Im very glad that I found this salon. Finally found good masters. The manicure and pedicure were excellent. The massage was just perfect. I also got a facial massage in addition to the free massage. It was the perfect way to end the work week, spent with the girls in a lovely conversation.

Best hair salon I have ever been to! Their hair dresser Oscar always makes my hair look beautiful whether it is for color or just wash and blow dry. Also the staff is very friendly, plus points for having one of the best cappuccinos I’ve had💕💕💝

The worst hair salon experience I’ve ever had. First of all, when I called a few days ago, the receptionist lady told me the price for a normal wash and blow dry is 120 aed. Which is pretty standard. Online on there Fresha app it’s 120 aed as well. I got a blow dry done with my friend with NO curls and the lady at the receptionist tried to charge us in the end over 500 aed! The lady working as the receptionist is not clean and honest with first time customers!! Be careful! We even tried to tell her that the price is absurd and incorrect from what they are advertising and telling customers. She tried to claim they changed the price the day before yesterday. From 120 aed to 250 aed plus tax, insane!Be careful with this salon, never again!! I would never recommend anybody to them.

My wife use the Enigma hair procedures for some time and being happy with the services and results, she ask to write a favourable review. Then, professional and attentive staff, great hygiene, good quality of aids, fantastic final results. Highly recommended. My wife is already a regular.

Ms lulia is the best for nail extensions. Have been doing it from quiet a long time and she does the best work. Nails even after 3-4 weeks look the same. Finesse, color, design, shape etc everything she chooses for you makes you look the best. 💅🏻

Halima has extraordinary hands. I have done massage in different centers and salons before. But all this did not stand next to what Halima was doing.Shes a pro, it feels like a lot of experience. Manicure was good, but pedicure is bad, a new trainee did it and took really look time. I hope they train them before taking customers....

I visited the salon for a manicure, full body massage and deep facial cleansing. I really liked everything, it’s clear that the specialists are professionals in their field, and in Dubai this is really valuable!! I also liked the very attentive attitude of the staff, the atmosphere in the salon and of course the result of all the procedures!!

I dyed my hair here! I asked for a cold blond, they gave me some kind of red, despite the fact that the photo showed me what I wanted. She asked for gradual lightening 10 times and chopped off my poor hair. Please correct me, I started being rude and whining about being on my feet for 6 hours today. Just not adequate people! My wasted nerves, time and hair were not worth the price. I paid 800 out of 1100. She started cursing me. The managers number was not given. The girls name was Bika (I think)

Eyebrows, eyelash lamination, whitening - and the girl Beka did it all for me. Everything is very professional, sterile and most importantly high quality. I am very pleased, I cannot pass by a single mirror. Thanks a lot!!!

The receptionist ignores the customer. I stand for a long time while she talks on the phone. I made a reservation and when I went, I did not find the person who provides the service I requested. The prices are very, very high and the service is less than normal👎

The salon is not bad. But a manager who does not know how to communicate with people, and who then blocks people, cannot manage the people of such a salon.
