Had the best facial that I’ve ever had. Zunaira is an excellent therapist with amazing skill. Just the right pressure with the treatment and neck massage. Appreciated her gentle, kind nature as well and will definitely be back.

Because its my closest nail salon and one of the cheapest, I kept returning here for years although my normal nail polish manicure lasts a maximum of 3 days and this is my gelish manicure in the photo after 5/6 days.I have clearly asked them how much it cost to come and replace the gel nail polish. Once I arrived, theyre treating me as I have nothing else better to do than to redo my nails and look for freebies, pushing me from one to another...Lately the girls started to asked if I left a tip for them as they heard it when I did but the receptionist did not passed it on...Absolutely not hygienic.Drama and bad jojo here, better pay higher and go to a nice relaxing salon with long lasting service.

I’m an old customer of this salon and I’m really sad how things changed there since Monica left . The girls in the reception are not honest and increasing prices without any reasons . The salon smells food and not look clean , I got an infection last time after my pedicure and the doctor told me that it was because my last pedicure . I know incidents can happen but telling me the price of the gelish pedicure is 368 aed just because I asked to use entertainer that’s not professional

I came here for the Dermalogica facial and honestly it was an amazing experience! The treatment lasted 75 mins and it was like a spa experience, I felt so calm & relaxed and my skin afterwards has shown such improvement!The staff are kind & Francy who did my facial was very good!I would definitely recommend this place and will revisit, thankyou ladies 🙏🏻

Seems for hair was talented, Marilyn for pedicure so patient, and Francis for facial was superb. All staff were wonderful.

Despite the fact that they have couple of good people who’re working there, the people who are sitting in the reception after Monica are awful making the experience a very bad one! Not answering the phone and giving the customer “a fixed time” to have Manu pedi regardless the service is well provided or not!If it wasn’t for the good beauticians I would never visit them again!Shout out to Monica who was managing the salon perfectly before , the ones you left behind are spoiling the reputation you built!

Who knew the best massage I’ve ever had would be here. I followed other reviews and went to Tatsane for shoulder pain, came out shaken but a new woman. She is so talented and she works from her heart, following your body energy. I will definitely be back.

Was looking especially for a dermalogica deep facial in a reasonable price and found this parlor based on reviews decided to take my mother and myself for a facial plus pedicure.Needless to say didnt regret driving that distance.Facial lasted an hour and was done by Rose, on the other hand my mothers anti aging facial was suggested and done by France.I liked how she didnt rush the facial and after steam the cleansing part was very satisfying.Mother went for a pedicure, her review is that she liked how Marylena took her time in cleaning filing and scrubbing.Farhana did her threading and she was very sweet as well.What i liked about the salon was their staff they are exceptionally sweet friendly and warm.Their parking is conveniently located behind the building.Edit02/07/2023The facial I had with Zunair was a truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience.She greeted me warmly and took the time to discuss my skin concerns and preferences. She seemed knowledgeable and attentive, which immediately put me at ease.The facial began with a gentle cleansing and exfoliation process, removing any impurities and dead skin cells.Her hands moved with a perfect balance of firmness and gentleness, releasing tension and promoting relaxation. The massage technique was so good that i could feel my stress melting away with each stroke.I particularly appreciated how she paid attention to the details, such as incorporating ashoulder massage during the mask application. It made the entire facial feel like a holistic and pampering session, and I couldnt have asked for more.In conclusion, the facial therapists skills and techniques were truly exceptional, making it one of the most enjoyable and relaxing facials Ive ever experienced. I left the salon with glowing skin and a sense of tranquility, eager to return for another session soon.

Had a facial in this salon and it was hitting mostly all the boxes in terms of cleanliness , professionalism and product used . My only feedback is I wished the lady explained more about the steps she was doing to make me feel more at ease . Other than that it was good and will recommend this place .

I will never get back my waisted time! The nail extensions I just fixed is already half way out! What a joke!!Today is my first time here and hopefully will be the last.I came for facial, Which went well by Joy, and I proceeded to try out them nails services’s which turn out to be disastrous.Am angry because they assigned a trainee to me who ended up having my acrylic nail extensions look like some cheap clown stick-on. The acrylic was all covered to the skin of the nails(cuticle), while the sides of nails had gaps. Worse of all, the cuticle aspect of the nail had the big hump, instead of the middle top aspect of the nail. Anyways some other technician came and adjusted the nails.The gelish polish isn’t smooth, looks bumpy, maybe required more buffering.When I try to explain to the technician she said that’s how she was thought to make nails. Well thanks the nails are already pulling out, less than an hour of finishing my nails.

Went for a Deep Cleansing facial for the first time and the lady was amazing. She kept guiding me through the steps and made sure I was aware of the products being used.They are offering December deals as well so the bill came down to AED135 from AED180.

My wife loved the experience. Staff were great and knowledgeable, price reasonable, easy to book the service.Only downside is the lack of space for offered services. So you might need to change apartments for different services (like massage followed by facial or mani/pedi)

I’ve been going to Eternal Lotus for a massage especially to see the therapist Tatasee! She is by far the best massage therapist I have ever been too and I’ve seen a lot! Even the expensive salons in dubai are of no comparison. Her unique technique have fixed years or muscle pain and helped with flexibility. Eternal lotus management please make sure you keep this lady on even if it means increasing her salary. She is by far the best massage therapist you have had.

Very disappointed with the hair services. Rebecca totally burnt my hair (( I came in with healthy good looked after hair and went out with totally damaged burnt hair (( it was my first time and such a failure, avoid high lights in this place. although manicure pedicure is always good, all girls are professionals.

This review is simply for the MASSAGE! Not the salon. The massage I get here is by far THE BEST massage I’ve ever had. The girl puts lots of pressure and if you ask her to work an area she really gets the knots out! She will even give you a little crack at the end to loosen up. For the price...you really can’t go wrong!

This place does the best dermalogica facial and at a reasonable price. Highly recommend facial specialist Ms.Rose who has a very good hand in making sure all there customers go back home happy with a bright & clean face.

I made an appointment for eyebrow threading and a pedicure. The lady who normally does my eyebrows amazingly wasn’t there, so a new lady that just started came to do my eyebrows. I asked her are you new? Because being a regular I obviously knew she was. She said yes and I asked her are you sure you will be able to do my eyebrows as you haven’t done them before and she confirmed yes. Long story short she took too much hair off one eyebrow it was complete mess, made a mockery and said that I can use a pencil to fill it in. I was absolutely astonished at the professionalism as she didn’t even apologize. Thankfully Saima who normally does my eyebrows had temporarily fixed her mess by re threading and applying tint. My concern is that hair has to be grown back through a waiting period so the necessary skills are very important. Mistakes happen yes but this was something else.

I am very disappointed at my lash extension appointment, I wouldnt recommend it to anyone. I feel i was abused by the lady who did my lashes, she said i dont look pretty in them??? well sister you are the one who did them and seems you didnt do a good job!!! first i arrived and she was not even ready, she didnt ask me what i wanted; I had to tell her arent you going to ask me what I want? i prefer that they ask full price instead of giving a discount and then doing a half job. The lashes werent Russian lashes as they advertised. I really regret trying this salon out. my piece of advise dont do your lashes there. so disappointing...

Great service, I have been going here for years and Im never disappointed. Ladies are always pleasant, the salon is clean and well maintained. Easy to park right outside.Prabha and Farhana and all the team give amazing mani/pedis and always go over and above to make sure I leave pampered and happy.I had a lash lift recently that was very reasonably priced and lasted a really long time. I would definatley recommend their services.

I had a facial which was very nice. I also had a hot oil massage however although it was OK the salon is very noisy. They need to separate the hair dresser from everything else as there is no way to have a relaxing head massage or mani/pedi with the noise of the hairdryer. Probably wont go there again apart for a facial but not got hair or nails

I had an amazing experience with my facial. Rose is very professional. I look forward to going back for another treatment. The girls doing mani-pedi are very friendly and I have been few times for this service that I find very good value for money. The only suggestion would be having some soundproofing in the massage and facial treatment rooms so we dont hear the voices from the mani-pedi area. Otherwise I strongly recommend.

I have tried almost every good massage salon, but never went back to the same one. However I accidently found this one few months back and I never tried to find any other salon, the masseuse Tatsanne is the best masseuse in the town, she makes sure that I get out of the room pain free. She does massage from her heart not like every other salon where they do it just to spend an hour. Lucky to have found the salon and Tatsanne.

I am writing this review to share my horrible experience with you ladies. I went there for a full face waxing and this is what happened to my face , badly burnt and the skin peel off (look at the pictures below). The worst part is the therapist doesnt even inform me on this and I myself realized this when I look into the mirror after the session ended. The therapist acted like nothing happened and not even a single apology from her/the salon. They told me I have sensitive skin thats why this happened but I have been doing this for years in other salon and everything is fine. They even collected 120 AED for this instead of giving me any compensation. They told me the manager will get in touch with me but ended up nobody even bother to contact me. I suffered for almost a month for constant pain when I wash my face/shower, took me about one whole month to heal. I went back after few weeks to follow up on this and requested on a refund as I have spent a lot for the treatment in order not to leave scars. The workers there told me exactly the same thing , our manager will get in touch with you and ignored the request. Their ways of solving problem is really unacceptable and irresponsible. Pray hard nothing goes wrong during your visit to the salon and don’t expect to get a single apology from them / anything compensation if anything goes wrong , can’t imagine they even insist to collect 120aed from me after burning my face .

I had a facial with Ann. I have to say, she was so friendly, pleasant and gentle, I am very very satisfied with her work. Very professional. I will definitely go back there, I want to try multiple things since they have a nice promotion.

Lovely services. I got the groupon deal for the mani pedi as well as got my eyebrows threaded and underarms waxed. Maria and Joy have done an excellent job on my gelish mani pedi and were really friendly. Samya did my eyebrows and underarms and out of all my waxing experiences no one has ever taken the time and effort to wax me and thread me to perfection the way Samya has done. Excellent salon.🤩

I went here for a gel mani/pedi with a friend. We used the entertainer voucher. They did a great job but wouldn’t recommend it for nail art/designs. We got simple polish and it looked great.

I’d start off by saying the salon is not clean and you can see it easily when you go there.I was introduced to this Salon on Groupon and i used to mainly go for nails, in the beginning i was happy with the service, but then i kept seeing new faces and they really messed it up, i walked out of there twice completely disappointed and i was charged fully though i told them i am not happy with the nail service and the messed up gel polish they did for me.When it comes to hair color, i would say 0 expertise, this has done it for me, i wanted to to make my hair lighter, i was there for 3 hours, and ended up with blonde roots and dark hair from down. I greatly complained and they agreed that the hair looks awful and asked me to go back after few days for fixing, and yet charged me for this horrible service.This was the last draw, never going there again.

I had mani, pedi, facial and threading. Overall experience was superb. They have really experienced skin specialist Mrs. Rose, she is really good at her work. Had good mani though they dont do much nail art but its okay if you looking for normal nail color. Pedicure was bit rough, as she took of my thumb skin which hurt for a week well.. overall good. Threading-she do really calmly but i guess thread is too thin so after hour or so it leave spots. Also I had Gelish nail polish, it was good till week but I dont know why my nail starts getting black. I had Gelish nail paint for the 1st time.For facial I will definitely go again and again.

I had a very bad experience in this place. I went there twice and i am really disappointed. First time i went for facial and the technician kept talking during the whole session and i was not able to relax at all and also the result was not satisfactory at all .Second time I went to try manicure and pedicure and this experience was worse than the first one , very poor quality, some staff are really rude . I will never go back again.The only good thing about this place is Monica , she was very nice and cooperative

So the staff was very friendly and did a great job. (I got a gel mani-pedi and eyebrow waxing through Groupon) But the actual salon itself is not very clean. I saw some roaches and the equipment appears worn.So all in all not a bad experience, the staff is great but they need to upgrade the facility and equipment.

I was very disappointed with one particular staff member who messed up my daughters eyebrows. She kept arguing with me on how good she was and how professional she was when I complained about it. Surprisingly, the salon manager was not sympathetic at all; she resfused to come and talk to us when she was called and said she could do nothing about it.I’m definitely not going there again!!!

Rose is amazing for the facials. I tried Dermatologica rejuvenating facial and it’s really a well done professional facial using all different facial equipment and steam. Rose is also great in advising what facial to have according to your skin type. Rare find in Dubai!

Had the worst customer service.I booked a few days back for a facial. Today I come 5 min before my appointment. The lady at the reception made me feel extremely uncomfortable with the way she looked at me in a very despising way.I give my name and inform that I come for my facial appointment. They can’t find my name.Then I am finally brought into the facial room where I’m asked to wait. One lady asked me for which facial I’m coming so I told her I need the opinion of the experte and more info on the services.Finally the “experte” comes and shows me products in a very poor English. I ask her details of the facial on the menu, still I can’t understand her.Then I point on the one I want, she answers that she isn’t qualified for it and the lady who can do it is on leave !!What a waist of my time !! They are so unprofessional.WILL NEVER COME BACK

I asked for eyebrow color one lady came to me tried many times but she cant do properly i think she is still learning how to do and then came to me another one made it good but after i removed i didnt find any color they took 40 dhs without doing anything doesn’t recommend them

Hello,i had bad experience today with F...ce.She is kind gentle but can u teach her how to clean and explain to her what is meaning of cleaning face /not wash!!!All my dirts in my skin still with me 😡i came home just now and saw all the dirties she didnt remove.i have trip to night ,and i can not come tomorrow to show.Im thinking now ,for what I paid today (now Im cleaning by my self)I will never come to her any more!!!

The staff was friendly and the service was good (classic mani pedi). But the salon is so small, not clean and maybe under maintenance. I wasnt feeling comfortable and didnt enjoy my time there so I dont really recommend it.
