I went to get my nails done (gelish) and Sima did a great job 😊 the prices are reasonable and the staff are friendly and polite.

She pulled my hair from my scalp definitely don’t recommend and I know that my hair is oily so I washed it before but then she said she can’t do my hair it’s too oily so she washed it and I didn’t even tell her to so annoying don’t recommend at all and now my hair is probably more damaged then it has ever been worst first time experience never coming here again

Im so happy to trial the service of Elsa Ladies Salon. It s amazing service. All the staff they are friendly. They also make sure there client in the safe place because the current situation . They are make sure they are doing the sanitize everywhere. They make sure to check the temperature for every client coming to there salon for safety. Thank you Elsa Salon for the great service. I am new to Dubai and this salon is the 1st place I visited for doing threading and haircut. Was really happy with the outcome. They do very good mani/pedi as well. They have really good and friendly staff. This place has become my go to for salon services. Looking forward to visit again soon.

Id give a 5 Star for the facial. Ive been here a couple of times. But Im pretty dissatisfied with their manicure, They made 3 of my fingers bleed and not really happy with the final result either.I loved their waxing and facial. Also the blow dry was perfect.

Top notch service! The reason I choose this salon is you get all in one package : excellent service and professional staff! Staff are super friendly and go out of their way which is the plus of the salon. I would like to thank there leader Ms. Aisha, she is a really true gem for the salon, makes sure all clients are satisfied moreover she made a great blow dry which I never experienced before. Also, would like to thank Anila, she is great at her work, I did last time pedicure, it was Wow! Arouj and Farah are great too in their work and super friendly. Went for Hair Spa to Elsa beauty salon and thoroughly enjoyed the head and shoulder massage given by Seema. Thank you for the relaxing and professional massage. She was amazing. Really recommend this place.

This is my first experience at a salon in Dubai. Normally I go to my hair stylist in the Canada.So I was very scared , also due to the current situation.Uzma was so thorougher , put me at ease straight away. The outcome is amazing , I’m so happy that I found her. Also the salon uses disposable everything, what I had to put on and the towels to dry the hair. Uzma told me they have taken half the chairs away to make more space per client . Highly recommended....Like

All services are good but for full body massage 5 ⭐️. All staff is friendly Allah bless them all. Highly recommended. Well done girls keep it up 👍
