massage and was invited to stay in the room to rest, this doesn’t happen in most of the salons. An excellent salon, service 10/10, I had my gel polish nails done, I am super happy with the result, just as I wanted more facial hair removal, everything was great without pain or burning. This is hands down the BEST place in dubai for long lasting hair treatments like Brazilian blowout. What they offer is the original blowout with high-quality and extreme professional expertise. Ive been doing this service with Nora for 3 years now and its been an amazing experience every time. The treatment leaves my hair smooth and silky without being too straight or chemically damaged. It lasts for about 9 months and they also sell the original shampoo and conditioner which makes taking care of my hair very easy. The price is reasonable and there are also good promotions that can be availed.Highly recommend to anyone looking for perfect hair with minimum styling for those quick mornings. 👌

I’m very happy with their services.First, I’m always doing gelish manicure with Alfia and I’m so glad about it. Normally gelish in Dubai doesn’t last for me longer than 1,5 weeks. However, when I tried the first time with her, it lasted me 3+ weeks and still could keep it longer 😍 now this picture after 2 weeks since I did the manicure with her 🥰Another point, they have a new facial therapist, her name is Gulya. Today I went for my first session of a classic facial massage (I took a package of 10) and it was super. She is professional and I felt really relaxed. THE Best MASSAGE I’ve had so far! I booked Deep massage with hot stone. It was an excellent experience! All my body tension & stress were released. I’ve been to many massage/spa (luxury hotels etc) places in town but by far Ele Salon is the best for me. Nicole, the therapist was amazing and knows what’s she’s doing. Her technique of HOT STONE massage was hers. I’ve never experience such technique before! I feel so light and relax now. ❤️ I definitely will have it again!

The salon itself is nice and clean, the receptionist Grace is super nice. But.. I cut my hair 3 times with Nora - 1 time was good, the other 2- were not professional (the simplest hairdo was not done properly - the haircut was uneven). With all my respect, she has to train more. Especially, as she is the only hairdresser in this salon. I will not come back. PS. But if you need a manicure - Gulistan is good

This was my first time going for gel mani to Ele salon. Rakhat did a fantastic job; it lasted for 4 weeks without chipping. The branch looks clean, equipment is sterilised, ladies working there are friendly, polite and professional:) Will definitely come again!

I highly recommend Nicole for full body deep tissue or reflexology massages. I have not experienced such a difference in relieving muscle tension and aches with massages compared to some other places.Shes a proper qualified expert at this.... Once again, great work Nicole. Truly appreciate!

The best salon in Dubai, I have been using this place for a while now and I won’t use anywhere else in Dubai.The best place for nails, Joy who does nail extensions is amazing, the best nail technician in Dubai for sure. The eyelash extensions done here are also the best quality and it’s so relaxing having it done here. You can not even feel it being done the lady is that gentle with the application of the lashes.Grace on the reception always gives a warm welcome and makes you feel welcome every time you come in.All of them are friendly staff. I’ve been getting my nails done by Joy for over a year now. During my 6 years in the city I’ve changed Salons multiple times and Joy is by far the best at nails that I’ve ever been to. My nails have never once chipped or lifted in the whole year!! She is a perfectionist and her work is AMAZING! To add to it, she’s such a great person and so nice to talk to. While visiting Dubai I found ELE salon ( near my accommodation) downtown Dubai. I’ve traveled the world extensively and this was hands down the best pedicure I’ve ever had, Seriously !The whole experience was fantastic! I would like to write this negative review just so that nobody else has to go through what i did. This salon is highly unprofessional. I had booked an appointment 6 days in advance as its festive season and I have to coordinate time with my baby and my work. They confirmed to me the appointment over WhatsApp and everything. When I reached there as per appointment , they simply say, they just forgot to note it in their scheduler. And they are not even sorry or anything. No efforts to accommodate or value my time or energy that i went all the way there. They simply said that the next earliest slot is next day. I would never go to this salon again and would never recommend anybody to visit this place. Thee are much better salons in Dubai with very professional services that actually care about our time and needs. This incident happened on 02/11/2021. Not only are they unprofessional and horrible at their service,. They are liars and manipulators too. They are claiming that I never confirmed the booking so attaching the proof of screenshot here. After causing all that inconvenience to me they have audacity to lie and blame.

This was the first time I go there and I am really happy about it. I went there for hair trimming and highlight. I asked Nora (expert) if I can do the highlight and not damaging hair because within several months due to some medications I lost too much hair and part of my hairs was damage because of old balayage … Nora did it great and gave me a nice new look which was chik and natural.100% I will go back there again and now I am one of their customers.I understood that their massage service is also great and I will try it next time in my visit. …. They also offer free parking which worth a lot + booking an appointment was really easy only by texting on WhatsApp….In conclusion they are very committed to the time of the customer ,and fully serve you on your time, I mean when I was doing highlight there was no other customer at the same time to get the service from Nora… this is what sometimes you don’t see in some saloons

The customer service of this beauty salon is amazing, i felt so welcomed soon as i walked in and all the staff are so friendly and nice. The salon itself is very nice looking and I ended up getting a 75 minute hot stone relaxation massage and it was honestly the best massage of my life, i would travel back to dubai just for that massage it was amazing !!

The kindness of the girls is unique, the reception is really great. However, after doing rubber base overlay and gel, a week later some nails started to get damaged and after two weeks all the gel came off.

I had a GREAT experience at ELE salon. The team is very professional, the customer service is superb, and they use really good products. They have great offers for hair treatments now and I decided to get a hair treatment. I was going with the intention of doing hair protein, but the stylist had a look at my hair and advised that hair botox would be a better treatment for my hair type (same price and process, just a different product). And the stylist was right, Im very happy with the results! Its been two days now since I had the treatment, and I have silk, smooth hair, no frizz.. HIGHLY Recommended salon!

I had a deep tissue massage at the beginning of my holiday. Walked into the salon and the staff were very friendly and professional.The beauty salon was very clean. I asked for a massage and it was booked for the next day (a deep tissue massage costing263 AED for 60 minutes).I had this massage and no extra costs were added on . It was one of the best massages I have ever had and it was exactly for one hour. I walked out of there feeling lighter and like a different person. All home stresses and travel stress was lifted. My masseuse Nicole was very attentive and very experienced.It was so good I booked another one for the end of my holiday - this time a relaxing massage and again with Nicole.(It cost 210 AED for 60 mins). Again no extras added on and it was the full 60 mins.It was an out of this world experience! I can recommend you use this service highly. It is an excellent price for a 5 star service.All staff are friendly and welcoming and with every penny and more .

I have sensitive skin and even though I got my nails done at various places over the past decade. Every nail technician would somehow hurt my nails for them to bleed and I just thought that it was me. But so glad I came to Ele. I had a haircut & blow appointment in this salon but I am very disappointed by their service. I have very long hair (waist length), the hairdresser barely cut my hair (took her maybe 10min), it is uneven and looks very unprofessional. I could manage this kind of haircut by myself. They charged me 90dhs for a blow dry (my hair is naturally straight so I just wanted to keep them straight), the hairdresser didnt even use a brush, only the hair dryer! At the end, they charged me 50dhs more than the price they told me before. It was a waste of money, I wont be coming back again

I got a manicure that lasted several days, they redid it, it’s very inconvenient that I have to buy personal tools in this salon, when I forgot the tools, they offered me to buy or use already used tools, which violates the rules of personal hygiene. I do not recommend this salon.

I paid 110 AED for a regular pedicure which is Way over priced!!! I have never paid this much for a pedicure no where in Dubai.The salon next door unfortunatly fully boocked is 45 aed cheaper with better quality of service( massage, scrubbing, and more option in terms of color and brands, long lasting colors like CND...)

ELE Beauty Salon is clean and neat beauty hub nestled on the ground floor of Burj Daman building. I loved the minimalistic yet functional design of the interior. I went to ELE to try full body massage, which was very reasonably priced (160 aed for 1 hr).The receptionist offered a welcome drink while I was waiting.I was very happy with the quality of massage, because a well trained therapist did it with just perfect amount of pressure and variety of technique.

Got my hair trimmed here by Adelea she is very nice and sweet. The receptionist I think she is Russian seemed a bit rude at the desk when paying for my service , she asked me twice if I wanted something to drink I clearly said NO THANKS even though I know it’s free ! Don’t push it too much customers don’t like that . I would come back again to get a trim but that’s it .

Amazing Nail extensions, Rachelle is the lady who made it for me, so caring and patient and did the exact length and shape i wanted, they stayed for too long as well. the staff is friendly and helpfull.

The worest salon in the whole entire world! Everytime i go to the salon i confirm the price with them then thry charge me extra money, i came back just because the service was good and i thought the russian lady was only the manager then i discovered that she is the owner, anyway last time i came to cut my hair and she confirm the price was 80 dirham on whatsapp when the lady was cutting my hair i asked her before she cut to do a triming for me not haircut and she did only trim when i came to pay the russian lady started to shout at me and she fired me from the salon and she didnt even lsn to me she kept on shouting ive never seen such unprofessional in my life ever she kept on aaying i dont want u in my salon she opened the door ans she told me to leave i told her i want to pay only the price that we agreed on whatsapp and photos of chat attached she wanted to chanege me 70 more dirhams for cutting a little bit more of trimming which she wasnts to cheat when i set with the girl who cut my haid i told her to do only triming they were trying to cheat on people very unprofessional very bad i am very disappointed and she refused to open the door she said sorry i cant open the door she let me call people to open the garage door and she blocked me from whatsapp omg i still can’t believe how rude she is the worest person i have ever dealt with

The worst salon in the planet ! I had a very bad experience with he hair cut, they literally ruined my hair and this affected my life. Plus the manager she admitted that this is a huge mistake but she didn’t help and she was very very rude. If I had time in my life I would take a court case against them. Guys be careful !

Highly overrated and overpriced salon. The gelish pedicure is the worst ever with the nail color painted on the skin and the Brazilian waxing totally sloppy burning my skin and not getting even the long hairs! And they got the impudence to charge extra for polish removal... 😒
