The organic protein treatment for my hair was done by Ms Raquel. It was a wonderful experience done most professionally by her. My hair has improved significantly after this treatment.

I got waxing and hair mask services, I am very happy with their services and pricing. Staff were very nice and professional. Would recommend them.

Did acrylic removal and normal mani pedi, the girls are super welcoming and friendly! Loved the vibes, only down side was the nail polish application, wasn’t the greatest. Overall good experience though.

Highly recommend Erum for your hair styling needs. She is patient and meticulous in her work. I visited the salon on a quiet Sunday afternoon which was a bonus. I used the Balayage hair package and Erum listened to my requirements earnestly. Furthermore she communicated in-depth what the package entails and maintained open communication with me before moving on with each step. Thanks Erum!

Nail extension technician is very harshIm not pleased with the nail, manicure, and pedicure technicians. Woman exudes such arrogance, guile, and attitude. I paid for an appointment at the Silicon Oasis branch yesterday, July 4, 2024, which was scheduled for approximately 4:50 PM. The technician didnt even try to answer my queries before she starting with the procedure . which was rude. Since it was my first, I was nervous and wanted to know the benefits and drawbacks, but she was unwilling to respond. Furthermore, despite my repeated reminders, she did not even cut my nails to the recommended length. Even so, I inquired as to whether she felt more at ease speaking Hindi or English, as she was unable to respond appropriately in English. However, her attitude had returned. She continued to file my nails despite my warnings that the length wasnt good after all of her mistakes. Then, as if she was so frustrated with life that she eliminated all prolongation by applying concentrated solution, which caused a little wound to bleed as well. Despite my attempts to show her my skin peeled , she did not seem to care. I showed her the bleeding again, and she added some solution. During the entire process, my finger burned. She continued to argue in the midst, adding with a sardonic smirk, Ive been doing nails for a long time, and what shes doing is right, and she didnt even bother to ask for input from the customers. She is not at all assisting after the extension to choose colors has been completed. Shes saying you select Madam from the book. Shes not even trying to make positive suggestions. I was pre paid for my pedicure after that. She stood up and said, Im not aware of it; nobody told me. then she was told by the receptionist. then she carried it out. She did not even seem to mind when I asked her to show me nail color which is the showcase . Next, a kind woman named Neelam arrived to assist me. She applied nail polish to her finger nails and demonstrated which shade was most appealing. However, this haughty technician doesnt seem to care. If you dont take this seriously, you risk losing customers. However, she is doing this with me for the second time. When I went there for my first pedicure and manicure of the year, she did not bother to do it . she made me to wait arguing i cant do. thereafter, following my complaint, the receptionist took action. thats the reason I stopped by your salon to get nail-related advice. I came to this salon yesterday because I was in a rush and had to leave for India the next day. If she were the only technician available, I would not have accepted the appointment, for heavens sake. I sat there as I payed in advance. I want to avoid being humiliated once more.

I used to have all my beauty services in this Salon since 3 years especially with Husna she is so professional and always give me the results that I want, the rest of the staff so nice and kind they are always pampering me the receptionist Skola was so kind and professionalI really love this Salon ❤️❤️❤️

I tried their hydra facial service today and I must say I totally loved it. It was relaxing, moisturising and elaborately done..amazingly executed by Julie...it was a 1 hour session which involved a welcoming massage, exfoliation with the spatula, cleansing, hydrating , oxygen spray followed by a lifting massage. I felt totally rejuvenated , my skin felt softer and 100% hydrated . I definitely recommend it to everyone. I am definitely adding it to my monthly skin Care and they have lots more facials that I would love to try. The ambience is soft ,calming and very pleasing . All sops were followed . The location is very easy to reach and with ample parking space . They are very reasonable priced with an ongoing offer of 599 for 3 sessions of hydrafacial.

The salon it self seemed okay, but there was only one hair washing station which was odd. I went with two other people for a hair cut. Theirs turned out really nice, however mine was nothing like what i asked for. I felt like the woman was not applying herself at all and she clearly didnt understand what i asked for (even though i showed pictures). Her name was Asma.

She is qualified, experienced and knowledgeable about the work that she does with so much passion and attention. The receptionist is warm and welcoming. Brownie points for free parking. I went for micro dermabrasion here and what great service they have offered.They are well equipped and did their job so professionally.I am highly satisfied.Will recommend their facials to everyone.

Went there 2 times for gel pedicure and 3rd time mani-pedi. The pedicure wasn’t great but ok. The biggest problem was that the master was over putting the nail polish on the nail, touching the skin, so after 3-4 days when the nail little bit grow, the edge of the nail polish between the skin and the polish looks sharp and ugly. The gel polish must not touch the skin in first place. And all 3 times I went there for pedicure, the same mistake happen. The 3rd time I went there I decided to do manicure too. And the manicure quality was a deal breaker for me. I asked for ombré manicure, it wasn’t good ombré, the colors were not changing gradually. Also after long explanations she couldn’t understand which colors I want for ombré and she made it wrong. I was almost ashamed to show up in front of people with this manicure. It didn’t look like it was done by a professional. I went there because of very high rates. Now I feel the rates are not honest. This salon is definitely overrated.

I had very bad experience.There is one Indian lady did very bad work Im sure she dont know about work and customer respect .Her name is Husna . I strongly recommend dont go in this salon and if you go but dont ask that lady to do any work .She dont know any work dont waist your time and money .

Very unprofessional staff.The beauty therapists convinced me to take a hydra facial package which included 3 facials in March 2022.I wasn’t informed that there is a 1 year expiry. Infact the therapist had told me there is no expiry.I had tried getting an appointment in July and once in December but couldn’t get an appointment. When I called in March I was told it has expired and the staff were rude over the phone.Very disappointing!

Two years in dubai with everytime having terrible experience in different saloons ... But today Neelam and bebz were a blessing .. they did magic to my hair and nails ... Beautiful colours and layers on my curly hair very professional .. very clean and neat and professional nail. Highly recommend and definitely coming back soon.. lots of love xoxo

I received a terrible treatment and even worse service at this salon. Bikini waxing resulted in burns and heavy irritation. I was in a rush a couldnt return to the salon the same day - they started threatening me with the police and called 10 times. And all that because of 80 AED! Will never go and dont recommend to anyone

I visited 3 times to repair only one nail and every time they charged me and again same issue happened.They even don’t accept any fault which they have to.Seems the material is too low quality or they don’t apply well.It’s really terrible customer service in my experience.
