Not a professional saloon. Looks like they are still in learning phase and just using customers as an experimental products. I did a hair cut which looks ok but the way they did was not a professional and the place was not clean. Used combs with hair curled in it was used for all customers and cockroaches seen in most of the places.

The worst salon ever 0/10. Place was not clean and staffs are rude. I went here to get my hair straightened. After 1 day, my hair went curly again. In just 1day of normal wash. I went again as they said they will fix it if any problem. I came again and I waited for 2hours because the hairdresser prioritize other customers before me.. when it’s my turn they only shampooed my hair and that’s it! They said my hair is like that and there’s nothing to do with it. What kind of service was that. I feel like i wasted my time and money for nothing. Also, the attitude of the owner was not very nice, it seems like they only took my payment.. and when everything was done, they don’t care about the customers anymore. And most of all, I did not get even 1 sorry for what happened. I won’t recommend this salon to anyone. So If you don’t want to waste your time and money, pls think twice before going here.

Rude people and they don’t know how to talk with clients , Please dont go for hair rebonding or anything for hair. I did keratin within just 2 days before its curly when I asked they say they cant do anything . They are using cheap products . Also hair is damaged. And I didnt want to give even one star didnt had any option. The reception and owner lady was very rude tooNow I will never ever go again 🤬

Very bad service not recommended from A to Z … 0% ? the staff is not flexible .. and not professional worker in this type of industries,,.. especially never ever ever trust for hair works specially for hair coloring or for treatments ur time and money and efforts will become a super wasted … it’s was failure at all base in my experience,,.. ,?? Those people who assist me they don’t know English as well how they can hire disqualification for this kind of job ,?? .. fyi ??. they’re is no retouch or follow up actions for failure works they have done ,, they won’t care as long u paid already and lol they are charging extra vat for machine payment… no follow call or they don’t have costumers feedback reports as well so cheap ??. They have agent’s people around outside of the road and they are giving flyers .. to force and convince people,, by mistake I feel bad to that lady and I tried to help her bcoz she will get her commission by getting clients or salary .. guy it’s Nepal owners and Chinese more on … better to go in proper place even though the price is bit high but guys u have to act smart and think wise they have might reason it’s either they are using good and quality or high standards brands and plus for workers professionals and to get good place and clean area and good ambiance for saloon .. don’t trust cheap and don’t trust saloon if I can check there back ground to e atleast reviews here of go and check salon and feel the vibes and workers is they are professionals ok let’s say don’t mind the look of workers 😂😂😂 don’t ignore this bcoz u will lost so many things specially ur good hair .Lol don’t be a Nxt victims here??.They are so cheap and everything is cheap … they won’t care for reputations for good feedbacks for they brand name .. karma is reals guy stop scamming people to seduce client in the road ..just think ur own mom and sisters or any closed families member will face in same situation,,,it’s very bad … very wrong ????…😡 why thus review here doesn’t have black star or zero points for options 1 start won’t deserve for them as well 😏.. is too hard to forgive ur self that u let people make us foolish buy paying them and distroying ur own self and waste time and energy in this saloon … 😁Not recommended …. Bad service, not professional… never trust there ability.

I went there for the hair colouring  and highlights my scalp is burning even after a day. They use cheap product and no knowledge about the hair colouring. Julianna is a marketing girl when u tell her about the issue she says she will tell them she doesnt take responsibility. Making a call to Municipality 800900 and if possible a police complaint too boz it looks like a chemical burn. The bleach was kept on my hair more the 40 mints can you belive how clueless these people are and damaging others hair
