My visit to this salon was disappointing and frustrating. They totally damaged my hair, From the moment I walked in, both the staff and management was pushing to write a glowing review and give them a perfect rating, even before any service was provided. They aggressively pushed me to purchase a package, which made me uncomfortable. When I hesitated to leave a review immediately, their attitude towards me turned sour. To top it off, the hair color treatment I received was a disaster; my hair was badly damaged and completely burnt by what appeared to be cheap, inferior products. This entire experience was beyond disappointing—it was a complete disaster. I strongly advise against visiting this salon due to their unprofessional behaviour and poor quality of service.

This salon deserves a warning to all potential customers. My experience here was nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. I went in for light blonde highlights, and while they looked acceptable at first under their poor salon lighting and styling, things changed dramatically after the first wash at home. The color faded immediately, leaving me with an unattractive orange hue instead of the light blonde highlights I was promised.When I was getting my hair done, the stylist pressured me into a package worth over AED 3,000, claiming that “today’s highlights would cost nearly the same amount anyway.” My hair is short and thin, and I’ve never heard of highlights costing this much anywhere else! Given the awful results and deterioration of my hair’s condition, I didn’t even ask for a refund but simply wanted to cancel the package so I wouldnt have to return.However, this is where the situation escalated. The manager called me, shouting and intimidating me, pointing out the contract I’d signed and my “obligations.” The tone was extremely aggressive, showing zero empathy or understanding. Instead of acknowledging the salons poor-quality work, they resorted to pressuring and reminding me of the agreement, with no intention to offer a solution.This salon clearly cares more about overcharging than about customer satisfaction or quality service. I’m stuck paying for a package I no longer want, and it was a costly mistake coming here in the first place. Please think twice before choosing En Vogue Salon Ladies—there are many salons in Dubai that genuinely care for their clients and offer better quality at more reasonable prices. Don’t make the same mistake I did, or you might end up with damaged hair and a huge bill!

Horrible cut by Joe I asked him to give me layers I had good long hairs and I even showed him the cut the want and what he has done is horrible I’m legit traumatized with my experience and my hair I have lost the confidence I’m never going to that salon again and the last long layer that he left looks horrible I don’t even know what to do now with the cut he has given me

I have asked for a cancellation of my service package with the Salon, since, as a client I am unsatisfied with the level of service, the hygiene of the premises and the behaviour of the staff, the salon is not offering me the service I expected and made false promises.The management of the Salon was disrespectful towards me and have threatened me and caused me emotional distress. After being their client for more than 4 years, Ive asked for a refund of the package I havent used yet and they are refusing to honor their word. It is shameful that they are causing ladies to feel uncomfortable and offended in that matter.

I used this place on NYE, I phoned ahead to ask for price for hair up, they told me the manager would tell me at on arrival which itself was an alarm bell. To my horror they told me after they styled my hair up in a way that I didnt want or ask for, that my bill was AED1000!!!! to which I said was too much, the manager (owner) then reduced to 750 which was still too much, so further reduced to 650, still triple the going rate! My local salon which is miles better than this one charge AED 200, I shouldve gone there. I would avoid this place, its terrible and theyre out to rip people off, much better places around :)

The packages are very good and the place is fancy and clean. You won’t find better packages in Dubai for nails. The unlimited package is amazing value for money and very good service. The ladies working in the nails section are great, friendly, on time, professional, and very sweet.The hair section is not the same experience. Even the simplest blow dry and curling is not done properly and gets ruined within the hour.I highly highly recommend for nails and eyebrows (it’s one package) but not for hair.

One of the best high end clinics in dubai , they have the best experts doctors, like dermatologist orthopedics and dentists , they have the only unique machine variation in uae ,The prices in packages is sooooo cheap compared to the quality and experience givenReally recommended really .

Excellent customer service and talented employees. They have the best hair stylists. All the employees always greet me with the biggest smile and the manager always makes sure all his customers leave the salon satisfied.

Zero customer service! All they care about is money!I had been a customer of this salon for almost 2 years, mainly for the convenient location, despite the many things i didnt like about it (manager speaks in a very bad way with the employees, staff very aggressive in selling packages - staff always reek of smoking - inconsistent service level - inconsistent quality of work - they keep transferring staff between branches so when you finally find one who can do your hair properly, hes already gone...). 4 months before my package expires, the staff were actively trying to sell and extend packages because Mokhtar Safadi Salon was opening right next to them. After many attempts on their part, i agreed to extend only because one of the staff (Khalid) told me i can cancel any time i want. My concern was that i might leave the country or relocate, but i trusted his word and signed the contract blindly. Then 2 weeks before the new package started, i went to the salon to cancel before the new package starts because Khalid told me i can, the manager tells me not to worry about the expiry (you have time) and he will speak to the owner. Of course, for the next 2 weeks he was not reachable till a few days after the new package started when he tells me the package is non refundable, and if Khalid had made me promises, i should go speak to him directly. The manager asks me to go deal with his employees mistake! When i found Khalid, he did not deny the lie he made and told me he will speak to the manager, and of course he disappeared. Finally today, i went to the salon and the General Manager was there and she assured me that nothing can be done from their side except transferring the package to one of my friends (And who would buy my package after reading all the bad reviews about this place?). I got no apology and no compensation.Basically they will tell you anything to sell you a package, they do not care about building a loyal customer base.That sums up my experience with them.

I am the customer of Envouge Beauty salon since 2013 , and I don’t want even try anyother salon in Dubai.The staff are very friendly and respectful, and they really pamper you.Any time I go without appointment they do their best to fit me in their busy schadule and never say No for any service I requested.The hair stylist called Mike always take care of my hair and his recommendation to use products are very professional and helpful for having healthy hair.

This place is awesome! They really make sure you are pampered and made to feel that you r the MOST important person there. They strive to make sure your visit is perfect and relaxing.I love this place because of the personnel.Absolutely wonderful, no matter what treatment I have had I always feel like a queen when I leave.Excellent employees and super friendly staffWonderful atmosphere and excellent, professional service———— THE BEST!!This place is always FANTASTICHighly recommend !!!!

Terrible saloon and service . Not professional at all, more like a drive through . They dilute products, so results end up wearing off within weeks as opposed to months. When prices are too good to be true, do know that they’re not giving you the service & product 100%. They don’t know how to cut hair or how to do nails properly. I doubt anyone is even properly certified as a hairstylist or dresser. Since anything goes, no one is the wiser! You’re better off doing it yourself !

I have been a customer for 5 years now, but after my last visit i do not know if I will repeat it ... miss the old manager and the old guys.... last week I went and wanted dark brown hair color and end up with pitch black ... customer service has went way down ... staff are arrogant and prices are changing every hour ... so sad seeing such a good place being destroyed by unprofessional people !!! It use to be one of the best saloon in Dubai, but not anymore !!!

Staff is skilled, professional and courteous. The place offers packages that makes treatments cost effective. They continuously upgrade their equipment and techniques.Appointment timings are adhered to plus hygiene is of high standard.

It makes no difference if you make an appointment or not. They keep you waiting regardless. They are so so pushy about upwelling products and services. There’s not a single visit I’ve had where they don’t try to upswell even if you just renewed your package. They have no customer service skills. Just hardcore sell. Once they got you as a client they don’t care. There is no attention to detail on anything they do.

I have been a customer for a very long time, the staff in the nail salon are great but the ones in the main salon are cranky and they’re not transparent with price. Their new manager is horrible and doesn’t know anything about customer service. I loved the salon way more when the owner use to come himself.Suggestion: be transparent with price & change the manager in the main salon. I’m only giving you two stars instead of one because of the great staff in the nail salon.

Before was good service now nothing good! Bought a package for full year blow dry the Envouge which in jbr is bad cause no service at all, making an appointment and still have to sit someone to wash your hair for an half an hour. About the blow dry before was much more better, now all staff is new and they don’t even know how to hold hair dryer!

Envogue have great monthly package deals. The hairdressers are talented and its the second cut and colour for me. More than pleased and was offered manicure and pedicure even though I had not booked one. The best head massage ever anywhere in the world The give is upbeat and happy. A great place to spend half a day pampering

This is the worst experience ever in my 12 years in Dubai!!! The manager at JLT branch is rude and unprofessional towards customers! My friend recommended this place saying she liked the massage and facial done. I went there to try since the prices were 50% off and were seemed to be reasonable. I needed a full color for my hair, now mind you my hair is not long so naturally I am thinking I will be spending from 200 to 250 Aed maximum (this price is after discount). The hairdresser asked me whether I wanted color with ammonia or without. I said of course without since my hair is thin already so I didn’t want to damage it any further. I didn’t know that there was a price difference and the hairdresser didn’t mention anything to me at the time. But even if let’s say the original price for a longer hair was 800 Aed with 50% off it would been 400 Aed. I end up paying 350 Aed for the hair that is just below my shoulders. In every other salon when you color your hair they do blow dry as part of the coloring but here I had to pay additional 100 Aed which is again out of original 100- 200 Aed (the hairdresser didn’t even do a proper job he seemed was in a hurry). I was disappointed and called the manager to clarify my concern. The manager (Hanna) was really rude and started shouting and telling me that I should have checked the price’s myself. Which to be honest I did but I didn’t realize at that time that they will be charging me the highest price - yes it is my mistake of not clarifying the price before I started but blindly trusting the staff to have integrity towards its customers. If you put on your price list prices starting from 400- 800 Aed that in customer’s mind means that she will be charged depending on the length of her hair. Apparently in the eyes of salons staff they will consider it regardless of length the 800 Aed. I will not recommend this salon to anyone, horrible customer service and experience ever. And note for the salon owner - you should not have a someone in your management who cannot handle complaints in a professional way. I would probably would never have written this long review if my concern was handed properly by manager at first place.

Most of their nail polishes are expired and thick. The most annoying thing in this place is the way they attack you to buy more products and sign more contracts. Two or three guys will come and try to convince you to sell you things you dont need I use this place for 1 year then I moved to another place where they respect me when I walk in without surrounding me by useless offers up

The staff is very helpful and warm. Been a faithful client of EnVogue for 10 over years. Services are excellent and you will be guaranteed of leaving the salon extremely satisfied.

Horrible service, had to spend 3 hours to do only mani and pedi, No one on the phone today when called to confirm my booking informed me that they have short of staff , i got to know only half way through when i asked when other girl will come to make mani?)after or during i was supposed to have eyebrow threading- and they made me wait after already 3 hours being there for girl to be free as they put her to do manicure- which normally she doesnt do even. And i needed to wait until she will finish mani for other client.I ask to call manager, forgot his name- and Khalid- hairdresser-refused or give me his email- or BC, or pass my details to him. He was just no attentive and useless - 0 customerservice- place lately is not the same as used to be - used to go there for 3 ,5-4 years

Do not go to this salon unless you want to come out angry or in tears. The staff are incredibly rude and all they care about is trying to harass you in to buying annual packages or extra products throughout the duration of your treatments - not relaxing at all! I had bought an annual nail package but as soon as they had taken the money they had no interest in finding availability to book me appointments or would finish the appointments half way through what I booked, saying they had run out of time. They also lied about the expiration date of my package to encourage me to purchase another one early....no chance! The staff in the nail salon are sweet but they have now closed the upstairs nail salon (only a few weeks after encouraging me to buy another annual package with them!!) and moved the technicians down to the hair salon. Well the hair salon....is probably the worst in Dubai....the hairdressers are SOOOO RUDE and do not care about you as a client, just taking as much money from you as they can. They do not stop talking about purchasing packages all the way through and they make up the prices as they go along - and even if you do agree to a price at the beginning, they sting you at the end saying they accidentally thought you agreed to extra services or that the discount advertised is now discontinued... and demand you pay a grossly inflated price. All they care about is earning commission from you. When disputing the issues/price they just laugh in your face...literally! This includes the new manager who laughed in my face & refused to help after i was issued an extortionate bill leaving me feeling humiliated. They also leave you sitting there half way through your treatments and just wander off to deal with other customers - i have been left sitting over an hour waiting for my hair to be dried on several occasions. I am a resident in the tower the salon is located so its a shame that the service is so nasty because i now have to travel elsewhere. I would recommend to whoever owns the salon to send all the staff on customer service courses, get ride of the rude management & stop making clients feel uncomfortable by harassing them continuously to buy extra things.

They lured my girlfriend to sign a package with them of worth AED 6,000 and told her that it’s refundable. But when she wanted to cancel it they said it’s non-refundable. Also, the services of the salon are very average.

I went there on December 30th for a mani/pedi. Staff was super nice.Except that one girl that was doing my feet. I had surgery about 15 years ago to remove ingrown nail. And since then, the scar is very sensitive. Many times I was telling her not to press it, and she just wouldnt care. Actually, she would grab my toe even tighter. It was definitely not a pleasant moment. After the 5th time, I just had to yell at her and call her manager, she was really hurting me.That, was after she made me bleed. I told her not to try to pull a nail filament out of my toe... she probably thought it was some skin and wanted to pull it out... it was a piece of nail that she was pulling!!! I said she should cut it and not pull it, but still she wouldnt listen.RESULT? I had infection in my toe on the 31st, YUP on NYE... plaster looked fancy with my high heels.I went back a couple of days later to see the manager and ask them was kind of commercial gesture they were ready to do for me... Because yes, i had paid for a pedicure that i couldnt even expose due to the terrible infection that it caused... AND I had to buy medicines. They said they would call me back. They did not. So 11 days after, I went back... and manager said he would call me back the next day inshallah.

I went in for a haircut and threading, service was So random and there was no interest on the part of the attendants who were meant to assist me throughout.Some random person came and ushered me for a hair wash. Once done, I was made to sit on a chair and wait for a hairdresser who came and chopped my hair in under 5 mins. He was ready to start snipping away - and i had to tell him what i wanted. He ddidnt even ask! I asked for layers and he must have done 2 layers at the most! And then told me, it was done. No blow dry or anything. He didnt talk to me nor ask me for any details about if I wanted a fringe or a colour. Nothing!! Not at all interested in what he was doing clearly. After the 5 min job, He just moved away And didnt even offer to blow dry my hair; and I was left without a comb to even brush my wet/cut hair! I should have left by then but I needed to get my eyebrows threaded and another attendant (again zero interest) started maniacally threading on my face and I was worried that my skin would break!This place doesnt even offer water or green tea or any beverages to its clients and the place is so noisy because of music and the loud noise of so many hair dryers. The staff are more interested in selling annual packages without actually knowing how to serve their clients properly. Terrible service for a salon and not worth spending your hard earned money when there are so many other salons who provide greater value for your buck!

The reason this company is only getting 2 stars is because after almost 4 years of using En Vogue I’m so tired of the girls who answer the phone, they are rude and not helpful. When I lived in the building I walked down and made a reservation directly but now I’m constantly forced to talk to the rude reception girls. They need better training, this is a service business

Horrible salon, the guy doesn’t know how to even blow dry hair, hairdressers changing without any comments just drop the brush and dryer and left me sitting on the chair. Exited salon looking like someone electricuted me. The treading girl is the only good employee in this salon.

Horrible horrible service.. staff couldn’t even speak English and I had difficult time explaining him what I wanted. The person overall was OK, but due to communication gap i felt very uncomfortable of what he was planning on doing with my hair.Went for color and haircut, but did color and left as they were super slow. Took them 2.5 hours to color and then wash my hair.I would not recommend this place to anyone. Pls do not go!!

Paid AED 210 for no reason. I asked for a specific blow dry I did not get that. My hair looked a mess. Sadly won’t be going back there again.

Rude manager. Abusive behaviour against women. When explaining my concern he was laughing in my face. Very bad service, they take your money in advance and then don’t have availability to get an appointment and even if you get an appointment you have to wait.

TBH, I have been an Envogue client since 2012, very satisfied with all their products and services till date (Hair, Nails, SPA, etc ), staff is always welcoming, polite, professional and well trained, saloon is clean and well equipped, talking about value for money, it is the only place offering attractive packages (including yearly memberships, limited and unlimited services for any product you choose) and get yourself pampered 😊

Nice idea of taking a yearly package but very expensive unlimited hair blow dry and pedicure and it’s valid in their branches DIFC and JBR, but they close they close 8:30 pm, manicure 💅🏽 girls are really helpful and neat , a bit noisy and busy like not a place to relax just do and go

Excellent service, professionals, and useful subscriptions for customers. I am a subscribed customer with an annual subscription and have been for almost two years, but unfortunately the person I was flying with, whose name is Muhammad, was transferred to the GBR branch. I think they have reasons for the large number of customers in the GBR, but I wish it had been appreciated. For customers on this site!! My subscriptions are annual only because Muhammad was my favorite, and many customers are upset for this reason, and I do not think I will renew my subscription due to Muhammad’s transfer. Thank you to the respected salon owner, and I hope to reconsider our need for Muhammad for a large group of customers.
