I do have a habit of exploring new places and when it comes to salon I am very particular with the area, hygiene staff and professional service.All the 3 things I have got this time in Elegance corner salon located near Clock Tower Deira.I have done meni_pedi , facial and nail extensions.Staff is really kind and professional & I am happy with the results.Everyone has complimented me for the nails !

Horrible service and not recommended at all! Staff are super unprofessional! Booked an appointment and got it confirmed and the moment she knew i have a voucher from Groupon she said sorry we are not accepting on holidays i told her this is not mentioned on the T&Cs she said no sorry it’s not mentioned and she cancelled my booking! Fake ads and horrible service

Booked through this online booking. When I reached the place staff advised that they never check online booking and I can only book by calling. Why to have this option if it invalid. Since coz I live in a walking distance it’s bearable but imagine if you have to drive to place thinking you got appointment just to “kiss the door goodby”.Second attempt with this salon:Booked the slot, received a call back to change the timings. No problem.On the day of the booking received another call to change the timings!!! lol 3 times to change my booking, it’s retarded. No more attempts in ur salon!

They had sent me an offer on WhatsApp and when I came into the store they had lied to me and told me it wasn’t available. Also, when I was paying for my service, I had payed them extra on accident yet they did not point out my mistake and did not give me my change. I was a regular customer but now I will never go to this hair salon again due to their dishonesty and disrespect towards their customers.

The service in this salon has really gone down, the good staff have all left, and its sad to see this salon come down to such a bad state.

We came to dubai on eid holidays and this saloon was near our hotel. I took a chance but was surprised at the good service.I will go there again on my next trip to Dubai
