Elle et Il Ladies Saloon

I have never rated anybody bad but this has been to my patience limit.I had to leave the salon after waiting for 20min( adding 10 mins cos I always come early)Been there customer for over 2 years and they have lost sense of responsibility and courtesy, they have been making me wait every single time because earlier customer is always late so it becomes my problem instead of salons, no one cares to inform and you sit and wait.Even my bookings have been changed because of same reason, will never be going back again and it’s unfortunate because the staff is so good with their job but most have left.

The Saloon was very nicely decorated and spaced out. Stephanie did the most perfect and clean gel polish application I have ever had and I also had an amazing spa pedicure that left my skin baby soft. The ladies have a great dynamic in the salon and I will be back as a regular from now on :)

I found this place by chance, while searching for a salon near my apartment and was very pleasantly surprised!They gave me a good discount for being a student and a new customer to the salon so it was relatively affordable.Mimi did a fantastic job of my hair (I got a full hair dye, lowlights and haircut), and the colour came out fab!I usually trust the hairdressers judgement when it comes to how they cut and style my hair, which could sometimes be unwise but in this case, it was a great decision.I felt comfortable and welcome at the salon (they also offered tea/coffee) and would recommend to anyone.See pics!

I recently visited the salon for hair coloring and cutting Service. Jinky was very patient and professional in understanding my requirements as I am very specific when it comes to hair services. She did an amazing job based on my need that it came out really well!!!!. The salon staffs were very friendly and caring throughout the hours I spent there that they frequently check upon you if you are okay and if you need anything. I recommend the place to anyone with full confidence that they will serve upto your expectation.

Terrible, I never write reviews but I booked a manicure and pedicure several months ago. It took over 4 hours to do. The gel also did not last longer than a week. The lady cut me numerous times and made me bleed numerous times during it as well. She cut the side of my toe nail so deep, I was in pain for ages after and I am still suffering from it and had to get an operation for it. It is unfortunate that this happened but I have never experienced this before in my 5 plus years of getting pedicures and manicures.

I got waxing, eyebrows and pedicure service here and had a good experience. A huge shoutout to Jham for giving me the best pedicure service ever. She gives the best foot massage so I highly recommend getting your pedicure by her specifically. Overall experience was amazing!!!!!! Definitely coming back to this place in the future.

Did my nails with Stephanie and hair colour with Malika and both are super nice and professional. Staff is friendly and very nice.

Incredibly rude and incompetent hairdresser.She ignored my instructions and gave a completely different haircut to what I asked for.During the hair wash she didnt apply an apron so my clothes were soaked.After cutting my hair incorrectly she then completely disappeared from the shop.Had to go to another hairdresser to have my hair fixed.Mimi is a very bad hairdresser.Do not have your hair appointments with her.

If it’s not Steph then I don’t want waxing 🤭 that lady has good service she can create conversation with no seconds she’s done waxing and without pain 😊

Maleeka was amazing! She perfected my buzz cut and I have curly hair! The price was affordable unlike the rest of the places in JVC who are asking for such high prices for a simple buzz cut. Really happy with the overall atmosphere and team. I think I have finally found my go to in JVC.

I went for Hair botox treatment and hair color. Amazing job done by Mimi. She guided perfectly after analyzing the hair. I was waiting for a month to see the effect and review. She has done the job perfectly and i really love the welcome and reception at the salon. They are warm and courteous.

The staff are very friendly, clean and relaxing atmosphere. Katie is amazing with colors! I went from three colors to a gorgeous brown! She’s very personable and great in conversation, while still listening to what you want and recommending things that suite your style! She is genuine and won’t try to always just up-sell you (like many salons do). She’s been doing this for a while and knows what she is doing! The owner of the salon was there, the entire place is a fun funky bunch! If you want your hair done with amazing quality in a fun environment than this is the place! Their work was good. Stephany is nice. I waited long hours for my turn. Only problem is it’s understaffed. So one person is doing all jobs.

I went there for first time, Meme did my brows ,excellent work. Hair stylist was good but she was not able to understand English so communication is a barrier. If you book online you cannot change the person so its better to book appointments through call.Reception lady was not that friendly.

I still maintain that Mimi is amazing but the customer service is a joke.I phoned at 4.50 today to book an appointment and I was told I can come at 5.15, I got there at 5.10 to be told that I have to wait as Mimi is with a client who hadn’t booked!I was asked if i can come back and I said no I have already paid for childcare! I was then told I have to wait.. like I wouldn’t just have walked in instead of an appointment if I was able to wait.The staff’s attitude wasn’t great.. I also said I’d be writing a review and I was given the go ahead!Unfortunately, I won’t be going again and it’s a shame coz I quite like Mimis haircuts! Sadly, they don’t value people’s time and commitments.. they don’t even bother writing bookings on the system!Only found out about this place because of Mimi. Mimi used to work somewhere else before and she’s the best at cutting hair. I wouldn’t have anyone else touch my hair! Thankfully I found Mimi after she left the last place and I started going to Elle et Il. Mimi is so hardworking and looks after her customers very well. I would highly recommend Mimi. I liked the color of my hair but the hair dresser ruined my shirt with the bleaching materials.They charged me more than we agreed because they thought I want to dye the extension while I was only showing them the extension to tell them about the color. They didn’t change the price after they figured out I didn’t want to dye the extension.The lady who did the pedicure and manicure is very professional and calm ( her name is Gina)

This is the most unprofessional salon i dealt with. I did not even get to use their service because they canceled me last second when i was on my way.Why? Because 2 min before my appt she asked if i have removal, when i said yes she said dont come we cant because we have client after you. So unprofessional, wasted my whole morning booking. The receptionist is also the hairdresser and cannot answer continuously. You are wasting our time but also loosing clients because u dont answer them.

This is the worst salon i ever had in my life. theyre not professional at all imagine in this covid time the owner will come to the salon and clean her dog in the salon after she is using the same tawel they use on clients to dry the dog .and lf you go its very for your safety you should be careful .

I just moved to Jvc and i was looking for a good salon around my apartments building then i found out about elle et ladies salon i booked my visit on the call the receptionist was kind enough to book me my preffered time and then i went there and then thier hairdresser mimi who is the most sweetest hair dresser ever consulted me i showed her a picture and said i want exactly like this she very professionally said yes i will do this how u want i was nervous at first because i knew my hair cant take bleach anymore but still i go for the balayage mimi was sooo professional that without damaging my hair she gave me the desire hair colour highlights with balyage and i m soo much in love with my hair and i m soo glad that found out about this salon i will definitely visit again i would highly recemmend this to everybody😊

Hairdresser Imky completely convinced me; I received professional advice regarding hair color.
