I got cut twice during pedicure, even though I told the lady I have sensitive cuticle. I will not come again and I will not recommend pedicure service. Disappointed.

I had booked a package from them with a few services.Firstly I had to keep reminding her Josephine what was on there. Being in hijaab meant that the blinds were to be closed as the other therapist told her to close it she was early unhappy about that. The other customer had to get up and close it !Second I had asked her wont she trim my hair before drying she said oh yes then cut my hair as some was wet some dry.Third she did not even do the root touch up just the refresh.Fourth the last thing was a 15 Min back massage. She said I Gave you a head massage while washing 🤣 when been in salons over 30 years its standard for them to rub your head and that too was not even 2 minutes honestly I would not go back especially after the other therapist told her its 15 minutes back massage. Clearly unprofessional and definitely will not be going again. These are services that we pay for if they dont want to do it then dont offer it.

Even 1 star is FAR too high.I live in the area and heard nothing but bad reviews from the locals. I decided to have my own opinion but ended up finding out the hard way.The staff are inexperienced and the “owner” is arrogant and rude. Won’t be long before she is shut down that’s for sure.Msg to the owner,Go back to school.

The worst management. Poor services and the ‘owner’ is extremely rude! Please do not risk doing your hair here. Your gelish will peel within 48hours. I asked for brown hair colour also i left with copper roots and grey ends.

Two weeks ago I went to enana Beauty Salon. I did my nails extension , after that I got infection in my hand and I went to the hospital. The doctor said the tools or the product were not cleane, and the nail technician was not professional. I sent her a message on WhatsApp. But she didnt answer to me this is really so 👎. The nail paint was dry and was peeling off. This is really not professional 😐 Im not recommended this place to anybody else.

Rude and unprofessional, they didn’t follow up on what I wanted done to my hair at all and left me looking worse than I was when I initially came in. The owner herself has no background is customer service or professionalism. STAY AWAY!

I have taken most of the services especially hair cut and blow dry. I am happy with their services. Ms. Munia is a very professional hair dresser and an amazing person. Recommending you all to go and try. I have recommended all my friends. Thank you Ms. Munia and all the staff.

I was hesitant about cutting my hair, but when I saw the new management’s sweet and sophisticated treatment, I was very relieved and the result was amazing.. The best salon and the best new management with Orwa ❤️❤️❤️

My wife went to the salon to remove the old coating and get her manicure done again. At first the master tried to remove the coating with a machine, but this did not work, because according to the master, the coating was too thick. Afterwards, the technician applied liquid to my wife’s nails to remove the old thick coating. After 5 minutes of burning, my wife discovered that the nail polish remover had ruined her nails; they were paper thin. After which the master said that it was necessary to extend her nails, since her nails had completely deteriorated and needed to be strengthened. The final price was 420 aed, instead of the original 170 aed, and damaged nails. After all this, the salon offered a humiliating 15% discount.After 4 weeks of returning home and having my nail extensions removed by a specialist, my wife discovered that her nails were infected with an infection, and now we have to have our nails treated after visiting this salon. If you value your health, then never come to this salon!
