Extremely Disappointing Haircut ExperienceI am utterly speechless about the botched haircut I received. The desired hairstyle was discussed in advance with three individuals, yet the result was one side longer than the other, lack of any style, and an overall blunt cut, all while being charged the full price. Moreover, the incompetence of the staff made us hesitant to seek any corrections. Unbelievable! Adding to the dismay, the salon itself was extremely unkempt.here is the answer to your accusations:Just let it be. You already messaged me privately and threatened me with the Dubai police. I am not in kindergarten. Ive already told you that the haircut is simply miserable, with uneven lengths. I shouldnt have to repeat everything. No one wanted anything for free. That wasnt even the issue. I dont know why youre making this up. The receptionist didnt want to take money from me because we were so dissatisfied. But I insisted because I didnt want to leave the salon and be cursed. My experience, or rather my mothers experience, was simply that the lady who cut my mothers hair is not a good hairdresser. End of story. I have nothing more to add.

Eternity Beauty Salon is my new favorite place to go for my hair & nail services in Dubai. The owners & staff are knowledgeable and very kind. Irman help me understand exactly what I needed to keep my hair healthy throughout Dubais hot summer. ☀️ I look forward to seeing you all again soon. 🤗

This is a 5 star and above. Great experience. Salon is clean, comfortable and interior is fabulous. Staff are friendly, understanding and most importantly professional.Had my nails done and also had my hair done which I love. Color was how I wanted and the shampoo & mask used on my hair was perfect. My hair was silky and not dry at all. I will make sure to purchase the products next time.Two thumbs up. Will be making Eternity my regular go to salon.

The reception girl employee charged me a hair air dryer for 55, even though it was not worth that price. She told me without a brush, I don’t like this exploitation .. and the treatment of the other girl. I think she is Indian. She was treated so poorly that she refused to use a mattress

Did halawa with Angie, she is very experienced and even makes her own halawa using her own formula. She is passionate about her work and satisfying her clients. The staff are super friendly and want to ensure customer satisfaction and they really try to advocate on behalf of the owner. It’s a very clean salon, provides good service and the staff are very polite. Highly recommended and special thanks to the lovely Angie. She is definitely an asset to the salon, very bubbly and professional :)

I had a very pleasant experience at Eternity salon when I got my manicure and pedicure done, along with my daughter who got her nails done too. The staff were polite, professional, and overall set a nice vibe to the salon! My nails look fabulous and holiday ready thanks to the ladies!

Did three walk-ins on the off chance candy was successful. Eyebrow trim and two hair trims and blow drys. Great service and pricing.

I have visited Eternity Beauty Salon twice and I have to say that I am really pleased with the experiences that I have had so far! All the staff are really friendly and helpful, and the hairdresser which I have seen, Layla, does my hair so nicely and she makes the most beautiful curls! She is really sweet, and I will definitely keep coming back to Eternity to have my hair done with her. The salon is also very spacious and clean which is a huge plus. I would recommend Eternity to anyone looking for a great salon in the neighborhood ❤️✨

I have tried the salon several times and I am always satisfied.The team is really professional and nice.the quality of the products is amazing.. especially for haircare !I always do my nails at their place, the result is always perfect.They are very sharp about appointments and never keep me waiting.

I used their services couple of weeks ago for gelish manicure and pedicure. Its been almost 2 weeks and I always do a lot of household work. And my nails still look amazing. I love their services, the staff and the owner is super friendly. My youngest daughter was crying as she wanted to put nail polish. Although they were so busy, she let one of the ladies to put it and she didnt even charge me for it. And its right next to my house. :-)

Ladies were very attentive, coffee, tea, water was offered several times. Products picked by my hair needs, result were great!! Got free samples of their products to try at home. Salon also has loyalty program. Would definitely recommend to my friends.

I am satisfied with the Arabic speaking hair technician, very professional, fast and know how to deal with difficult hair.

Im writing this review a few days after my visit. I wanted to make sure I didnt get one of those treatments that only look good the day you leave the salon. I am happy to say both my mani and pedi are looking great after 3 days. I highly recommend the Footlogix pedi it worked wonders for me and Im still seeing the results. The salon is large, devoid of chemical smells, so I can see myself bringing my young daughters for pampering as well. The staff and the manager were very courteous and attentive. All and all it was an amazing experience. Ive already booked my next appointment. I highly recommend it.

When my wife arrived at the Beauty salon to have her hair colored, she showed the staff a handful of pictures of blond hair with shadowed roots which is what she wanted.4 hours later the result was an all yellow hair color from top to bottom, very far from the desired result.Returning to the shop the next day to ask for compensation in the form of getting some money back because the result was terrible and my wife didnt trust that the staff could fix it, there was a dispute over who agreed to what and the staff refused to pay back some of the money.We found this to be a bad experience, from the professional hair caring to the customer service.

I really liked the salon and the staff i did hair botox treatment which was really nice to the extent that i referred so many friends to try it. Also i did eyelash extensions which was perfect with the refill it stayed almost 6 weeks. The owner is very nice as well and worming❤️ Woul definitely go again😉

Very bad treAt and irrespect for customer.asking for double price what is published on website highly above market price and Also Chairs arenot clean. Indeed totally unprofessional team with even unprofessionality from the owner who instead of apologizing or calling to offer better treat than what i experienced, he sent a too long unprofessional newsletter email. No respect or care for customer retaining! I strongly don’t recommend the salon with such attitude.ladies please take care the owner called karim kept irritating me with offensive emails, messgaes, intimidation because i said my opinion in the salon.

I have done the hair color at Eternity and unlike other salons my hair didnt get dry and dull after washing it. It remains shiny and soft.The quality of the products is really good.

I just got my hair cut from here, and prior to visiting the salon I had dmd their Instagram page to confirm the price of the hair cut. I was told that hair trim is 70 and hair cut is 100. Then while booking my appointment on Monday through phone call, I once again asked if the hair cut was 100 and they confirmed that it was. I had specifically told them that I wanted to change my whole hairstyle at the time.However today after I got my hair cut, the final bill came to 158. When I told the receptionist that we were informed that the hair cut would only be 100 she replied saying we told you fashion haircut is 150. We had not even heard of the term fashion hair cut before this and I said that we were not informed of this. This does not make any sense because I confirmed twice that the haircut would only be 100, and its not right to change the price after the hair is cut.Edit: I cant reply so Im adding an edit instead. I have been waiting days for a call or a message or anything but I have not received either. Instead of providingus clarity on the issue, Ive only been called out .on writing the review.

I have had several excellent experiences at eternity beauty salon . Apart from the ones listed above , I regularly go there for hair dye . for me clean I was , quality of service and professionalism are of paramount importance and I ah e experiences all three at this salon . I am extremely satisfied and happy with their services and will be going back soon for more . 😊👍👍👍

I have never been that happy doing a full bikini brazilian waxing. Lorna was amazing, I didnt feel any pain at all. The beauty salon is super clean and all the employees are super nice.

I can highly recommend all services here. All treatments are really good and reasonably priced as well. Also, there is a good vibe, the girls working here look happy and have fun with eachother and with the owner. I like that.

The salon was really near to my place and they are really easy to book appointments with and they have alot of good workers and the staff is nice

Amazing salon, clean, professional, friendly, competitive prices and above all a real warm friendly environment with amazing services. I can personally recommend the eyelash extensions, blow dry, nail extensions and pedicure - this will now be the only salon I visit.

Worst haircut i have had in a long time. I went by recommendation from a friend who told me the price was very affordable and she got a nice haircut but i didnt like the result. I wouldnt recommend it at all
